If i could give this place-5 stars I would. They are BEYOND disrespectful in there. They get so annoyed with any request and on top of it told my friend that she can't get a design because they close and that she was taking TOO long so they'll pick it for her (acrylic set). They let her walk out with an unfinished set. They knew ahead of time they booked us and should have informed they couldn't do it today. 12 year olds can run a better business than this.... These are the rudest employees you will ever encounter. I tried several times over the years every time to leave angry and mad that they would be the same. They don't smile seen annoyed if you come with a baby in a stroller talk about you in their native language so obvious ..never friendly!!! Only good if you get a gel manicure/artificial nails. Stay away if you get regular nail polish because it's watered down with acetone. I have been using OPI polishes for years and never have had a problem with it chipping quickly. I selected an OPI polish at super nails for my manicure and it was completely chipped off by the end of day two. read more

The worst pedicure I had in my entire live!! I get there are precautions in place due to covid, they have pexiclass, they are wearing some type of throw away robe, mask and gloves. Cool with all of that. When it came to the actually pedicure it was like she didn't want to do it. She barely filed my nails or cut cuticles. Now I don't have jacked my feet, I take good care of myself. But damn scrub & massage! You got a whole hazmat gear on! Matter of fact why you working then if your so hesitant! I just got get it! However, the one time I was in a rush and needed them to fit me into the time that I had an appointment for, they told me to come back if I needed to go somewhere at a certain time because they were busy. This was despite me showing up on time and the person who I had got an appointment with, just having completed her last job. This salon is rude and unfriendly. They never say hello as you enter nor do they say thank you or good bye when you leave. The owner is so arrogant! They have no respect for their clients. I've been coming here for 10+ years. I've always gotten great pedicures. Lately they've been far from great... far from decent. I timed the women from when she started taking my polish off....the whole pedicure lasted 10 MINUTES.....TEN!!!!!!!! What a disgrace. She didn't even put lotion on my legs and literally felt as though she rushed through the entire service.... the store was empty and there was 1 other women sitting in the pedicure chair. Service and product was not that great a few months ago. As of my last visit I will never be back. Nail polish selections while colorful is not high quality. Unless you have perfect nails and toe nails in other words you do not need a mani / pedi do not go here. I have athletic feet that need tending to. Nothing dramatic just actual attention. Wow!! I have been going here for 8+ years and today will be the last time. There's black streaks in my nails and Kenny told me that in normal light, you will not see it. Then, Stacy did my toes and the color was supposed to be the same as my nails and it's not. Also, there's a huge chip in my toenail that wasn't repaired. I said something and they didn't fix it. I paid my $52 and told the owner that I will never be back. He didn't even say a word, I guess after 8 years of my patronage...means nothing. Disappointing to say the least! read more

HORRIBLE service! Went here for a simple manicure and they had a very small selection of nail polish colors and also after I had cured my nails under the UV light on my left hand all the nails had a weird streak on them that I did not create from bumping. The lady proceeded to claim it was my fault and refused to redo the top coat. I believe she incorrectly buffed the nails and did not do enough coats of polish. I asked the male worker and he said nothing was wrong. They also did a horrible job on my mother's manicure. I will NEVER come here again. Wow. That's all I have to say about my nails. I got a manicure first to test out the place, peeled off the same day. Then I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt and went again, this time getting tips with gel nail polish. It looked good when I left but the next day I woke up the polish had bumps underneath it(will put a picture) I went back and they fixed it stating the person who did it did not make me wait long enough for it to dry. I left and then the next day, same exact thing. My nails look horrendous right now. I went to babies r us to shop for a baby shower and the cashier commented on my nail color. Unclean, discourteous and incompetent If cleanliness, courtesy and competency mean anything to you, DO NOT go to Super Nail for your nail and beauty services. Upon checking in at the front desk, you will be "welcomed" by a stone-faced desk clerk who will tell you, and the people behind you, that it will be a 10-minute wait. Maybe, as sometimes happens in language, one phrase is spoken in the same way as another phrase? However, there are two distinct meanings. Maybe speaking the words, "10 minutes" and meaning "60 minutes," which is the actual wait time, is what he should have said. While waiting, you will notice that a broom, dust pan and mop, are unknown items to the people who run this shop. Bring your antibiotics with you since most of the services deal with touching your skin, buffing your skin and cutting your skin. Some of the ladies and gentlemen who provide the services are wearing dingy, dirty smocks. It appears that to them, brushes, combs and shampoo are other, unavailable items. Why would men and women settle for unclean, uncomfortable surroundings and bad customer service when it comes to nail services? There is a nail salon on every corner in Central NJ. My advice--"walk around the corner" from Super Nails and find a better place. read more

I always get my nails done here. specifically by Ana, and she does a phenomenal job. Actually, anyone there does a superb job. I am extremely happy with the cleanliness and I don't find them to be rude at all. They are busy and sometimes you will wait but that is to be expected when it is a popular place. They do take same day appointments now, which is great. Prices are comparable and feel they are well worth it. Their pedicures are good also, although I wish they would take more time if your winter feet have calluses. read more

I've been coming here with my mom for years and we tried to ignore the problem but today was it for me. They need a better system of taking appointments, which they used to not do at all. They started taking same day appointments and walk ins. We walked in today at 11:30 and wrote down what we wanted and no one said anything about the wait time. After an hour, I finally get my nails done and my sister in law gets her pedicure. Another hour goes by and they tell my sister in law they don't have time to do her nails. Been going here for years and it's been okay. A few weeks ago got a new girl for my daughter. Insisted my daughter change the color she selected. Then offered her a design. Time to pay...the lovely design cost me an additional 10.00 Girl was very pushy, and rough. Not sure why, but we decided to give Super Nails another try today. Unfortunately my daughter got the same girl. Wanted to select the color for my daughter (didn't allow it), complained about the color she selected, tried to get me to purchase a gel manicure, etc. Again the pedicure was rough and unpleasant. I needed to run to Target during her manicure. (yes, she is old enough to be alone). Woman changed the color my daughter picked while I was gone. We won't be back. The man who works at the front desk is so ridiculously rude. He does not look at you when speaking, and instead, he continues playing games on the iPad he has on the reception desk. He constantly raises the prices for my fill-ins EVERY TIME I GO--when I ask why, he always mumbles and just sits there waiting for me to pay. Most of the people who work here are equally as rude and unhelpful. I would never recommend this nail salon to anyone--beware of this place. Better to spend your money elsewhere. read more

I have been getting my nails done at super nails for years and have never had an issue until last Wednesday. my sister and I got there about 5:45 and we had no problem waiting because there wasn't many people working at that time. eventually i was seated at Kenny's station. I showed him the picture of what i wanted and he said okay.after he had already cut my nails I asked him not to make them super pointy at the end (more almond shaped than stiletto) which wasn't changing what i wanted much i just didn't want them sharp, that's when it became a problem with him. He started being rude and telling me that in order to have my nails that way I needed new nails put on (which I just had new nails put on the last time and i also had them done like this at super nails previously by the owner and he never said anything about changing my nails) so i told him to just keep doing them the way he was doing them and he said he was doing me a "favor" by not taking my nails off and putting new ones on. then every time he needed my hand closer he started very aggressively yanking on my arm. He started filing my nails and made a comment saying "i don't know why people want their nails like this.." almost every one of my fingers was filed to the point that it was bleeding. I ended up filing my nails down more when i got home because they were sharp. I may go back to super nails but i will not go to Kenny, or if the owner isn't there. read more

I have been going to Super Nails for years and they are the best. Before that went to several other salons in the area and they do not compare at all. My nails are always beautifully done and get constant compliments. My fills last for two weeks as my nails grow quickly and my pedicures last forever. If my regular person is not available, my second choice is Kenny. Not sure what the situation was with the other review, but Kenny has never been rude or disrespectful to anyone when I have been there. I highly recommend Super Nails. The complaint about waiting for a while is true... but that is because they are very good, hence busy, hence you sometimes need to wait. People do get called out of order because they are waiting for specific people to take care of them. The previous reviews were harsh.... perhaps there's another side to the story that we aren't being told... just sayin'. read more

I have been going to Super Nails for 5 years and have been a loyal customer but after yesterday i will never step foot in there again. I came in around 6:30 for a pedicure and a full set. The salon closes at 8 and they were rude and rushed me out. After my pedicure done by Jenny that was mediocre at best Kenny came over to do my nails. Not only is Kenny rude, and rough with your hands but he also doesn't want to hear anything u have to say. I like my nails shorter and he made them all different lengths. He filed my nails so rough to the point that my fingers are still sore close to 24 hours later. I told him i didn't want them airbrushed i wanted them hand painted because i don't like to get the UV gel coat. He argued with me for 5 mins saying that it lasts longer but he only cared because he didn't want me to wait for my nails to dry. After all of that he airbrushed them anyway and they look so awful and he forced me to get a gel coat. He smudged my nails and didn't fix it so u can see the dents under the gel. I asked him if i could wash my hands and he said no so there is still glue ALL OVER my hands. He was taking his apron off while he was doing my nails basically pushing me out before he was finished. The staff shut the TV off as well as most of the lights and waited at the door and stared at me. Once he was done he didn't say a word and simply walked out.
