It's like walking into a dark opium den and they just staaare at you with an occasional smile because they don't speak English except for the girl upfront. (She was knocked out on a recliner at the end.) It was a little confusing. First you're sitting - then you lay down - they flip over and the next thing you know your legs & arms are flying and flapping around. My girlfriend had her bra undone and was straddle by the woman. I tell you, the thiiiiinngsss they did to my butt. I can't even explain!!! My toes??? What did she do to my toes??? I'm still confused. They do apply pressure and get all the knots out. So who cares if we're out in the open, I have a rag over my face and can't see anything anyways. It felt longer than an hour but sure enough we were done on the dot. In the parking lot stunned in our gummy bear squishy state.. I'm thinking what just happened in there?? But all I wanted to do was to turn around and go back in. Wow, Where do i begin, My only concern / fear about Super Relax is im worried i will show up one day and the shop wont be there. I cant express how happy i am that i found this place and have untilized their services every weekend since! I saw the shop and thought, Hummm I have never had a prof foot massage before, Heck its only $20.00 i will give it a try. I did not read the small print that i would get a full body massage as well!!.. So i was like omg i just found a lil piece of heaven!! I use to treat myself to a spa massage every other month because i really couldnt afford to do it more often then that at $115.00 a hour. but 4 times a month for $120.00 at super relax? are you kidding me!?, I just cant go without this kind of pampering now. It has become a regular ritual for me. I highly recommend you tip no less then $10.00 though, Anything else would be consider a insult. Stressful week? no problemo, I get thru my week because i know im going to have all that stress massaged right out of me at the end of it. I have my two favorites at the shop, not mentioning them cause i want them all to myself!!..lol I have noticed since i have been going that i didnt use to have to set a appt, now its a better idea to do so. But that is a sign that they have flourished and i no longer have to worry about the shop not being there the following weekend..lol. My only unhappy moment was with a girl/woman at the counter, It was over the phone and she was really rude when i was trying to set a appt for me and my friend this one time.I was trying to get a question answered and wow so rude then she hung up on me!!!.. i called back and asked to speak with the owner and he was very kind but never the less it set a bad vibe in place for me mentally and basicly ruined my experience that day because i couldnt push it out of my thoughts as i was getting my massage. Im thinking it just had to be the same girl as Gail S. had encountered?. the owners daugher perhaps?.. I just hope that now that they are quite busy, They dont forget about customer service and stop appreciating each and every one of the customers who made them the success they are today. But i would like to end this review on a good note : Love them all.. well except lil miss counter girl...lol And another valuable tip to all you yelpers..... We all tend to just walk in and just let them give you what they want and go with the flow, which is great, but if you like or need a specific area worked on, Just speak up and let them know, they will accomodate you no problem, And if your massage is a little hard or to soft, just let them know, after a while if you schedule with the same person , Before you know it you will be getting your own customized massage just exactlly the way you like it!! read more

This place is great. They charge $2 for an hour massage. The only thing I didn't like about this place is that the masseuse would talk and talk. Most of the time it sounds like they are making fun of us but I learned to ignore it. They give pretty good massages though. Worth a try. You get your money's worth. read more

I scheduled an appt and waited 15 minutes past while they opened the salon. The massage itself was very nice and thorough. I had chosen the $30 version. When I provided a tip directly to the masseuse, she brought it to front counter while I paid. I was told that $10 tip was expected! I have been wanting to write a review since early April. I want to share a story with anyone who plans on going there. I went to get a massage with a group of six people. We all started our massage at different times since the employees were busy finishing up with other clients. Long story short, my friend started his massage later than we did and the woman ended the massage 20 minutes earlier than paid for. We let the incident pass, but what was more aggravating was the fact that we gave the employees a 3 dollar tip each and they all complained to the owner, so we ended up dishing more money for a massage that was mediocre. I feel we should not be compelled to give a certain amount of tip if we feel that the massage was not superior. I will not be coming back ever again, as a result of this experience. read more

Dont understand some of these comments. I have been here several times. The 2 different females who have given the massages have been really good. Hands down the BEST value and BEST massage I've had. I LOVE deep tissue and you have to really like deep tissue to enjoy the massages here. I still can't believe it's only $20! I didn't know what to expect when I went in. I'm used to the European type of massage and paying 3 times the $. First off, it's not just a foot massage, its a head to toe massage with your clothes on. I thought it was weird at first but I felt like butter when I left. Make sure you wear something comfy like gym clothes that you don't mind might get a little oil on. My massage started out nice and easy and then the guy proceeded to get all the knots out of my neck and back. Be sure to speak up when it hurts to much. I agree with the other yelpers and to tip at least $10. They work on you for an hour. Tip for the services rendered not on the 20% of purchase. I don't have alot of money to pamper myself so this is the best bang for your buck! If you don't mind the no frills than its a must. Cheap doesn't mean you have to be inconsistent. Requests to focus on my back have been repeatedly ignored. Pressure was ridiculously weak, felt more like a sensual spa rub down. My hour was cut short twice. One time dude in front chased after me for a tip as if its mandatory and I had to explain no tip means no satisfaction, simple. I can be humble about a rub down with hot towels and hot stones but dont expect a massage here, expect more theatrics and a lot of disappearing acts leaving you wondering if the booth in the mall is actually a better call. read more

For $20.00 it's amazing. BUT the therapists talk too much, they call to change my appointment time or confirm 10 minutes after I made it. It gets cold and the massage oil smells funky. This one is a hit or miss. I was looking for a really good deep tissue massage and like many of the oriental foot massage places this one is just ok. Not enough pressure or not enough time spent on a particular region that has tension is not good enough for me...I mean, I'd rather you spend time on that knot in my back that you found than moving to a different part of my body. Stay there until it's taken care of and then move on--sure it's less time on my calves, but hey, that's not the part that needs therapy. read more

Just awful! I paid $15 in advance for a 30-minute massage (hour is $20), but received 20 minutes at best. The masseuse had NO technique, unless you call aimless, manic rubbing "technique". He chuckled the majority of the time and took a several minute break midway through to do who-knows-what. What a huge disappointment! I won't be returning. read more

What really sets this apart from any of the other foot massage places around is that they actually go under your shirt which is huge plus for me. I've been here a couple of times now and each time I was able to get an amazing massage. Only downside I would say is how it can pretty noisy at times. read more

This place is cool, it just opened a couple days ago down on Devonshire and Mason right next to Tuesday Morning! I went there today and man was it a treat! For about the same price as those mall massage places I got a whole lot more than what I expected! It advertises itself as a foot massage place but it's so much more! I got there and they had me soak my feet in a tub of warm water, then they proceeded to give me a back, neck, and leg massage. Then the sit you down and give you the Chinese foot massage which just made me knock out! The total with the coupon I got from Clippers magazine was $20.00! My husband and I went here for massages today and this place rocks! As mentioned it's called a "foot massage" but you really get a full body massage but with your clothes on with a bit more emphasis on your feet. I had Emily and she was awesome! The only down side is that it is in a big room with a bunch of recliners so there really is no privacy and it was a bit loud with some chatty people. But for $20 it is quite a steal! Ive been 4 times to this place and each time gets a little more annoying. My last visit was about 3 weeks ago and the therapist would not stop talking with the other employees. Giggling and chit chat. Also, I am pretty sure it was a full 10 minutes short of one hour. I get its very inexpensive so I cant expect much, but I think refraining from talking while massaging a client is an obvious courtesy. read more

I'm not one to complain about a massage (ever) -- but I DO feel obligated to let others know how awful this place was. Now I love rough massages, but wow, my entire body was bruised for days. Not just bruises I could feel, but ones that people noticed and asked me about with concern. It's the closest I've ever come to getting beat up. Every time I told the guy to go softer on me (about every two minutes), he wouldn't listen and just kept going. I felt like a human punching bag. The only reason I didn't leave was because my friend was there with me and having a decent time (she had a woman doing her massage). I've been going here for at least three years and even though the place was not that great, I continued to go since my friend goes here also. The quality of massage really depends on who you get and the lady who gave me a massage last time was pretty bad. It felt like she was just rubbing here & there and tapping here & there. I thought to myself that she must be very tired and doesn't have any strength left so I didn't complain. The worst part was when I got up to get my shoes on, I noticed wrinkled up used looking rubber gloves laying on the footstool.
