One of the most lack luster self car wash centers I've ever been to. I do understand that they are the only self service car wash in the closer general area but I don't believe that warrants the amount they charge. In terms of quality, this location only offers one foam brush attachment and one pressure washer. Most self wash car location at least have the tire bush or separate soap gun. In no way, shape, or form would I say my experience here was worth the almost $2 PER MINUTE I spent. Save your money and make the drive somewhere better. read more

Got off Knik and needed to pressure wash our ATV. Super easy to get to from the Knik recreational area. Has 6 bays. 2 are pull through with trailer 2 are pull through no trailer 2 are machine car wash. There was one car in line for the pull through bay so we took the machine off the trailer and went into the other one. Super easy and user friendly. The owner was on sight washing his machine also, really friendly. Will come back. read more

So let me start off with the new owner of this old car wash did put a lot of time into upgrading it from the dilapidated shape the previous owner sold it in. Much cleaner than before. Thats where the positive feedback ends. I'm sure he put a lot into upgrading it but his prices are at minimum twice the price of ANY car was in the area. And that goes for the self wash or the automatic washes and they aren't any better than the competition. The owner is also not a pleasant person to have to deal with. There is no sorry my auto wash damaged your vehicle it's just an enter at your own risk. Which by now we all understand but when your auto wash malfunctions and damages my vehicle it really doesn't matter how small it is your wash did the damage. I would NOT suggest using this wash. You save a lot of money to use any other car wash in the valley and the chance your vehicle will get damaged is much less. read more

Wow! The new owner has completely changed this wash. It used to be terrible, hardly worked, and seemed to be a waste of money. Now it's the best wash in the state. I can wash my truck by hand or use the touchless wash. It also has ab outside bay big enough to wash any vehicle or equipment or semi. read more

The touchless car wash here is outstanding. After a very long road trip, my car was covered in grime and dirt. This car wash removed all the dirt effortlessly, leaving my vehicle spotless and shining like new. The quality of the wash is superb. read more

Wow, worst experience with a car wash owner I've ever had. Been in the valley for 33 years and used this car wash dozens of time over the years, but never again. First off the sprayer did an awful job on my truck. Wasn't able to get even the regular road grime off. While I as inspecting the job, the owner started harassing me about moving me truck since I had stopped "paying" even though it had been less than 2 minutes and there wasn't a single other soul there in any of the bays (100% true). I was simply trying to wipe my windows, looking for grime (in case I needed to spray the truck again, which I was about to, because either the soap mixture was off or they have some other issues), not to mention I still needed to grab my mats that we hanging. However, before I could even grab my floor mats he came back and passive aggressively started asking if I couldn't hear him or was dumb. Needless to say, that was a terrible and unnecessary experience and I'd rather just use mudbuster where they respect you as a human and have pride in their quality and customer service. read more

Only one (car) wash line was working and it looked like it had been lit of fire. That's when I should have turned away but I have the wash itself a chance. Once we finally got into the car wash it only left a few little "suds" on my windshield. I took a photo as well. My passenger even laughed at the how poorly is washed my car as metioned to never go there again. When going threw a car wash your car should be covered in soap/bubbles. Not just three little one inch drizzles down the windshield. I tried to call a few times and left voicemails. I heard nothing back. I looked into the business who's license appears to have expired in 2013, unless the owner is running "Super Suds Car Wash in Palmer, Alaska" under another business license which does not fall under the same codes then it seemed they shouldn't be making a profit is they have no business license, I could be wrong. read more

New owner has made a world of difference here! Used to be maybe the worst place in the Valley. Now it has an active involved owner, and while it still has a ways to go, he inherited a royal mess, so I appreciate that he (Jason?) is trying hard to make it right. He's friendly, helpful, seems to be there daily for quite a few hours, and always working on repairs and improvements. The water is now clean, the self serve equipment works properly, and the automatic bays seem to work properly too. I usually just go in to spray off the road grime and wheel wells in the winter, and it's $1 a minute which ends up being maybe $5. Haven't had a problem yet, but I suspect if I did, he would be a far better person to deal with than the previous owner, who couldn't be found or reached by phone, much less willing to help you. read more

I spent $15.00 to get the premium car wash about one week ago, the wash never started so I lost my 15.00. There were instructions to leave a note on the equipment door which I did with name and phone number. I did not hear from them so I left two voice mail messages on their answering machine and no response from them. I will never patronize this wash again and will send them a letter next to try to get my refund. Extremely unhappy with this business and don't know how they can stay in business. read more

The absolute worst! A total and complete waste of time and money! Obviously the owners and staff took a vacation, and never came back. These things don't run themselves. Over time, they require maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep. Half of the high pressure washers are clogged, and will not work -- a total cluster with no upkeep. Much better places to wash a vehicle -- this place is filthy, disgusting, and appalling! read more

We pulled in, paid our money and it soaped up our car....then quit. Never sprayed water, anything, just left us with a soaped up car. There was no attendant on duty anywhere, no phone number available to call, so no one around to help us out. We will not be back. We had to go to another carwash and rewash the car. read more

I ran my Car through this car wash yesterday $14.00 and it looked like it did before I ran through the wash. Ran it through again later in the day thinking maybe the cleaning agent had run out the first time. Nope! same results! Today I watched 3 dark colored cars go through the same stall and come out with the same results, I gladly pointed out the shitty wash job to all 3 customers. Spoke to the male owner today and all he could do is blame everything else except his crappy car wash, he said he would let me run it through the manual side but I showed him where his brushes had scratched my car in the past and that is why I quit using the brush, ( No bucket washing allowed ) otherwise I'd of taken him up on his offer, but he argued that his brushes can't scratch. ( another complaint in the web says otherwise ). If you care about your vehicle take it elsewhere. This place sucks! read more

Great Wash! I have been coming here once a week for years and while there have been occasional issues but overall the customer service has been excellent and equipment works as it should. The outside RV wash is much appreciated. Not sure what happened to previous reviewer but I have always had a positive experience at this car wash. read more
