Super Pollo is the best chicken I've ever had -- no false advertising with the name at all. It's seasoned to perfection and so juicy. I get the 1/2 chicken with white rice and beans + avocado salad and it feeds me and my boyfriend with leftovers, for just $10. Their empanadas and plantains are great too. Julio has been the worst customer service , I've ever experience from Super Pollo! Ordered food for delivery from them as I always , Julio took the order and didn't take it correctly. Called back so they can deliver what he forgot. He then got rude with me and was arguing with me. And told me that I don't need to order from there if I don't like his rudeness. Great example of Ecuadorean cusine. Combos can feed 2-4 people depending on how hungry you are. Super Pollo serves some of the tastiest and juciest roasted chicken I've ever had which could serve as a stand alone dish. The fried plaintains and empanadas are some of my favorites, but they still don't compete with my mom's cooking. THIS PLACE RULES!!! Very nice staff, food comes out very quickly, and their chicken is TO DIE FOR! (definitely add the gree sauce - it's addictive!) Also, their food is consistently of the highest quality at extremely affordable prices. Great spot! Their rice ands beans are so good, there chicken is good, that green sauce is awesome. This place is just another great Spanish spot that I feel this neighborhood needs. Delivery doesn't take long either. The only con is that they are a little bit pricier then most Spanish restaurants. What a 6 dollar chicken meal would cost you in other places will run you 8 to 12 dollars here. Not a big deal, but it was noticeable to me. Went for an early dinner with wife here on 08/20/16 and had the beef burrito and wife had the fried fish very good.The dessert wasn't bad, a little too sweet but good.Service was very good, place is small inside so you can see it will get crowded very quickly.One thing I did not like though.A 15% tip was added to our bill since it's over $45.00.I have heard when it's parties of five or more, but only two people.So if service was bad, you still stuck giving 15%, not cool.I tip very well, but don't add a tip in without knowledge.We asked and were told any amount of $45.00, well mention that or have it on your menu. read more

I love this place. I actually haven't tried their chicken yet because I am stuck on the Bandeja Paisa. I love Colombian food and their Bandeja Paisa is on point. You get chicharon, grilled steak, fried egg, maduros and rice and beans. YUMM ! Their chips and salsa is one of the best.(they give you pico de gallo). Their sangria is amazing !! The roasted whole chicken is one of the best things to order. Not that the rest of the options on their menu is not also great but this is the star! This was my go-to restaurant when I lived down the street for a couple of years. Luckily, finally, after 3 years, a friend moved to the area so I found a great excuse to come visit. Still delicious, juicy roast chicken, perfectly cooked plantains (both tostones & maduros) and fried yuca. Possibly one of the better places in the area. If you like Spanish food, you are in for a treat. Food is amazing. Service was awesome. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I recently found this place on a spur of the moment looking for some good spanish food. Their rice and beans are really good and they probably have the best plaintains i've tasted in a while. They are definitely a overpriced ($5 for side order of avocado??? a little much) but good is good. their chicken cutlet was also very thin and so oily it wasn't pleasant to eat. I would come back here for small things like plaintains, empanadas and rice. Maybe i'll try the chicken breast next time.. read more

I put it on everything it was perfect!! they lost a star bc their salad was alittle skimpy and they didn't read the notes on the grub hub and messed up the order slightly. While you wait for your remarkably affordable roasted chicken combos, they serve warm tortilla chips as an appetizer with their homemade pico de gallo with a hint of salt and lime. Outdoor seating and wouldn't allow dogs, waiter was very rude. Lost a very loyal customer, would not eat there again.

Not only service did not improve from the last time I was there and reason why I stopped going in the first place. But now they charge an 18% gratuity when they barely provide any service, this should be the customers decission. I had to catch their attention everytime I needed something, even for the check. Another thing usually at least that I know of, bread or chips or whatever they decide to provide on their own shouldn't be charged. When asked to wrap up leftovers of two different orders I was asked if i wanted them in one container, because if not I would have to pay for the second one. The food is good but not worth me traveling from far to get this type of bad service. I wouldn't even give it a star but if I don't I wouldn't be able to post. read more

Delicious!!!! Food was great. We had the seafood salad, bandeja paisa and churrasco. Everything was delicious. The only drawback was that the churassco meat wasn't really authentic nevertheless it tasted great. Best part was how fast the food comes out. Will definitely come back again.
