Z is a talented barber. Fast and sharp. My haircuts are always great and the price is still reasonable at $35 for a regular men's cut. We used to talk about our pets or Egyptian food, but each month the place has gotten more and more tense. Fox News on high volume now while you wait, crypto strategies and how undocumented immigrants are the source of most of the crime in California, etc. I guess that's where we are as a society. I'm respectful of all beliefs, but just keep it to yourself. Keep one of the few places that I can relax and get a haircut, safe from drama and politics. Another bummer is that he a one-man show with limited hours and no appointments, so you can also end up waiting a while. There is another barber chair there, so I always wondered why he doesn't fill it with a second barber and move twice the business. For now, it's just him. I got tired of the political atmosphere though and I will be moving on. read more
