She's always jolly , humming a tone in a positive mood, and believe it or not, that to me makes me feel warm and welcomed. I live on the south of Chicago my fiance works a couple of blocks from here. She stopped by my hotel within a couple of hours to pick up my laundry and returned the clothes back to me folded very nicely, in an immaculate manner less than 24 hours later. She is very friendly and wonderful to work with. I am impressed by the quality of service that she provides, and will definitely hire her again next time I am in the area.
