Never come to this place again. Pulled in and 2 employees just standing there talking didn't approach me to see if I needed help. Finally some other guy approached me short stubby guy and asked what wash I wanted. He walked away and me and my wife ASSUMED! He went to ring up my ticket . After several minutes I walked up to the 2 employees that were chatting away I asked where did the other guy go who took my wash order? They said no one else is here to take them but us . THEY asked what he looked like. I said some short stubby guy. They didn't know who I was talking about. I said really ? Well if you guys weren't busy talking maybe you would've noticed! This place damaged my rims. The manager then told me that my rims had already had a big chip out of them and that it was not their machines. Prior to this also, one of the workers made a racist joke saying that he could not even see me in my vehicle until I smiled. I have used this company for car washes since I moved to AZ. I will not be going back. They haven't responded to a voicemail that I left at corporate, so I filed a BBB complaint. They have not responded to the BBB either. While I was in the wash getting my truck washed, I got stuck while in the machine because the guy came up to me during the wash and told me that my tires were too big and that my truck should have never been in the wash in the first place and that the guy at the wash entrance should not have let me go in. The guy at the entrance to the wash was too busy trying to get me to give him $5 in cash in order to get a more expensive wash. I do not recommend this place at all!! I have been here more times than I should. Just about every time I have been here my truck has been left with a very shotty job. Usually it was something that was missed or not properly done. A few times it was left over clumps of the dashboard cleaner left on. Always told myself I would give them another chance to get things right. I even had them replace a windshield and was told numerous times it would be a genuine Toyota windshield. Sure enough it wasn't and they wouldn't do anything about it when I called them. Well today was the final straw. Had a decent experience and my truck actually looked good both inside and out, but I noticed my portable cell phone battery charger was missing out of the cup holder. I swung back around and asked the guy who was the one that worked on it and he said he didn't see it in there. Funny because I had just unplugged it before getting out of my truck to pay for my wash. I waited in line for about 5 minutes to talk to someone at the desk and decided to leave. I know whoever took it wasn't going to come clean about it. I would avoid this place at all costs and go somewhere that takes pride in doing a complete job and won't steal your stuff. read more

I had my car washed here, good value great job no wait(which is never the case anywhere else)

I took my truck in to do just day express wash, and when I got out of the wash went to go vacuum I noticed that most of my truck was still dirty and the wheels weren't even cleaned they don't provide racks for you to use to drive your car because the blowdryers don't work right. Not to mention if somebody's parked next to you you can't open your door wide enough to vacuum your vehicle. I went to go ask somebody for some wet rags so I could clean my car. And the first thing out of their mouth is what kind of wash did you buy, what does that matter I paid for a wash my vehicle should come out clean as I'm cleaning my vehicle and drying it I noticed there's also scratches on the hood of my truck from there washing rags inside the machine. They don't even acknowledge you they barely would give me a rag to clean my vehicle after he came out of there wash dirty, and I was told make sure to bring the rack back because they don't let people use them. What kind of customer service is that I paid for my vehicle to b washed only to have to wash it myself by hand and the whole time they didn't care read more

I went in at noon on a weekday to get my car detailed. I had a Groupon but upgraded to a more thorough detail for an additional fee. They found a chip in my windshield and worked with me to contact my insurance company to have it repaired same day. After the initial conversations, I was told it would be about 2-2.5 hours and decided to sit and wait in the lobby. The lobby was smelly and loud with three TVs tuned to different channels all blaring at the same time, but the real issue was the amount of time it took them to complete my service. After three hours of waiting with no update, I spoke to an employee who checked on my car and explained that they had left it half-done because they thought I had left and would be returning later in the day. I would have written it off if they had then immediately rushed to finish it, but instead I was told it would be another 45 minutes. That time went by and when I checked again, I was told to wait another 15-20 minutes. That time passed as well and I had to have a third employee check on the status of my car, only to hear it would be another half hour. The employee realized I was upset and offered me a free car wash if I would come find him before I left, but I didn't want to spend another minute there after my car was finally ready. All in all, I spent more than 4.5 hours in the business, which was twice what I had been quoted, and when I left I found that the few belongings I had left in the car (sunglass case, CD) were combined in a bag with trash. I take my car for a detailed wash of the inside of my cloth interior. I told the guy who took my car and the cashier NOT to do the inside of my trunk. They call me within 2 hours to say my car is ready, so I go pick up the car and the inside of the car is soaked! I asked where was my dash cover and they pulled it out of the trunk only to find all of my stuff that was in the trunk in a garbage bag. My car was soaked for almost a week, not to mention the moldy smell I was starting to get after the 2nd day. it has been 2 weeks since I got my car back and to this day, if I leave my windows rolled up I can still smell the awful moldy smell. And yes I have let my car air out in the sun and put freshener in the car. Never again, will I give my money to these people. Overall, not even the customer service was okay. The guys in the yellow shirts don't even acknowledge that you are there, and if one just so happens to make eye contact, no greeting, no "can I help you?", no, "have you been helped?", nothing! i have tried this car wash several times and have been disappointed each time. when paying upwards of $25 it would be nice if they actually took the time to be thorough and remember to clean everything they say they will. twice they only put tire shine treatment on 2 of the tires. the interior was done half way and when i handed them their tip i didn't even get a thank you.. then after leaving would see only one side of the tires were done and half of the interior was half ass done. Sadly it was a waste of money and they obviously don't take pride in their work. Not worried about making the customer feel like coming back unless they want to walk around inspect and have them touch up everything they missed. read more

Extremely disappointed. It's been about two years since I've been to a car wash. I was in a hurry and wanted my car washed but didn't have the time. I get here and they're trying to up-sale me and replace my windshield, I felt hassled and when I said no, they turned around as if not wanting my business. The WORST part of this was that they ran my car through the wash, WITHOUT putting my passenger side window all the way up. I fell bad for the gentleman that was drying the car, as it wasn't his fault that someone else didn't put my window up. I'm extremely upset and I will never come back here, let alone any other superstar car wash. No one has come up to me to apologize for what they did. read more

My husband and I come here all the time. The service has always been good. One time they didn't take off the antenna and it got bent. They gave us the money to replace it. When we have extra money we get it detailed and the have done a very good job read more

Been coming to this location for 5 years now since my family and I moved to the area. Very impressed with the turn around. I admit I wasn't to thrilled about this company when I started coming, but lately they have been impressing me. They've added a new wash that leaves your car immaculate! Thank you to the employees I interacted with on today's visit. They made my day! Santos was my salesman. Ruben in a blue shirt explained the benefits of the wash as I was still a little confused. They are very friendly here, and pretty quick about getting the car done. However, there were a few small details that were missed. I'm very detail minded so I notice it when there are still smudges on the windshield or spots in the car that weren't completely wiped down. Overall, a decent job, though, and since I hate doing my car myself, I'd rather hit the touch up spots than have to do the whole thing. I would go back. read more

I was there two weeks ago. They vacuum the car and they left trash between the seats. The service is fast to fast that they don't do a good job. I had my car wax there before they did a horrible job. I know they can improve their service if they put more attention to what they are doing. This location is always busy. This is the only car wash that is closer to this area and they should consider that. read more

This place gets slower and more horrible every visit. I absolutely dread having to get my car somewhat cleaned here. The front house staff (vacuums, check in) will hold your vehicle up if you don't upgrade. And they half ass vacuum it. Check out girls are usually nice enough and the finish team is hit or miss. I will prefer to still drive to the hand wash place on Scottsdale Rd then have to give this place my money. We need a good place around here. read more

Im absolutely amused to this horrible and fraudulent business who called them selfs a company, about two months ago I was offered what it seemed to be a pretty sweet deal to me, but unfortunately the person who was advertising and offering it to me was not obviously qualified to do the right job, as there was alot more details that werent quite given out, they never told me that i was going to be automatically charged more than twice after the first month, as soon as I realized I got charged I tried to call the locatiom where I liked getting my car washed, but they told me that they couldnt do anything about it, that I had to call what I discovered to be a useless phone number where I was suppose to received help that I never heard off, because I called about 4 times got forwarded straight to voice mail and never returned my calls, 2 months passed by now and I got charged once again, Im uninformed of how to canceled this ridiculous pass other than the useless number I was given , anyways I decided to look up on line, wich I feel like I didnt have to because it means Im doing the job for all the people that its working for this company specially at their coorpoate offices, however I went online and saw that I can put a feedback and I did. JR Rodas finally got back to me and gave me a direct number that should off been given to me along time ago to avoid this trouble...I called the numer and at first a lady answered and I explained my situation and she was very rude and unprofessional and felt I was also being discriminated, I asked her if I could speak to a Manager and she said "sure let me but by the way she's not going to answer" and just transferred me very rudely, she was right no one answered and had to leave a voice mail that was never responded again. I decided to called back that direct line number again just to ask for an email address for the HR department, they did give it to me with no problem, I wrote an email explaining the problem all over, once again....no one ever replied back to me.....just ridiculous horrible customer service....psshh....I had to call back again and ask to speak to someone that was aware of my situation and at first it seem like they didn't know what  I was talking about, but then I got transferred to a female called "Yessenia" (if i spelled it right) who was helpless,  she kept throwing out the fact that she couldn't reimbursed me due to the usage of the pass, WOW after everything I been through to just trying to get someone to answer me and help me "Yessenia" the "Manager" from coorpoate office was not able to reimburse $33.90 dlls to a customer that was unfairly charged, I honestly suggest Super Star Car Wash Company to get more qualified employees to handle situations like this, Im very shocked that such a big growing business like your its willing to risk taking a stupid case to court over $33.90 dlls, I really hope some reasonable can get back to me and solve this problem with me. i brought my car in this weekend. the worst service EVER!!! my interior was not cleaned or vacuumed properly, there were streaks left on the windows! When i went to go confront the manager , he was YELLING AT HIS EMPLOYEES, he told me, " If you don't like our service go somewhere else." Mind you , i had my 4 year old boy with me . I have been a customer of Super Star Car Wash for several years. It has been my expectation that when I leave my vehicle in their hands, it will be returned to me with all my possessions still in it. Now commonsense will tell you not to leave anything of significant value just laying around, but I didn't figure a phone charger or an ipod cord to fall into that category. I went yesterday to get my suburban washed. I cleaned all the trash out myself, and pulled up the 2nd row seats, to make it easier for the vacuum guys to get into the back seat. The only things I left in my car were a phone charger and an ipod cord (both plugged in), and a kids booster seat....When my vehicle was returned to me, I reached for my ipod cord to plug my phone into, but it was gone. I pulled back around, and spoke with a manager. He "questioned" the people who had handled my car, but they all denied any knowledge of the cord. The manager then suggested that perhaps I never had a cord in the car....Really? So that's my game? I'm here spending $16.99 on a car wash with the hopes of conning you out of another $15 for an ipod cord? He then suggested that it may have been vacuumed up...so the vacuum tech was so careless that he vacuumed up a 3 foot long cord with an adapter on one end and a tuning mechanism on the other and didn't notice it? One of the vacuum attendants, when questioned, said "I noticed all the seats in the back were up, so I figured someone had already vacuumed it." So they basically didn't vacuum the back either....what am I paying you for? To not clean my car properly and steal my stuff. All the manager at that point could do was shrug his shoulders, as if to say 'What can I do?'. The cord itself was not expensive. I can replace it. It is an inconvenience to me to not have it....what bothers me though, is that someone would so brazenly steal. Who knows what other items are being stolen from the many cars running through that wash every day. So what can I do? I suppose I can bring a receipt down and demand that they reimburse me for my cord...I think instead I will keep the $16.99 I've been spending down there weekly and take my business elsewhere. I will tell everyone I know who frequents SuperStar about my experience there having my stuff stolen. And I would encourage SuperStar CarWash to take claims of theft seriously. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! This car wash in particular seems to be all about the money and no customer service... Once you sign up for their "unlimited" car wash membership be aware of them not allowing to you stop the membership when you choose to. I had to pay an extra month of membership fee's and was not even allowed to continue receiving car washes for that month paid. I tried to get a refund back, the car wash representative told me it was no problem gave me a number to call the corporate office and once I spoke to them they refused to give me my money back! The WORST Car Wash EVER!!!! I just wanted a quick wash because it rained and had a dust storm the night before. I drove through the car wash and notice at the end of the wash my rear windshield wiper was out of place. I checked and a part of my windshield wiper was missing. I went and asked for the manger. He came and looked at my car and "looked" for the part. But in the end he told me come back Sunday to see if they can find my part. I come back Sunday the girl at the front desk was super rude. They have no customer service skills. And I asked where their no liable signs were located? One was a small sign that you can't read because you are being directed to drive your vehicle to car wash area. The other sign is placed in a space where you have to walk up to to read it. All I wanted was to just get my part for my windshield back. One of their employees told me to go to a parking lot and steal the part I need from another vehicle?! I tried to ask for more information but all said I should talk to the manger they don't know anything. They were trying to get rid of me. I just left my info for the manger to get a feed back which I highly doubt they will. As I was driving away I saw another vehicle who's antenna was ripped off!! read more

I stopped by at this car wash last week on Monday Nov 14, and it was the worst experience ever. We had money left in the cup holder and when they gave back our truck the money was gone. We asked the guys who have the truck back and he said he never saw the money. We then asked the other guys who had worked on our truck as well and they all said they did not see the money. We then spoke to the manager and he said he would investigate and check everyone for the money. There was 1 guy there who became very nervous and then started telling my husband he was in need for money and he had just started working there. My husband told him just give us back the money and we we'll drop all this but he was very nervous and didn't know what to do. We know it was that guy and it's very upsetting that the manager did absolutely nothing. I know it's our responsibility as well for leaving the money but it was within a minute the money disappeared. The manager needs to fire the guy who did this. They will loose customers if they continue to have ppl like him employed. & I will continue to give them bad reviews and speak to the manager or someone above him until something is done.
