I had my pickup washed on May 25th. The equipment malfunctioned and caused extensive damage to the paint, broke the windshield and tore off the antenna. Filed a claim onsite and online. Never even 1 phone call. All email, mostly automated. Denied any responsibility. Use at your own risk. read more

What a piece of shit car wash. They told me that if I wanted to get the soap rinsed off before I went through the dryers that I would need to purchase a different wash package. So you're telling me that the car wash doesn't come with a rinse? How fucking stupid is that. Just for reference I purchase. The clean wash package. Now my windows are streaked with soap. Remember when the "lite wash" here was $5 and actually did something? Good times. Even at $7, it felt like you were getting value -- decent soap, a little free rag , and hey, free vacuums! It wasn't perfect, but at least your car came out looking cleaner than when it went in. Now it's $10... for what exactly? A light mist and a motivational pep talk for your dirt? I could park outside during a drizzle and get the same results -- for free. It's called "lite wash," but I didn't realize that meant lite on water, soap, and effort. Look, I get that prices go up. But if you're going to charge more, maybe actually do more? Car washes are a luxury for most of us, and at $10, this feels less like a treat and more like a joke. Thanks for the memories, but I'll be spending my $10 elsewhere -- like maybe on a sponge and some dignity. read more

Well first of all I went for a car wash n wen I started drying my car I had sooo many scratches on my car I was pretty upset n also my lower plastic panel on driver's side was out n which didn't pop back in right so now I'm driving around with damage to my new vehicle n it pisses me off so I talked to one of the staff members n I showed him tha damage to my vehicle n says oh ya I see it well unfortunately there's nothing we can do about I was heated then says if I wld like to buy a membership tht covers ceramic coat n that wld prevent my vehicle from more damage next time I was like I can't believe he's saying this I told him No I Do Not Want to Buy Ur Membership this car wash jst damaged my new vehicle n isn't doing absolutely nothing but saying sorry bout tha damage r u serious I will b contacting several ppl bout this matter. Had a membership here since they opened. Me and my daughter decided to go wash our cars. My daughter was ahead of me, her car as a "auto h" which is basically a feature where you don't have to hold your foot on the brake. She's a new driver, new car so not really quick on adjusting things. Well, today Jackson got completely unprofessional by asking her if was stupid or something. I was in the car behind, then when it was my turn he told me "we get some idiots here that can't read" I had no idea he was talking about my daughter until I got home. Brand new, just opened AND giving away free basic car washes for the time being. Easy to get in and out of and free vacuums.

Been going to this car wash for years, never had an issue until recently. Went for my weekly wash and the one of the machines broke my passenger side mirror, was hanging on by wires. Came up to the dryer and the mirror kept blowing around and damaging my truck even more. Made a claim with the manager and still haven't heard anything after 3 months... reached out multiple times and still haven't heard anything. Will no longer to business with this company. read more

I absolutely love coming to this car wash. There is constant attention to detail to keep the outside vacuums stocked with damp towels and windshield sprays, it's a great location for anthem residents, and the best part is the employees!! Everyone here is so nice and friendly day in and day out. It's nice to feel the sense of community when the car wash employees make every person feel welcome and appreciated. This was my first time to this location and I enjoyed my visit. Everyone was polite and helpful. I frequent a different location but was in Florence and decided to give this one a try. The employees greeted me with a smile. The towels were dry from the heat and a friendly young man that was folding towels asked me in I needed any assistance. When I asked for some new towels Jacob gladly helped me out. He was very polite and helpful and because of Jacob I will definitely be coming back. WOW..I love this car wash...close to my home, convenient but the best part is they are customer friendly. Plus, I believe it cuts my water bill, more efficient in my opinion, saves me water, time and money. They were helpful and courteous. They are a new business in our town. The machine wasn't reading my plates right and so Chris came over and was able to help me get through. He was very kind and helpful!!!

My husband purchased their $9.95 special and didn't realize they would continue charging his card every month for $29.95. I have to admit he isn't very good at checking his charges so when I noticed in July that they were charging him every month we notified them and they told us they would quit charging us. We were charged again in August, when I contacted them again they said they didn't have a record of our contacting them and will not refund our money. We are from Minnesota and were only in AZ for two months,. They should have noticed it from our license plate and informed him of additional charges. read more
