Came here today and there was a sushi chef that wasn't the usual tall lanky sushi dude. I got 3 different rolls and wow, the smell and over all appearance of the quality of the fish was clearly not good, not fresh, not properly stored, not maintained cold. When I looked at the albacore it was cracked, tasted very fishy and was gray like. I immediately discarded it because of the appearance. I was driving through and stopped at the Marshals across the way, felt a little hungry and grabbed a poke bowl to go from Super Sushi. Honestly, my socks were KNOCKED OFF! I want to say I eat here every other week at minimum! I'm obsessed with their deep fried jalapeño roll, which is exactly what it sounds like (delicious). The Okinawa roll is also amazing and everything always tastes fresh. My 2 year old enjoys their orange chicken and could finish the whole bowl, it definitely tastes different from anyone else's I've tried. I really enjoyed my sushi here but the last time I came to pick up my order, why did the cashier ask me for proof of my order after I gave her my name? Is this protocol? The gyoza and fried rice was not good. Tasted plain & very Americanized. It did not taste like Japanese food at all.

Love this place. Sushi rolls are always generous and fresh and reasonably priced. Highly recommend the ocean roll.
