I am not shy about spending money for premium services. I was looking for people who assist in cleaning the auto. Perhaps it requires an appointment but I ended up just getting a very good auto wash - better than the spray only washes in other places. And the token for vacuum helped too. If the car wash offers other premium services, I would recommend they advertise them openly for newcomers to see. I came, got the car washed, used the token to vacuum, and left. Good wash overall.

During the foam brush phase, the soap coming out was dark blue... that was new. I thought it was a summer, deep clean formula. I brushed and washed the car. During the wash, my hands were stained blue. This has not happened before, and I have used the self-wash bay at least ten times with the foam brush. I finished washing the car and noticed blue spots on my shoes and legs, plus blue hands. I tried to clean it off with water and soap, but very little came off. I went over to the attendant, who was swearing at his co-worker. I explained and showed him my blue hands, and he asked what the problem was. I told him this has never happened before. He was dismissive and frankly a jerk. He said the sign in the bay warns that some staining may happen. I showed him the sign. The sign reads that the conditioner nozzle, not the brush, might stain during use. I told him I used the brush wash, not the conditioner. I was told they were the same formula... seriously?! Luckily, the owner was there, but he was also dismissive, and when I told him I was a loyal customer and that this had never happened, I asked for my money back. He was still defensive and incredulous. The attendant complained that I was aggressive, and I told both of them that I was upset at the terrible customer service and at my damn blue hands and legs. No apologies and no recognition that the brush soap ratio was incorrect. This is strong alkaline soap too. I asked for a refund and the owner acted immature about it - again showing my blue hands and asking him if this has happened before (no response). I decided to leave because they both don't care and have a zero customer service attitude. The blue dye can come off with aggressive scrubbing and baking soda. I can't recommend anyone use this car wash, especially if you self-wash.

I am not sure what they are, but I can guarantee that they were not there prior. I did receive prompt communication from Circle T - Melissa who assured me that her car wash could not have made the marks. I know that is not true and am extremely disappointed. Couldn't she have asked for me to bring the car back and try to fix the issue??? That did not happen. I will not go back and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I failed for wiper blades ......really that's a new one but they conveniently could have replaced for 50 / 60 dollars on top of the inspection depending on my wiper option. I replaced myself but also found out I needed to take off my border on my back license plate, Patriots aren't liked here. This was just my first car, I then brought my other car in while waiting on the first, not knowing the fun in store. Well that car conveniently failed too !! I had a tire that had significant wear.....HMM, really. I had an alignment 6 months ago and my car has 37K for miles and ohh by the way I haven't driven my car more than a few thousand miles in that 6 months. On top of that I also failed for my back plate border....surprise Brought my car back to the guys that did the alignment and they said I was given a story...car should have passed. When you lose the trust of people it goes without saying, perhaps that's why there is always someone outside waving a sign that says they are open with no lines / no waiting. I live very close to this garage and unfortunately, I've convinced myself a few times to 'give it another try'. I have been consistently disappointed. There appears to be a high employee turnover rate and those who are there are typically distant and aloof. I had my car inspected and was told, "You're all-set, cars' ok". However, when I spoke with the mechanic he asked "who told you that?" He then informed me that I had a costly deficiency. On another occasion, when I inquired about the price for a tire rotation, the beleaguered clerk made several calls to find the price (evidentially, everybody was on a 'break'). After several minutes I got my answer and the clerk whispered to me where I could get it done less expensively. That was the best help I ever received there. You will do well to drive pass this garage for you auto needs.
