I'm sad to add a review being that I've gone here for quite sometime now.. these past two nail appointments haven't been good. They schedule too many people and the workers are going as fast as they can to finish up with you for the next appointment. I asked for coffin nails .. didn't get coffin shape. I asked for ombré with glitter .. Loan did what she could work with.. just to move on to someone else. I didn't say anything just because I wanted to get out of there... there was glue all over my fingers and when she was filing my nails damn she was running a marathon. The last straw for me was when asked by Tina what I wanted I told her a new set and she mentions "you want plain just because we're busy under her breath" what am I chopped liver .. this appointment costed me $100. I'm just glad there's other salons that I can try out. Won't be going there again . read more

This was a really good nail salon. I was a walk in and was welcomed in and taken right away. The color selection is so good. The music is nice. I was under the assumption that this service was $65, and I asked her about any additional charges. She said there would not be any. But when I went to pay, my total was $82!! And when I asked about the price the young lady at the desk was VERY VERY rude. She implied that I couldn't pay for it, but I was simply wanting and explanation for the price difference!! I made an appointment on line early in the morning and they called me back later that they could take me in at my requested time. I arrived and was promptly seated and my mail technician was Han. She was very efficient and gave me a wonderful manicure and pedicure. I asked to a paraffin wax also for my hands and it was $15 extra, with the message lotion on my arms, that normally is standard with a manicure. When it was time to pay, there was a notice on the receptionist table that there was a 2.5% charge on your total bill, if you paid by credit or debit card. I paid by debit as I did not have $91.72 in cash with me. With the added charge, and a reasonable tip, that just seemed unnecessary to me, the patron. I understand that they had just gotten new message chairs, but that is the cost of doing business and this charge for using a card, just seemed wrong. read more

I came here because the reviews were overall positive, but was very disappointed. I purchased the Deluxe option ($45 before tax and tip). The whole process was extremely rushed and sloppy. My nails were cut very jagged, and were not even filed to smooth the edges. The paint job was also very poorly done as well. The whole process took 20 minutes, including a maybe 1 minute massage? Everyone was very nice and friendly, but I won't return after something so overpriced and poorly done. Nice salon. Made advance appt. Excellent pedicure. Original spot was pedicure and manicure with gel. I asked to try dip. Dip service was rough. Provided no manicure but immediately started dip. Unfortunately, I have skin hanging around the dip and nails and it is not a good look. I tried to ask why things were going differently. At end they stated you have to ask for a manicure separately. I did in making appt, I wouldn't suggest a dip service my nails don't look professional at all and they did not offer to address this in any other way. The pedicure was relaxing and nice. Regarding the dip gor nails for me I wouldn't return. No pride in the work and had to ask to get color cleaned around the finger left on. Tech also scraped with their fingernail on the area outside nail bed to remove the excess color which had occurred during service causing more skin fragmentation outside bail skin as this was dry skin. I have been going to nirvana nails for almost 3 years now. I have never left with poor quality work. They may take their time but they do things properly. They actually soak off the gel on your toes. Most salons just peel it off which is terrible for your nail bed and over nail health. They never rip off my acrylics. They soak them. As they should do! Does it take a little longer? Sure. But how can you sacrifice nail health? I've been getting my acrylics done for almost 10 years and this is the healthiest my actual nails have ever been. They take their time to make sure everything is CLEAN. Nobody wants a weird fungus from getting their nails done. So thank you for keeping everything clean! The family that runs the salon are so nice and they all work as a team. I booked a huge reservation prior to my wedding. I had all my family there getting our nails done. They were so good to all of us. Even my grandmother & she's picky!! If you are looking for a chop shop nail salon this is NOT the place for you. I debated on writing a review or not, but my visit was so disappointing. I had made an appointment for a pedicure and gel manicure, i wanted to have my nails done for an upcoming vacation. I ended up waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time before I was sat. They started my manicure first, but then the woman handling my manicure got too busy with other clients and had me switch stations to begin the pedicure. About halfway through my pedicure the manicurist came over and did my fingers while my pedicure was taking place. It was really stressful and not relaxing at all. They kept rushing the woman doing my pedicure asking her how much longer. I don't think I would be as disappointed if my nails had been done well, my gel polish started chipping less than a day after getting them done. If I could give this zero stars I would. Called for an appointment for 5 new sets. They got it mixed up and tried to sit us for pedicures. We told the man we were doing nails not toes. We then sat for over an hour waiting because they only had 4 people to do acrylic nails. We finally got seated and everything was so rushed. It wasn't enjoyable at all, we fault like a burden to their day. They charged us over $80 for each set and they were all SIMPLE nails. Nothing crazy or hard. I myself got short square nails with French tips. They charged me $45 for the set $15 for get polish? $5 for a special nail shape? When is square a special shape. And $10 for the French tip. It was absolutely ridiculous and me and my family will never be coming back. Too expensive and the work is sloppy and rushed. read more
