Got calamari to start with, really fresh, super tender honestly the best thing we got. My boyfriend got steak which came with a rice, fried egg, avocado, and fries. It was a large amount of food my boyfriend wasn't able to finish it. He said the rice was tasty, the steak was well cooked, and not dry, to drink he got a lemonade. I got the chicken burrito, i wasn't a big fan i felt like it was missing flavor, i wish it had cheese. It only had rice beans chicken and a small amount of sour cream. Putting customers to pay their ambitions, like renovations and extensions. Sadly the restaurant does not care of customers but money. Some people can afford it but don't forget about the community that build this neighborhood and the one who helped when you Super Pollo started as a small business. We all had leftover food so being that there was three of us we needed three plates to take the leftovers home. The waiter tells me that I would have to pay a $1 for the third container . I asked the waiter to speak to the owner who was there he came back with the container wasn't going to charge me but no owner . So I asked him where was the owner he said "Oh he's busy " So I went over to him where he standing by the counter and I asked him How do you charge someone for a container to take the food home that I paid for from your restaurant??? So he tells me well some people want 5 or 6 containers and we have to charge .....Well if you have 5 or 6 people who are sitting down eating in your restaurant and they want to take their rest of their food home then yes you should give them each a container to take home .Wow !!! This is coming from a restaurant that puts an 18% gratuity off the bat in every bill ....... As a restaurant owner I buy those containers at restaurant depot 500 for $25 ..... The owner told me if I didn't like it there's many more restaurants to eat at I didn't have to come back, which I already decided I wasn't . He an arrogant man who barely speaks English so the man who replies on all these reviews definitely isn't him .someone is definitely writing on his behalf A man who couldn't be bothered to come to the table and rectify the problem in his establishment himself .... We waited quite some time for our food which was not a huge problem since we were keeping each other company. All three steaks orders came out cold and the steaks were unseasoned. My chaufa rice was disgusting. No seasoning, herbs, it appeared to be old white rice with soy sauce tossed in and bits of leftover meats. Some ate what they could. I picked at the unseasoned shrimp in my rice. We did not complain because the entire order was an issue. They have brought my food on time numerous amount of times and I have called during the busiest hours. They manage to make it on time and never disappoint.
