on 10/13/2025 my car was significantly damaged by this car wash. Their machinery was faulty causing my car to repeatedly crash into the truck in front of me. I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with this company only to receive 3 automated responses saying they will contact me. This has not happed to date. I am very disappointed in this company. The lady was nice and did help me out the best she could just don't understand why I can't just walk in and have my service turned off my car was totaled in an accident I signed my car up 11 years ago when I bought it. I no longer need the service when I no longer have the car. I have to know what card number I signed up with well I can't even tell you my current credit card number at the moment let alone one I had 11 years ago. You can walk in to sign up why do I have to go through hoops to have it turned off. As if my car being totaled isn't stressful enough now I have to go online to have a car wash service taken off. You have all my information on your computer turn on or off service should be on the company not the consumer. read more

By far the biggest rip off and worst car wash I have ever seen. The windshield was still dirty on the outside as were all of the other windows. There was dirt spots on the vehicle and bugs on the front. We selected the $40 wash because it was supposed to be "Full Service." It was not. We had to drive the vehicle through the wash. We did not want to do that because one occupant gets extremely claustrophobic. Then we discovered that the wash bay if you will is extremely short. The length of the actual wash is the reason that vehicles come out of there still dirty. We also paid for that wash because their website says "Extreme clean inside and out." Nothing about this was was clean, whether it is the inside or the outside. The truck is a bit cleaner than it was, but for $40, the dang thing ought to look way better and it doesn't. There is still dirt in a slot near the transmission selector, obvious dirty spots inside the truck and the outside is absolutely filthy still. I did not expect any car wash to completely remove all of the bugs on the front. This is different though. It does not look like their wash removed even 1/5th of what was on the front. We paid $40 for a wash/interior cleaning that looks like it was done by a 3 year old. Major rip off. I will not be returning as I have no confidence that a 2nd round through or another interior clean would result in much difference. Do yourself a favor. Look through my pics, then read all of the other 1 and 2 star reviews. My mistake was not reading the reviews prior to going. We really only selected this particular place because it is close to where we are staying while here for a few weeks. When you read the 1 and 2 star reviews. you will see substantive comments that are all saying the same thing. Then take your money elsewhere. read more

It took them less than two hours to do a complete interior/exterior detail and the overall result looked like night and day. NEVER AGAIN! They are so pathetic here and have no communication or solid operation system. Literally it's just washing and detailing the car but the salesperson makes it so hard for the actual people doing the work... I got tricked into the "Mangers Special" for $50 which was really just some basic wash package worth $21... the salesperson said it would include full detail with a buff and wax. Nope they just washed it and did a basic vacuum. The car was still dirty. Spots on the leather and unclean... they didn't even wipe down the interior. When they flagged my car is being done I asked the guy if it had been waxed because it was completed so quickly and he said the car wash wax is it when you drive through. Obviously there was a huge disconnect and no one did what I was promised. I was basically lied to and overcharged. Finally I spoke with the manager and he pulled my car around into the garage and had someone wants it but it was still filthy inside and when I again asked for the manager and pointed out everything that was wrong I had to sit there and wait until I finally just left. Why does anyone wanna be sitting at a car wash for two hours? I have so many more things that I could be doing and wasting my time being mistreated and not valued as a customer. I loved Superstar but since they changed their prices and they way they run it now I don't like it. I feel like the employees doesn't care much about your car or your experience. I got the basic wash and I had to drive it through the tunnel they use to do it for you. And now you take it to the line and they start cleaning it and vacuuming it. Once I went inside and paid the cashier was nice but once my car was ready I check it and they didn't vacuum it I told the guy if they don't vacuum it he said "yes" told him it didn't look like they did he asked "do you want me to tell them to do it again" he looked at me like he didn't believe me but once I showed him that their was still crumbles on my seat he just said "oh" and walked away. My windows were still dirty and my tires still had water. I just left cause just by that guy walking away when I showed him they didn't vacuum looks like they don't care for their members. And I stood outside seeing when they were cleaning not once did I saw them clean the inside very disappointed on this car wash. Hope they get better at it. Hate that I paid for something and it didn't get done. Even if it was the basic one they should still care about cleaning it right. read more

Today I went to get my car done, sales guy tried to push a $150 special on me. I got the ultra star wash at $39. Going thru the wash, there was just a trickle of soap, super fast. Waited for about 10 minutes for someone to wipe the car off. They put my floor mats on my seats and vacuumed the floor mats, nothing else. Put some type of polish on the interior (forgot big spots) and called it a day. It took them less than 10 minutes. I had dirt and dust from the floor mats on my seat. Went to the manager to complain and he told me that they just do a quick wipe down but won't vacuum seats. If I want clean windows and a vacuum I should pay for a detail. Everyone's in a rush to go home at the end of the day which I get but they took all of their supplies back inside after I told them they didn't put anything on the dash to make it shiny whatever chemical it is that they use. They didn't vacuum the car well, or clean my windows from the inside and I had to leave and use my own stuff on the dash since they already took everything away. Everyone else except for the guy working on my car which is bullshit. I wouldn't pay that much here again only to have something done to my car that I could probably do better myself with the self serve vacuums and the cleaning supplies I have myself. This place scratch up our BMW and we spoke to Gabriel. He said it wasn't his car wash yet our vehicle was immaculate before we came in. I went to check my truck since my wife's car was damaged and I have fresh scratches on my truck too! We called corp but had to leave a message. We will be emailing and writing them! Mind you I never gone to this super star car wash I usually go to this one car wash off Avondale boulevard and Van Buren but because I was in need of a quick wash and this was down the street from my house so I finally decided to go and give this place a try. After I got in my car after having it washed, I noticed the tray in the middle console was broken. I never use or open that tray but it was open when I got in which I thought was strange. When I tried closing it, it would not stay down. I talked to the guy who was cleaning the inside of the car and showed him, all he said was it was like that already when I know for a fact that it was not. My only complaint is trying to deal with them via their website. Every time I go onto my dashboard, it does not let me do anything. My membership is expiring and I want to change to a new plan and I can't do it on my dashboard. Every time I click on change plans nothing happens, so I guess I'll just let it expire. There was no notification on the terminal that there was no cash back when depositing a $20 bill for a nine dollar car wash I was done redeemed a voucher for another car wash at a different time. When asking two different employees if I could just get my money back they shrugged it off and told me sorry the office is close there's nothing we can do. This is absolutely horrific customer service.I would totally get it if there is signage letting you know that there is no cash to be refunded if you were entering cash, but I feel like this was a total rip off of funds. I decided to get a car wash bc it was early and the car wash was not busy at all. Maybe 2 cars drying and 1 in line... I was in line behind 1 car for at least 10 minutes with no acknowledgment from the 3 workers. I finally honked and one of the guys told me to move to the empty lane . The wash was terrible. They did a good job vacuuming but when it comes to wiping the interior, it looks like they hardly did it. I paid for the one where you get a full wash, vacuum, interior and exterior, wheel shine etc. but I would say I only got half. In the vacuum section, I waited for a guy to come to show him where to get all the stuff with the vacuum. Guy never came so I just went inside and after three cars, they finally get to it. I probably won't be coming back to this place and that is the reason why I normally wash my cars myself. I wish they can have a lane where you go and just take your car in without having one of them try to "up sale" you. Just state what you want and that's it. read more

I took my car here to get washed paid 40.00 for the highest wash and I didn't do a walk around to make sure car was clean and that was my mistake. The back of the suv was still covered with dirt, wasn't even wiped off along with passenger side. I didn't even notice this until I left the car wash. I then brought my suv back and spoke to the manager armando and explained the situation. He quickly jumped into action and told me they would take care of it. He took my suv to get re-washed and cleaned. I under stand the business of a car was and don't get too pick but this was extreme and all I can say is they did correct the mistake and at least that counts for something. I paid for a full service car wash the exterior was left decent, the interior not so much. On the bright side they do have strong vacuums and towels for you to touch up their mediocre work. My advice is pay the express car wash and do your own interior don't expect much. Also the guys on duty seemed to be bothered by me asking where my keys were they left them on my passenger seat where I placed my purse and both looked around my car.
