He still was rude and didn't really care the fellow behind the desk said would you like to talk to the groomer? I said no it was too late. They can't glue his hair back on . I will never go there again. The owner does not know how to carry on a business or care about his clientele.

We've had botched cuts in the past, but with Breezy Barks and Bubbles it's always a perfect cut! Lacey keeps us on a routine schedule so that we keep his coat growth under control . Lacey is patient, because Duke can been a little sensitive when it comes to touching his feet. Also, it's goes without saying, that the groomer coming to me is a huge bonus! Highly recommend!!

There were several attributes that do not match his personality on the report. In fact, quite the opposite, which I can infer the attention he may have received is not what we paid for, otherwise the report would have been accurate and aligned to his mannerisms. Secondly, he came back both times with health issues after the stay. Eye infection, skin issue, etc. Again, not ideal after paying for extra services. I would not recommend, as our experience has not been positive.
