I have been here several times now due to one of my friends telling about them. I'm glad I did! Not many places do the SNS, or they do and don't advertise it. Anyways. They do a great job. Great atmosphere and they cut up with the customers. Keeps it lively. Great prices and you get what you pay for. I will say I did have a pedicure done also and quality not so much. I've had several here by several different ones. Again, depends on who you get. All others did amazing and took their time. I mean, who wants to go in for a pedicure and not relax?! I wanted my colors to be relatedly the same, they claim they'll do it and then make some excuse as to why the color didn't come out the same. If you want a customize look, don't come here. I hate to say it, but in my opinion you're clearly treated a certain way depending on how you look. My usual shop was closed one day and I went here. Needed a quick color change. Good experience! I could sense a bit of.....can't get the word.....something was a bit off......unwelcoming maybe. The experience turned out good though. Good enough that I decided to go again. Huge mistake. I had to ask to be served. When clearly I'm next. Who does nails with sunglasses on in the store? The man who did mine. Maybe that should have been my warning!!! I was told by the lady who did my gel pedicure, there was a matching dip powder. Only to start on my nails and be told that color was only in gel. Really....soft pink? Now my pinks are off. Who's looking that close expect me? It's principle though. I'm not from the area. I'm sure this shop has probably been around a long time and will be around a little longer. If I can give them less than a one star I would!!!!!!! I got my nails dip last week, not even few days after I got them done, they started breaking!!!! The dip is very thin. I'd give them 0 if I could! I'm not from this area I am on a travel assignment and needed a fill in and I had a little time to spare so I stopped here... mistake #1... I traveled all over the US and had my nails done in tons of salons and I'm so pissed about my experience! These people are crooks! Not only are they laughing and speaking a foreign language loudly the entire time..(which is rude and makes customers think they are talking about them) (they probably are) I waited an hr before the "owner" an old oriental man decided to do my nails himself. He was very condescending and didn't understand English very well. I just put my headphones in and went about my business... he made me feel VERY uncomfortable and scolded me loudly several times about putting my nails under the lights...When I got ready to pay he asked for $50... FOR A FILL IN!!!!! Yes yes I said fill in!!! Apparently it's $30 for a fill in plus $20 for gel. NEVER IN MY LIFE!!!!! I'm ok to pay extra if I get extra or different colors but a fill in is cheaper in LA than here... customer beware!!!!!! I don't know how far y'all have to drive to go elsewhere but if your ok when them making up prices off the top of their heads, telling customers an increased wait time (watches this happen 3 times while I was there) based off the color of their skin and be degraded as A female look no further!!! Plus after I left I was so mad I called back to see how much they charged for fill in with gel and she told me $40.... I want to end this by saying I was not difficult, snappy, or ask for any extras.. guess you pay based off what you look like....this place needs some serious cultural help!!!! read more

Edit: just to CLARIFY because so many people have asked or made stupid comments - the CROWD I mentioned was NOT A CROWD OF BLACK CUSTOMERS. I don't care what color anyone's skin color is, I care about how people treat me and how I treat them. The fact that there is a pile of comments in my activity saying "You're stupid and ignorant blah blah blah" shows the ignorance and idiocy of those people for assuming what, because I'm white I mean black people? The "crowd" I mentioned was a loud, obnoxious, and offensive crowd (a mixed crowd, too, for clarification) who cursed, made crude jokes, and were borderline offensive/racist when talking loudly. I say unaddressed in a chair for 20 minutes, got yelled at for smiling/waving at a baby in a girl's arms, and had eyes roll in my direction only to hear workers AND patrons make fun of what I was wearing (black leggings and a P!NK sweatshirt??) and the fact that I was just sitting there alone. I mean... Har Har, no one has helped her!! HAHAHAHA!! Come on. Please keep in mind this was months ago - I haven't been back here for this reason and I happily take my business elsewhere, yet people are still commenting ridiculous and, frankly, racist and ignorant things that I haven't been approving. I just experienced the most ignorant experience ever in my life! This salon has just demonstrated racism, sexism and discrimination at its finest and I'm a male that tips well on top of it all. I signed in stating my purpose orally and written "A mani/pedi" waited confirmation of required service and was told "about an hour!" Waited the entire time there was nobody's after me during this time as well as nobody in front of me, all hands on deck to say the least. All of a sudden this white woman signs in and the chatter begins which i somehow knew what this was about to be about! She sits the guy comes over to ask her if she would like a pedicure and this is when things went left real fast. I asked was this an appointment because this lady just came in and I've been waiting for almost an hour as well as the lady tells the STAFF at this point that she just got there. They proceed to try to explain why they wanted her which this only infuriated me and furthered this belligerent, ignorant as well as insulting dilemma. I stated that "she will not have any service when I've waited damn near an hour" and the the white lady is in agreement that it isn't her turn, now see here's the bigger issue this guy assumed i was not going to say anything and maybe i was something lesser than his equal and immediately started walking towards the back as i still sat calmly in dialogue. To know that a black man who is paying for the same service to a business that already has a reputation of other instances further details why i refuse to further my association with such hateful attributes. On this day 6 NOV about 245pm! This place demonstrates sexism, racism and discrimination to the fullest extent with blatant disregard toward black ppl. It seems they've bought new furniture & want all of their money back this month. They attempted to charge me an extra $5 just to use the tool that removes dead skin from the heel. This is a poor establishment where customer service is not used. I have been once before and said i would not return but the location is convenient from my home. This was my last time going as they hair my nails soaking for a little over an hour as they began doing others who came in after me nails. After 1 hr 30 mins passed I asked if I could just pay for the soak off and leave. They then did not want to loose my money so she FINALLY started on my nails. Do not waste your time nor money here. I went in to get a gel manicure on a saturday midday, it was a few people in, Kristina got right on me, offered me wine and had a good chat while she did my nails, she made them look great and was very nice. Stay away! They were so nice the first time I came and my second visit my manicurist (a young lady) lied to me. I asked for gel with tips absolutely no acrylic and she advised to get "dip". Dip IS acrylic just a bit thinner because they dip your finger in the powder. I had a feeling she was lying yet I let her finish only to see my nails looked horrible. How do u mess up the shape on "natural" shaped nails. Long story short I had to come back the next day to have them do all of my nails over plus I was overcharged. Never coming back. read more

Walked in and told them I had an appointment and was greeted with unfriendly confusion by the same person that I had talked to an hour earlier setting it up, seeming to not remember our conversation at all. I started going to Nail Spa in 2016. They started off really good with Tom and Anna. Kristina, Andrew and Kim were awesome! They would get you in and out but the work was perfect. The last couple years I stopped going because I noticed workers started getting sloppy and rushing. Today after not going for a while I decided to try it out again... boy did I make the wrong decision. The work was rushed and when I got home I had to correct two nails on my own. I did not pay $40 to get sloppy work nor did I pay $40 to have to fix mistakes that were not done on my own. Safe to say that I will not be back. I'm sorry but I was just not pleased. read more

Should have read the reviews before patronizing, but I was in a rush and scheduled to go ok n vacation the next day. I see another customer post the same experience as I had today. After my mani and pedi, I saw the nail tech take the tools he just used on me ( cuticle cutters and pusher thingy) and place them back in the paper sleeve they use for sanitizing. I feel so disgusted just thinking about all the crud that is probably shared in this place, I'm already itchy. Also, I asked for nail art but was told my nails were too short then they wanted to charge me 10 buck a nail!! All I wanted was some glitter or foil design...geesh. The staff is friendly - tho I will admit out of all the 10+ times I have been here since December of 2017 I have NEVER ONCE been offered wine or water... today I over heard one of the guys ask this lady if she wanted water or wine. Thats the first raised eyebrow. The second came from when I told the male nail tech guy I wanted "Pink & White SNS (dip)" I showed him a picture of what I wanted and was expecting - OH BOY DID I NOT ONLY NOT GET WHAT I THOUGHT I WAS GONNA GET but was waiting for well over 2hours for it, granted it was a busy Friday so I can over see that. I got this half ass crooked white line with dip powder and a pale pink... so utterly disappointed! And the price tag for it was $50 that I would pay any given day IF I HAD BEEN SATISFIED AND HAPPY with my end result but I was SO NOT. I am cringing looking at my nails right now! After waiting for almost an hour, I finally got seated for a pedicure. A young lady ran the water and told me to put my feet in and walked away. The water was so cold and I tried to get someone's attention but no one bothered. While sitting there I noticed that 4 ladies that came in after me were seated and their pedicures began.
