First time here. Really difficult to find a pedicure place in the area. We had an appointment yet had to wait 15 minutes to be take. Back. Then, they brought us to the pedicure chairs and we were sitting there for another 20 minutes before the actual pedicure started. I understand that they're busy. But if we call for a pedicure , I don't think they should tell us to come in for a time if they're going to make us wait almost 40 minutes to be seen. Thankfully we weren't in a rush. The pedicure we upgraded and got spa pedicures. Very reasonably priced and included a 10 minute massage. I wish my girl spent more time doing certain things. The massage was pretty good. Everyone was very kind here and offered very good customer service. And they have a stamp loyalty program. They come and rub your back while you're drying. I think there is definitely potential, but room for improvement. read more

Probably the worst manicure I've gotten in a while. Giving 1 extra star for the dip selection because they have a lot of colors. My natural nails are long, but one broke before coming in. They made me pay $2 for 1 nail that needed a tip. Sheesh. My sidewalls and cuticles are flooded with polish. $2 extra for using a card too.....? Paying city prices for a sub par salon. read more

My family had been going to Touch Nails for years, but after my last experience I will NEVER go back! The only good thing about this business is Margaret. She is amazing and this review does not reflect on her at all. She is the reason we put up with the poor new ownership until my breaking point. The new owner is incredibly rude to both his employees and his customers. The last time I went, I made an appointment for an acrylic fill and a toe polish change. When I got there, the owner was yelling at me for not getting a full spa pedicure. I told him I didn't need that because I had just had one. After my quick polish change, he had me waiting about 40 minutes for my nails, even when I had an appointment. When I simply asked how much longer it would be, he once again started yelling at me. The other employees were clearly embarrassed and helped me get situated immediately. The next day, I developed an infection on my toe because the girl who did my polish change cut me. I needed to go to the doctor and was put on two different antibiotics. My mom called Touch Nails to tell them what happened and the owner said "What do you want me to do about it?". In a town where there are plenty of options available, I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs and hoping that Margret goes somewhere else. read more

I've been coming to touch nails for about 4/5 years recently the salon has been under new management/ new partner. He is nasty and obviously doesn't know he's the problem. But sadly I will be leaving this salon due to not being able to actually sit and relax because he's barking at his own costumers. He actually told a woman that he didn't have time for French just pick another color and she was like no insisting that she wanted French. This is a service WE pay for no one wants to be told no, and no one wants to be told the style you want "isn't natural" idc it's a service I want it, it should be done and you should've made the time in the appointment for whatever is requested. But also what's really upsetting is yeah I actually liked getting my nails done here the prices are great but Example I got my nails done last week and some how the color is now yellowed? Same thing happened to my mom and his response was" that's because you are using a cheaper gel? Like I've been using the same colors all the time for years this time is because it's cheaper? Lol no. so sad but they will be losing 6 old clients. read more

Was very excited and looking forward. Made a 230 appt for powder manicure. Was not seen till 255. The couch in the sitting appeared dirty and had no support. That didn't bother me since some salons furniture are dated. what surprised me was Mulan,the girl that was going to do my nails insisted on using the electrical filer on my nails on preparation. My experiences w/powder is asking for regular corse filing board instead. Always accommodate w./ Muout question. Mulan stated well as the male manicurest the electrical filer HAS TO BE used . The electrical filer from my experience is harsher on the nails. I do not recommend this place for powder nails. plus do not use the male manicurest. The male guy is not a people person. This is by far the WORST NAIL SALON. The owner Michael is the MOST DISRESPECTFUL, OBNOXIOUS person I ever met. He treats his customers like garbage, is so rude over the phone and even more so in person. He screwed up my time for my appt. and berated me in front of other customers saying it was my fault (when I know for sure, it was his error). WHO DOES THAT??? Horrible!!! Lady was so rude on the phone and when I came in for manicure appointment, did not care how I was treated because I wasn't a regular! My fill in lasts about 3 weeks no matter where I get them done and my nails started to break less then 2 weeks of getting them done. Waste of money and time in my opinion. Pretty awful experience. Came in as a walkin pedicure, I was yelled at to go directly to the back. The lady doing my pedicure did not even greet or acknowledge me which made me very uncomfortable. She then proceeded to do the world's most painful and quick pedicure, it was a total of 23 minutes from start to finish. This includes her just abruptly walking away from me in the middle... When it was over she grabbed my purse, threw it near the foot dryer and then walked away...again, not even speaking to me, not even to tell me what I owed. I didn't even feel comfortable enough to stay, I went to the register and requested to pay and walked out...I'm not sure what is going on with management but I've never been treated so poorly. It may be a race thing because I was the only black person there but this is Manalapn sooo, that's normal. I'll stuck to Eden Nails thank you. Never again. Oh! And to add insult to injury, she didnt paint two of the toes on my left foot and cut me badly on my cuticle in the right foot. read more

They are very thorough and spend a lot of time to always make sure my nails look perfect. I get Nextgen manicures and they last 3 weeks every time and never chip. My First and last time there... Not good. Several Problems: 1. This salon has owner that keeps barking orders in her language at her employees while they are working on you is uncomfortable to start. 2. It took 3 hours for me to get a pedicure and set of acrylic nails, should have been no more than an hour. I did not wait for more than 10 minutes, They were messing my nails up for the entire 3 hours. I asked how long she had been doing nails, thinking she was new... Not the case, said 4 YEARS! 3. My manicure came out uneven, most too short and still crooked, and with bloody cuticles. 4. I had to grab the file away to try and fix it myself... She didn't like that but I HAD TO FIX what I could, then she took it back continued to "fix" only to further botch while I protested!! 5. No introductions, no smiles, have no idea who was working on me or I would tell you to avoid just that person. 6. I know it's cold weather out, but customers should be happy and comfortable. Sitting in a cold room for 3 hours sucks. 7. I had a simple hand painted design in mind, when I called I inquired if they did that. yes - ok, so I immediately drew what I wanted when I arrived... While I was being worked on, I knew it would not be possible, I had no time or confidence and left with yucky nails :( I wanted a french with a little pink heart for valentines day :( no such luck. I am sick of being nice when people are incompetent, but they really have you when you are in the middle of nails getting done ~ I wish I could have left without them complete. read more

Mediocre nail salon. Atmosphere is okay, usually busy as are most of the nail salons in the area. Nail techs are just ok in my experience. They often switch out with other techs in the middle of your service or answer the phone, get up to help another customer etc. Tools appear to get sterilized but pedicure tubs aren't cleaned well. read more

Wow. I made an appointment for 4 pm and did not get sat until 4:30. Which annoyed me because i asked originally to come at 4:30 and they told me no and to come at 4. My pedicure was nice. But when it came to my nails i am so appalled. Originally i was going to get an acrylic fill and I had ONE nail that was broken and needed to be replace which i was fine with paying the extra $5 to replace. But then she proceeded to file my nails and ripped off two other nails claiming that they were broken too. they weren't. i then decided to get a gel manicure and just remove them all, she removed all of my acrylics and she looked at me and said "so you want me to cut them or" they were disgusting long and obviously you have to cut them. She cut them short when i said i didn't want them short and laughed in my face when i was looking at them. She took 10 minutes to do my gel manicure and rushed me out of the chair. Even a regular manicure wouldn't take 10 minutes. My nails are bumpy awfully shaped and i left with nail polish all over my nail. Safe to say i will never come here again and i will never recommend anyone to come here. read more

The BEST!!!! I get Nexgen on my nails and they do an amazing job!!! Everyone is nice and friendly and the salon is very clean. I am so happy I found Touch Nail, thanks to my sister who has been going here for years and raves about it to everyone. The Nexgen lasts for weeks and my nails always look great. The pedicure tubs are so clean because they put new plastic liners for each client, can't get more clean than that! Love it here, keep up the great work!!! read more

I started going to this salon when they first opened-a few years ago. It was clean & the techs & owner were very pleasant. Well, now there is a different owner & a changed atmosphere!! I also think they are diluting their products-my manicure starts chipping after about a week. The place is not as clean as it used to be & the techs have become quite "snippy". Ever since the old owner sold the salon over to Michael it's been very unpleasant. To say the least, he is very rude and doesn't work to please... Also he should work on keeping the schedule organized because if I didn't agree to try someone new when I got there I would of had to come back another day because he accidentally over booked the woman I made appointment with weeks in advance and made it very clear she isn't going to be able to do me that day. He became very nasty when I was hesitant to try the new people he brought in, but I did and she had me put my feet into boiling water because she failed to test it first then she did my pedicure very quick and didn't put much effort into it with no massage. The hot towel was cold. I had to go home and recut my nails she made slanted. This has been a repeating problem of having to wait around even when I make appointments. The salon also is very strict on cash tip since he came along and charges money to use Atm instead of taking the tip from my card. Very inconvenient place now. read more

Won't go back. The woman who did my nails seemed as though I was putting her out. I went for Nexgen and instead of soaking it off my nails as I have done at other places, she starts cutting away at it and pulling it off my nails. As a result she pulled away pieces of my nail and had to patch up two with acrylic and another with nail glue and powder fill. I wanted my nails trimmed a little and she cut them way down. The finished product looked decent enough but I will go go somewhere else next time. read more
