I payed separate last visit for my daughters mani, then I paid for my fill and pedicure the total for my mani & pedi alone was 162... I did get a design so maybe that's what racked up my bill or maybe they charged my daughters manicure to my bill a second time not realizing I already had paid cash for her... I checked the receipt but like I said it doesn't specify what you got. On a good note I love my nails I came and saw Trinity 3 weeks ago and thankfully I got to reschedule with her a second time. The customer service here is great. A lot of funny conversations. The atmosphere is fun the nail techs and the customers are always so happy. Trinity did my eyebrow wax last time I was here and I loved how fresh they looked! I'll continue seeing her while she is here. She's moving in April so I recommend seeing her before she leaves to Florida because she is amazing! When she leaves I'll see Abby, the owner sits right by her so I've seen her work and she is just as great. Kim did my daughter's manicure and they were my daughters favorite! I had one toe that didn't get painted entirely and a couple with spots that didn't have enough coats of polish so two my nails have a weird spotted look. Before leaving my house I saw that the shop was open, when I parked-- the door was wide open and there was already a customer in the pedi chair. I asked if they had time for a pedicure and was told, "not open." I saw that their business hours on the door were different from the online posting. Great! I have time to grab a coffee and be back. I returned after and before entering asked again if they were open, she said yes. I asked if there was time for a pedicure, and was told "no one is here." Mind you she was finishing a pedicure, the neon lights were on, she was actively servicing a customer and I was turned away. Most places encourage you to sign in and wait, give a wait time and/or let you start soaking your feet. I don't care the convenience of it being nearby, I'll take the time to go elsewhere and not support a business that actively turns customers away. The lady was not friendly, not welcoming, and really didn't seem to care for customer service. After reading other reviews, seems consistent for this place. I only give a one star because zero stars is not an option.
