Really good NY style pizza. I grew up in NY and the staff, food and vibe are genuine. The only thing missing is a grape drink machine and a walk up window! Thin crust and nice sauce add up to great flavors and textures. The Italian salad with homemade dressing was wonderful. Highly recommend and am quickly becoming a regular. I was born and raised in New York. I haven't lived there since 2016 and could never find a pizza I liked, "New York style" or not. I can finally say after three years that I have found a pizza that reminds me of home! Everything from the look of the place, to the music, the workers and of course the pizza is as authentic as it gets. I am so thankful that I can enjoy a NY style slice of pizza (and that they even sell pizza by the slice). The owner is awesome to talk to, too. How do you end up at Super Sardo's Pizza? We will get to that in a minute. This place was great from the minute you walk in and Santo is telling your the specials, his daughter is taking your order and the rest is a show of what happy people look like while working. Stopped in to have a slice before heading to the airport. This is as authentic as it gets outside of Brooklyn itself. There are a lot of good and decent NYC Style Pizzerias in FL. This is my crown jewel so far. Santo and his family and family of coworkers make this a great experience. How did I find this place ???? TikTok.... The videos are hilarious and you just have to know if this pizza is for real. You know when you know when you taste the sauce and the cheese together as you fold up your slice and dig in. And your immersed in all of the sports teams , players and sites of the city. It the food and people are what make it that great experience. read more

I will give them 3-stars for a quality pie, but a solid 2-star deduction for outrageous pricing. The other day I attempted to order from them for the first time in a while and requested a medium two topping pie. They came back with a price of over $21. I'm sorry, $21 for a medium two topping? Give me a break! That is straight up large specialty pizza pricing. I don't mind paying more for a quality product, but I will not be ripped off. And sadly, that is what Sardo's is offering up these days in the way of pricing. I promptly canceled my order and took my business up the street (not to a budget chain pizza place) for a quality pie at nearly half the price. Sadly I will not be returning to Sardos. There is quality mom & pop pizza in the bay area that can be had for nearly half the price they are trying to gouge you for here. I called and was told they were really slammed and he realized it should have been squares after so he cut it so he cut it again. But for my ruined 18 dollar pizza they would give me a free order of garlic knots? No thanks.. Owner response; Hello my name is Sardo, I called the store right away to find out what happened. They made a mistake and cut it the regular way, they offered to make another pizza and or to give you free garlic knots. You said "No". It was a mistake. We tried this place because my friend kept hearing raves about it on "MJ in the Morning" show. The food was very "average," but that was not why I am leaving a horrible review. I want to leave good reviews, but this butthurt jackhole manager decided to treat me and my party like scum, even though I had tipped and our party had just brought him at least $100 business. I ordered a medium pizza (8 slices) and asked for a box to put six of those slices in. Do not ask me why I did not see it earlier, but I saw a very long thin and curly jet black hair on my plate. Why I did not notice it is beyond me (perhaps on the bottom of one of the slices is my guess). Regardless, I showed it to them and try to explain to them that I did not notice it until just now. For whatever reason, they did not believe me. I wonder if the hair was in the pan underneath the dough or something. What I do know is that they refused to believe me and did nothing about it. I tried to explain to them that I had just paid $22.52 for 2 slices of pizza (and a drink). It didn't not matter to them. I AM UPSET BECAUSE THEY DID NOT WANT TO MAKE THIS RIGHT WITH ME!!! Cook a new pizza, offer me a partial refund, discount next time I come, ANYTHING!!! My friends were asking me about me being upset and I simply commented that I could have gotten a better deal at CuCi's Pizza. This obviously pissed off the manager who overheard the comment, because then he threw me and my party out of his restaurant. NO APOLOGIES, NO LET'S MAKE THIS RIGHT, NOTHING!!!
