I used to really like this place, but I think management changed or something because quality, as well as staff, has gone downhill :( Went in ordered 2 super tacos, it was dead, guessing I was either early for or just missed the rush. The salsa station was just horrible, lemons were just brown, the salsa was swimming with other toppings and the other salsa was empty. The taco meat was bland, the pico de gallo they put in the super tacos was going bad or something because it did not taste good either. I then hear an employee loudly going on about how someone had shat in the bathroom and gotten it everywhere, granted it is lame that someone did that, not everyone in the store wants to hear about it though. My favorite go-to for burritos! I love the carnitas super burrito. That's all I ever get. It's so filling and delicious! Goes perfect with their green salsa. And under $5! This place is always packed but they get the food out quick! Only downside is that they only accept cash. Get your burrito fix here. You won't regret it. read more

The food is alright. I would always get the quesadilla with carne asada. It's yummy! Except when it has that nasty meat that is all chewy and stuff. Ew! I love this place. Food is so good and prices are reasonable. It is not as clean as a 3.5 stars restaurant. But cleaner than most. I like how you can see them preparing your food in front of you. Located in east Salinas, which has a bad reputation and keeps some people out of the area. The fact is, it is as safe as any part of town. Good hard working and friendly people live here. The heavy set supervisor at night is rude and unprofessional. He lacks in customer service. I asked for my money back for stale nachos and bad meat. A alternative spot if you favorite taco place is closed(Tacos El Jalisciense) love the tacose de adobada nice n spicy.The alpastor meat they put on the tacos its a lil different for my taste. The red salsa is one of the best I've tried I always hogg the bottle of salsa. I've tried there regular and super tacos and I must say im dissapointed with the super taco they put beans cheese avocado your type of meat and sour cream and one more item I forgot what it was. Im an old fashioned taco lover I love me some diced onion alpastor meat cilantro and red or green salsa. Maybe that's why I didn't like the super taco. Oh and the adobada super burrito is so good with there red salsa. They don't accept credit cards but they have a atm machine inside so no problem. The service is good, by the time we go inside and order and start eating no more than 10 minutes have passed :) read more

The food is great. I usually get the carne asada or carnitas tacos, but have tried almost everything with every kind of meat and it's always been tasty. They also have a Fresh salsa bar.
