So two weeks later my engine light goes on and took it back to see what it was and they told me a vacuum seal needed replacing. They could do it on Thursday. I showed up then and the guy I talked to wasn't there and the other guy said very sternly he would need it a week to diagnose it. I reminded him I was told they could do it and the price quoted but he said nope. Won't be back. Very poor customer service.

Today I stopped @ the W'frd shop as a 'test' of mrktng blather or truth in advertising. Blaine, Mikah, the team and the techs there were 100% as advertised. Without hesitation, they immediately drove and inspected my car to determine the source of my/it's issues. Tests were done, Q&As were exchanged among us and the results determined that, despite questionable sounds, every test, comparison and measurement, my car seemed to be in safe and good working order. Blaine said he'd reach out to other human and digital sources, describe the perceived/known problems/noise and would call me should any new opinions be offered. This business and these men are a FOR PROFIT establishment and COULD have certainly tried to convince me that I should let them 'do such and such' to try and solve the issue. Not only did they NOT try that tactic, they REFUSED to accept ANY compensation from me for the work they did in the investigation process! I am no novice and could have recognized an attempt to 'lead me' into spending some money with them..that NEVER happened.. I grew up in a small town so I can unequivocally say that it has been DECADES since I have had such a unique, honest, professional, unexpected and enjoyable interaction with auto mechanics....like small towns USED to have...with these men and this company! I called to speak to the owner, Brandon Waters, to relate my experience and spoke with John Lobato, a KINGWAY Manager in Aledo.. He was gracious, most appreciative and was happy to hear that 'his guys' are doing and being what they were hired to do! BOTTOM LINE..Folks.. take your car problems to them.. Let's just say there were some things that happened to my car that were not happening before I pulled into the car lot. They obviously did something to cause something wrong but immediately when I told the guy it wasn't doing that before I got here.. he said OK will look at it and will fix the problem. He said if we did something they would get fixed. Everything worked out so I am a happy customer. I did have to come back a couple days later to actually get my inspection done on my car. I had two tires put on that I brought to them and air pressure was wrong so again I had to come back for that as well... But for some reason I will still say I like this place they may need to get some guys with a little more experience in the shop but they are quick to fix a mistake and very kind about it. Not to mention the guy in the front (I should have gotten his name) was very nice and friendly and had all the laughs. I will go back to this place to have my other tire put on as well... Maybe even the inspection.

Everything was great. Then my A/C stopped cooling about 6 weeks again. I took it back to them this past Monday. The compressor had gone bad. They replaced it and the condenser under warranty without any fuss and had my car back to me on Wednesday. I didn't have to spend a dime! Dan and Adam have been nothing but friendly and fast. I really appreciate their service and will be taking my car to them for any future repairs!

The reviews for this place are excellent and so I decided to take my Tacoma to them to get some…read morework done. The truck is fairly old so, among several other things, they quoted new shocks and strut assemblies. After getting the truck back and driving a few days back and forth to work I noticed that it always had a pronounced lean where the passenger side of the vehicle was riding several inches higher than the driver's side. After calling to confirm, Phil stated that they had done an alignment and had even verified the ride height/level. The truck was definitely leaning though so something was not right, I took it to the Toyota dealership and they showed me the issue. Fort Worth Auto Garage had installed the wrong shock and strut assemblies on one side of the vehicle. I don't believe Fort Worth Auto Garage actually did an alignment or a ride height check, because it surely would have been noticed that the incorrect parts had been installed on one side of the truck. That being said, once I confronted Phil with this information he did agree to install the correct parts so eventually it was fixed. Fort Worth Auto Garage do have reasonable prices, however they seem to be a bit sloppy with their work and they do not seem to pay close attention to details, such as part numbers.
