Kate is the best pedicurist with so much experience. My feet were kind of hurting and she got 5 ingrown nails out that I didn't even know were there. Fast too. In less than an hour. I would prefer my nails a little shorter and more square so that's why 4 star instead of 5 and I asked for short square at the beginning. She started right on time which was great. They were out of the shade I wanted but she was great at recommending colors that would look even more better on me. The color was beautiful, but that was the only thing that come out great. When I say my nails are so crooked it's so mind blowing how she didn't notice. I hate conflict and I'm not the best at speaking up, but anybody could clearly see that the placement of the tip was crooked. My almond shape was unflattering as well. Julie! Amazing... came here for a quick pedicure and wow, best pedicure I've had in a while. 1st she spoke English and was able to communicate with me and her customer service skills are on point. They are a new place so everything is clean and updated. Love the soft pastel colors and the decor. I then started coming here and did my nails too and that's when all when down the hill. The older lady (the owner's mother) doesn't have the same cultural touch of customer service and it was like going into any other Asian nail salon where you are just another number. My nails broke a few days after getting them done and came back to fix them and she turned me away. I shouldn't have to come back right away and I surely shouldn't have to wait 2 more days to get them fixed as the person that did then had to do it? Making an appointment was super easy online and I received multiple messages reminding me of my appointment (which I appreciate because I am very forgetful). I got a spa pedicure with gel polish and the total process took just over a half an hour and cost $55 with a $11 tip! They booked my appointments quickly and I got a text confirmation with all the details about my appointment. We arrived for the first appointment of the day and were promptly taken to the pedicure stations. Our techs were Stephany and Savannah and both ladies did a wonderful job! We were both pleased with our pedicures and the detail that went into cleaning up and polishing our nails. I was so blown away by this place. I'm in town on business from California so I decided to treat myself. Well now I'm depressed this place is so far away from where I live. the woman who did my pedicure was TN and she did an amazing job. She gave me an amazing massage. I've been to so many places where they give crappy massages with zero effort but man TN was putting in the work! She had me so relaxed at one point I kind of blacked out (in a good way lol). The woman who did my dip manicure was Savannah and WOW! She was so nice to talk to and on top of that she is so talented omg. I am obsessed with my nails. Every time I come here, their staff is extremely accommodating and friendly! Their facilities are clean, the prices are reasonable, and they have a wide variety of colors to choose from. Each time I get my nails done they do a great job with shaping, adding tips if needed, and applying the color. My only complaint is that I have gotten easy design work done twice from two different nail techs (a glittered arch on all nails and curved lines on two nails) and both times were less than impressive. The salon has about 4 nails stations and massage pedicure chairs with back rooms for lashes and waxing. UPDATE: Very disappointed in how these nails held up. I will not be returning. The issue began 3 weeks ago when trying to make an appointment here. I tried calling but was redirected to their website to do so. Had I been able to speak to someone prior, this whole experience could've been avoided. Upon visiting their website, I couldn't find the service of "hard gel full set" which I have been getting for 5+ years at my nail salon in NJ. So, I booked the service as an acrylic full set since it's very similar and I thought surely they should have gel since every nail salon I've ever been to has offered it. Wrong. When I walked in and was asked what service I would like to receive, I explained my statement above and was abruptly told that they do not have that but they can give me dip powder which is "very" similar. It is not. I was taken aback but I was already being stared at in the lobby and didn't want to have to awkwardly leave and find a new salon so I trusted what was being told to me. I thought I was crystal clear in telling the nail tech that I needed a new full set as my current one was very brittle and old. She assured me that I didn't need a new set - just that I needed to replace the gel with dip powder. Again, I reiterated that I didn't think that would be strong enough given the fact that I have been getting hard gel for 5 years and my natural nails are weak. I have been getting my nails professionally done for almost 10 years. I think I know my nails best but whatever. Fast forward 1 week from the date of having these done here - two of the nails begin chipping away - the rest are all dinged up and scratched. I was horrified! Fast forward now 2.5 weeks, all of the nails are breaking horribly. I have never experienced cracks and chips on the tops of my nails, leaving my natural nail exposed. It is the strangest thing. I don't even do any hard labor with my hands and yet my nails look like a jackhammer hit them while working on a construction site. These nails cost me $65 and only looked decent for about a week. I found a new salon that offers hard gel. Lesson learned. read more
