Anvar repaired an Electrolux dryer for me and did a fantastic job. He was able to come to my home just a few hours after I first reached out to Super Master Appliance. He assessed the problem and ordered a replacement part - which arrived the next day. I had had the same repair done by someone else not long before this. That person had used a replacement part that was not made by the same company that manufactured my dryer. They "made it fit," kind of smashing it in there - and it never fixed the problem. Anvar explained this to me and showed me the brand-new part I was getting (stamped Electrolux in the metal) before he installed it. He had to move both a washer and a dryer - full-sized, stacked units in a skinny closet - which could not have been easy. But he never complained and instead was very careful, taking care not to scratch the hardwood floor or ding the walls. The price was very fair and reasonable, and the whole process didn't take long at all. Oh, and it was done on a Sunday! I can't say enough positive things about this experience. Dishwasher was running but without much power. Anvar came out and replaced the fill valve as well as the water supply line. We also found that water was bubbling out of the vent at the sink when washer was draining. Anvar cleaned gunk out of the drain line. Strongly recommended!! I had an urgent problem with my stove last Sunday. One of the knob was stuck and I can not turn off the fire. It was almost 8pm in the evening and I knew most business have closed at this time. Luckily, I found Super Master Appliance through Yelp and contacted them. I've been looking for a good, honest, appliance repairman for a while and we're very pleased with the professionalism, quality of work, and reasonable pricing. We have an Electrolux washer and dryer set that just needed some maintenance. We purchased them well over 5 years ago and have never had them serviced. The washing machine was beginning to smell bad during the wash cycle and we just knew that the drain needed to be cleaned out. Called around to get some quotes and got no calls back. Maybe no one is interested in maintenance work? Asked Super Master Appliance for a quote and got a response right away. Assessed the issue and showed me how dirty my washer was even without taking it apart. He pulled the boot on the front loading washer back to show me some black buildup. A new boot was ordered and installed. He showed me the dirt and gunk clogging our drain and it was beyond disgusting. It took about an hour to clean the drain and install the new boot. Dryer was vacuumed clean of the lint which was a fire hazard just waiting to happen. Meticulous in keeping work area clean and tidy Overall, a great experience. My old Bosch dishwasher had drainage issue. Anvar was a very knowledgeable and friendly technician. He listened to the dishwasher and identified strange noise from the drainage motor. After removing the motor, he found a small piece of bone trapped there. Then he retested different wash mode and identified drainage not fully functional by listening. After disconnected the dishwasher air gap pipes, he found a small piece of loose plastic affecting the water flow. Upon removing the plastic piece, the dishwasher is now back to normal operation. It took him less than an hour to complete. Price is reasonable and money well spent. read more
