I was referred here by a friend who said Abby's Nails is reasonably priced compared to other nail salons around here. I feel like my total hasn't been cheaper then what I'm use to paying though. I wish their receipt gave details as to what you are paying for. I payed separate last visit for my daughters mani, then I paid for my fill and pedicure the total for my mani & pedi alone was 162... I did get a design so maybe that's what racked up my bill or maybe they charged my daughters manicure to my bill a second time not realizing I already had paid cash for her... I checked the receipt but like I said it doesn't specify what you got. On a good note I love my nails I came and saw Trinity 3 weeks ago and thankfully I got to reschedule with her a second time. The customer service here is great. A lot of funny conversations. The atmosphere is fun the nail techs and the customers are always so happy. Trinity did my eyebrow wax last time I was here and I loved how fresh they looked! I'll continue seeing her while she is here. She's moving in April so I recommend seeing her before she leaves to Florida because she is amazing! When she leaves I'll see Abby, the owner sits right by her so I've seen her work and she is just as great. Kim did my daughter's manicure and they were my daughters favorite! I'll make sure my daughter has her nails done again by Kim. A girls happy place is definitely Abby's Nails! The experience is always sweet. read more

Massage chairs. great service. clean. I got the Jelly pedicure (moderately priced but very nice). Heated neck wrap and excellent touch! My husband is handicapped and I have taken him to this salon over 2 years. They are kind and patient and take their time giving him wonderful pedicures. I highly recommend this place because they are very through and do not rush to get the job done, like other salons. So this is my default place. Its clean and cost is about average and their open on Sunday which is generally when i can go and they are open. They are clean and everything they use has been sanitized. I always hope for a better foot massage but it's still just fine. Friendly staff and i like that they don't talk the whole time in their language. That's a hot button for me. Talk when I'm gone not when I'm paying good money for relaxation. I am visiting from.out of town and had gotten my nails done at what was my normal spot. Wrong choice! They were lifting and just a hot mess. I walked in on my lunch break for a fill and repair and the girl was AMAZING!!! She immediately fixed the issues I was having and even cleaned up my cuticles which is so important to me. I am tempted to drive the 2 1/2 hours for a fill when needed because of how amazing they look. Do not let the outside fool you from taking a chance on such an amazing work. read more

A friend of mine recommended this place. She is a fan and likes that service is usually quick because the business is often empty. The owner (who is also a technician) remembered her and greeted her warmly. The day we went, there were a handful of customers and only three technicians-so, my friend did have a longer wait. Luckily we both were able to enjoy the massage chairs the whole time. I didn't think there was anything good or bad that stood out about this salon. The staff was nice, it seemed clean, the prices were average- just kind of run-of-the mill. My pedicure is nice. I like the flower design and color and my feet feel softer. I like that Kim offered a service punch card. I think punch cards are a smart way to encourage loyalty. I'd go back, she had a variety of nail and wax services as well. Don't go here unless you have a few hours and money to waste. The people weren't very friendly. This was my first time here & I won't be going back. I wanted a full set french tip. Not sure if the lady was new, but she took Forever on each nail! Not a problem if the job was done well but it wasn't. My nails are crooked and misshapen, and my fingers were covered in dried acrylic. The work space was not clean, I have one nail with red glitter probably from the last customer. To top it off they charged me more than they had originally said, because she did a few things that were up charges. She never asked or even mentioned it. Don't go here! read more
