Anwar was godsend! I called him to check our washer door. The door was stuck. He was able to diagnose the issue and get it working quickly. The dryer wasn't drying the clothes well and he offered to open it and check. It started working perfectly. He also looked into the dishwasher and helped us get rid of the gunk. We had called some other company earlier and their 3 different technicians visited and made us change the rubber seal etc but the problem persisted. My LG washer drain pump needed to be replaced which is stacked under my dryer. I'm a first time customer with Super Master and found them to be EXCELLENT. I had a F28 error on my washer and google showed I needed a new communication board. I called Super Master because (1) they had the lowest diagnostic fee $60, and (2) they gave me a quote for the part and labor unlike the other folks (I like to know what my upper ceiling cost will be). Anvar came, he was on time, polite, wore a face mask and brought shoe covers. A total professional. It turned out I didn't need the part, but a new washer because the internal drum was coming apart. He said I could wait 6 months to replace it and recommended a brand. Instead of overcharging me, he was honest, friendly, and competent.
