Honestly not what I expected. Katie and Hanna are super nice. The place seemed relax and not busy for a Saturday. It was cold and rainy though. Katie did a great job on my nails! I'm super happy with the way the look. The tops were switched on the color I picked so I ended up getting a different color, thank goodness it's soft. Katie gave me a lotion to apologize for the mistake and it was nice as many nail salons don't care for customer service very much. It's been 2 weeks since my visit and I will have to say that the quality of the materials use is not very good. I already have broken nails and it happened a few days ago. Definitely need to get quality products if they are charging the same price of salons using better quality products. I would definitely come back and try the pedicure. NEVER returning to this establishment. The owner is rude, and disrespectful. Got my nails done on Wednesday and that same night my ring finger broke, returned the next day, got it fixed and then that night my thumb broke. This is the first time EVER I'm getting my nails done that this happens. The nails were lumpy and bad quality all together. A RUSHED job. Upon returning asking for a refund she becomes rude and disrespectful. Tells ne that she has to cut them off, I then asked for her to soak them and she said no. I said give me my money back and I will do it myself she then grabs my hand and forcefully cuts the nails off. Although I received HALF of my refund. I thoroughly enjoyed a manicure at this busy little salon. It was busy with many repeat customers dropping by as well as those getting ready for area graduations. I started off with one stylist, hoping for a darker shade of red for my nails. The stylist next to her offered up two choices, which really impressed me. At some point I was handed off to another stylist, a slightly grumpy and exhasperated man who turned out to be the highlight of my day. He was efficient but didn't seem to like my color choice. Nonetheless he tried to show me a Lady Gaga video on his phone. I liked that. Definitely recommend. Gel manicure was $35. read more

First thing first. I don't come to the nail salon to get a concert, I come to get my nails done. I come for peace, not to hear a tech sing every song that comes across her phone playlist, especially when the nail already has music playing. Second, I don't come to the nail salon for a nail tech to tell me when I should come and when I shouldn't. I come when I can, not when a nail tech tells me too. I found that very rude. Third, when you have a lot of people waiting you don't yell "she (another customer) wanted me so if I'm not doing her I'm not doing nobody else" while it's customers waiting to be seen. You also don't yell "I told you, you need to tell people no we close" especially when the people that came in didn't come in at closing time. (They work very slow, she mostly did because of her singing every song.) She did not take another customer she walked out and it was 3 people waiting, including myself. Leaving two techs that call actually do nails and 1 that only was able to do pedicures. And ALL 3 customers are getting fill ins. Forth, you don't take your personal call on speaker phone in the working area. You go outside or to the break area. Fifth, when I come into a salon I tell you what the service is to provide me not you tell me. If I come for a fill you give me a fucking fill you don't pop off my nails because you want extra money from me. Now I have to walk around with a nail missing. And I'm going out of town tomorrow! So whatever mess my nails looked like before I walked in the salon, they look 10 times worst. And number fucking six, as a OWNER of a salon when a customer is making a complaint about your employees and how they were treated is not the time where you brush the air to the customer telling them to go away. Oh yeah did I mention that they have people working in the salon with NO LICENSE! I will be calling the state on this salon for sure in the morning. I wasted a hour of my time seating in a salon for me to have to leave with my nails looking worst than when I fucking came in. This salon was beyond THE WORST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO AND I DONT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THE WORST FUCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. When I arrived, Huygen was just finishing with another customer. When I was sat at her station I noticed that she had not washed her hands between me and her previous customer. When I asked about it, she huffed and put on hand sanitizer?! My pedicure was mediocre and I have NEVER had such a terrible dip powder. My nails were so lumpy even after me asking her TWICE to smooth them. She had an attitude each time I asked her to correct something. Additionally, she did not use a dip powder step by step kit and she put a gel top coat on; that's not the issue. The issue is that she did not put the clear coat on the entire part of my nail so there's matte-like spots all over my nails. Everything was awful; I will not return. read more

Today I came to this nail salon because I wanted my nails done before I went to a concert and the place I usually go to is closed on Sundays. I was at the nail salon a few minutes before they opened. I did not have to wait at all which is a good thing. I needed a fill-in and I asked for gel polish. My nail shapes don't look good to me. My polish is patchy and lumpy. I'm not pleased at all with the quality of my fill in. I have been to this nail salon before and a few times I haven't been happy with the quality of my nails. I'm not a complainer but this time I did let the shop owner's husband (who did my nails) know that I was not pleased with my nails. And of course he didn't see anything wrong with them and he didn't seem too concerned about it or like he wanted to fix it because I was upset and because I'm a paying customer. I feel like I have gotten better service elsewhere so I know what quality nails look like and what they feel like and this was not it today. The only time I've had my nails done to my liking is when the shop owner did my nails. I also wanted a pedicure. I needed my previous gel polish soaked off and that part was fine. When the lady ran the water she must not have checked the temperature because the water was lukewarm to cold and like I previously said I'm not a complainer but I just feel like if you wouldn't want it done to you then don't do it to anybody else. I felt like I needed to leave a review to help someone's decision on this salon. Sometimes it's a hit with the salon and sometimes it's a big ole miss and people don't have time or money to waste on low quality nails so I hope this review helps somebody make a decision. read more

After racing through traffic after work to get to the nail salon I make it there by 6pm only for them to tell me their closing and the sign clearly says 7:30 for the 2nd time. I made an appointment for a quick dip removal/application. I sat in the chair with my nails soaking for OVER AN HOUR. No one stopped to even check to see if I could be worked on in the mean time. They serviced walk ins to completion before even beginning on my nails even thought I had previously made the appointment. The service was not prompt nor did they make any comments apologizing for the amount of time waiting. I've been here before and had much better service. read more

Besides all of the negative comments I have seen about this place, I would like to personally say, I dropped in today, In hopes to get a really difficult set done. The youngest of the family, "LeLe" did my "sunflower" nails today. I was absolutely blown away. I wanna give this young lady credit for the work she did today. She took her time and absolutely tried her best, and they came out great. Save your time. The place disturbingly smelled like dog poop. I asked for a "cut down" a trim of sorts for my stiletto nails. They literally made all my nails the same length as the pinky nail (which they do first to make sure it's an okay size) they don't listen, have a lot of other conversations and waved me out the door. I went out on a limb since my regular nail salon was closed. Will never have to worry about me coming back. Very rude. read more

The ONLY 2 people worth going to this establishment for are Loan and her mother, the rest might as well be in training(even the owner). I'm all about equality but at least make sure the workers know the basics. If you know what mistakes to look for and don't mind giving complete directions on how you feel your services should be rendered, give it a chance. My mom and I discovered this place one day when our regular nail salon had too long a wait. The people that work here are unfailingly friendly and always greet us with friendly recognition. Soft drinks, wine or water are offered to each customer. They do a superb job on manicures, pedicures and waxing. I wish so badly that I did not go here last night. I was there for 2 hours waiting on someone to finally help me. It took so long because the people ahead of me complained so much and caused such a scene because they were not satisfied and eventually walked out after refusing to pay. Initially this bothered me and I thought it was very rude, but after I left at 9pm (they close at 7:30 and I walked in at 6:45pm) I understood why they reacted that way. My polish is uneven, my toenails are not even cut evenly either they're crazy crooked. I honestly don't even understand how it's possible to do that bad of a job. I wish i could post pictures to show how terrible it is, but I'm at work and don't have that ability right now. I have never even left a yelp review in my life, but to be honest I don't have much money and rarely get to treat myself like this so I was very upset to have wasted my money on something I could have done better myself. The worst part is I'm going out of town tomorrow and am not even able to go back in there to ask them to fix all the mistakes, which would probably consist of them completely redoing it because that's how bad it is. I noticed it wasn't very good last night while I was drying but it was so late by that point that I didn't even bother to say anything. That was a mistake because I was almost to tears when I got home and realized exactly how bad it was. Please do yourselves a favor and save your money, don't go to this place.
