Has some of you know I have some handicaps and I have a service animal and so when I called at 10:00 in the morning to ask them if they did walk-ins and they said I could come in at 11:00 to get a manicure. So I showed up at about a quarter till 11:00 and there was only one person working and they had somebody but told me they would be done in a minute. When that person's partner showed up and pulled up a chair and I was told it was 11:52 I fully understand why some people rated as one of the worst experiences they've had although I will tell you she seemed to spend a tremendous amount of time working on that lady's nails so either if that's a good thing or?? I didn't expect to not only find my favorite nail tech, but also find a new friend. Fiza is kind, professional, and really, really good at her job. One time I talked her into trying a powder chrome (one I brought) and it didn't turn out the way either of us hoped and she quickly scheduled me to come back to redo (for free!)! She genuinely cares that her clients are happy with their nails. I don't know another nail place that if you leave and not feeling your nails- that she'll make it right. Only giving 1 star because zero isn't an option. Literally the worst nail experience I've had. I was super hoping for a good experience because I need a regular nail tech and this place had good reviews, but it wasn't it. To start, the shop was dirty. Fine, I get it it's a working business. There were a limited amount of colors to choose from--Which was a bummer, but I asked for a fill, and simple white polish. She fought me so hard on the white polish telling me all the bad things about it and why I shouldn't get it. I finally felt pressured enough and chose a different color, which was a mistake, I should've just left when she didn't want to do white. The polish she suggested and I chose was thick and old and my fill was So. Freaking. Lumpy. And the shape was awful. Not to mention fazia talked shit about the nails I had and how poorly done they were... they were not poorly done they were perfectly shaped and the color I asked for.... During my awful fill, Fazia started asking personal questions and assumptions about my life and arguing with me about answers I gave. To top it off, while she was working on my nails another client came in with an appointment and she wasn't going to be done with me in time for the appointment and she argued with that client about it. I ended up taking the polish off of my nails when I got home and buffing my lumpy nails. Awful experience, I will never return. I truly don't understand how this place has so many excellent reviews. read more

My niece and I came day of my nephews wedding for a mani/pedi. Alfeya gave us both a top notch pedicure with squishy gel goop that made our feet so soft and gel manicure. After our mani/pedi's we were waiting for our family member to pick us up we had an hour to get to the wedding. But our ride didn't come and didn't come we called and found out he misunderstood us and was back home. Alfeya grabbed her car keys and said let's go I'm dropping you off otherwise you're gonna be late if you have to wait for an Uber. She zipped us over to our AirBNB about 8 min away and wouldn't take a penny from us "No it's my good deed for the day. Go and have a beautiful wedding." she said and so we did. Additionally, I didn't want to polish my toes and than stuck them in closed toe shoes so Alfeya invited me back the next day for the final coloring polish. So I came back the next day for the toe polish and about an hour later my pup stepped on my toe and messed it up. Alfeya repaired it 3 days after the pedicure. read more
