I paid for a service, STOP making excuses on why you are not providing the service you PROMISED. START facilitating parents who PAID for your help. AND START appreciating your clients or you will not have any left. I ALREADY talked to their headquarters, there is ZERO excuses, she could have added the name but chose not to. THE LADY there was VERY RUDE, I believe she is the manager or owner. SHE TOLD me PARENTS CANT READ. But I dont think she has read her own flyer. Besides the CUT OFF time column, nowhere does it say anything about not being able to go. THEY ARE FULL of excuses of why they can and should TREAT you BADLY. AND NO, ITS NOT ABOUT SAFETY. Updating this review as my son has moved up in classes within this childcare facility…read more I wanna say that he is really had a decent experience there, but I feel like this is all a business more than it is a place for kids to feel safe. My child would be transitioned very quickly after turning a new age and it was just really abrupt and I don't feel like the transition had the interest of the child at heart. It was more to get new children - into the facility to earn more money; And I do understand that it is a business, but I do feel like depending on the child, there should be some more compassion given. There were too many times that my child was getting hurt in the older classes, and I was finding out about it late or not finding out about it at all. If I Would find out it was through my child and then the teachers would confirm. No Incident reports were written nor did directors know (but I feel like that was more because it was pushed under the rug by leadership) I should've been called each and every time regardless of the severity. I feel like there was also lots of gaslighting going on. Saying that kids were getting expelled from the facility for their repeated incidents of bad behavior and hitting, and that was not the case (all in all it was to keep business and money flowing into the facility). Won't be back this year for VPK. I still believe that the younger teachers 2a and below are great and children will be taken well care of. Just can't say the same about the older classes. 3's class was not too bad. Destine and Chesney were such great teachers!

Based on the course description this one was project based, basically coding to teach the game how to play rock paper scissors. They also had all sorts of culinary time everyday. On the last day they invited the parents to show us what they made and been working on. We got to try the treats the kiddos had made for us and see their coding. If you have a hands on kid like mines I think your kiddo would really enjoy this. They also take them outside to play out back. I thought the space was really nice too. It's very huge - open with different rooms for different things, and lots of long clear window walls. I should have asked for a tour because it's pretty huge and I believe host a robotics club. I can describe it as very modern tech environment and design. I definitely see bringing my kiddo back for more learning and enjoyment here.

Metahumans host a great group of smart minded kind kids at least from my observations during drop…read moreoffs. My homeschooler tried out the 3hour drop off and he throughly enjoyed himself. I wish the membership was a tab bit more economical or even more had some better incentives for returning members. But I do I like that they allow the students to push for what they want to learn and that they hold workshops for learning. We truly can't say enough great things about Meta Humans Altamonte. We've been attending regularly…read morefor over six months now, and it has made a tremendous difference in our homeschooling experience. Having tried other programs where we had to practically bribe our student to participate, Meta Humans has been a breath of fresh air. Our child genuinely loves going -- he'd happily attend seven days a week if they were open on weekends! We currently attend three times a week, and we've found that Meta Humans not only meets the socialization needs that homeschoolers sometimes struggle with, but it also helps fill in educational gaps in an engaging and effective way. For example, they offer typing -- a subject that would've been a major battle if I had introduced it at home. But because it's part of the Meta Humans curriculum, my child now asks to practice typing on weekends -- just for fun! That's the kind of magic they create: turning new skills into something enjoyable and self-motivated. The staff is absolutely wonderful. In particular, Glouie (aka Louie) takes the time to individualize care and support for each student. He has a deep understanding of the unique quirks and personalities of the kids and manages those differences with kindness, attentiveness, and real compassion. If I had one small wish, it would be for a French immersion option! With so many native French speakers on staff at this location, my son has become increasingly curious about the language -- and I'd love to take advantage of that exposure, especially since immersion is such a powerful way to learn. All in all, Meta Humans has been an incredible addition to our homeschool journey, and we're so grateful for the joy and growth it brings our family.
