They do an amazing job on my eyebrows but I waited for over an HOUR just to get them done. They only have ONE person working and they definitely need at least two!!!! So many people walked out before me and I still had to wait that long. They used to have over two people working but not anymore. I used to love going here for the price and results, but the new lady that just did my eyebrows today was rude and didn't pay any attention to me. I was waiting for about 20 minutes for other customers in front of me (no problem) but when all of them left she ignored me and was writing in a journal. She eventually realized I was there and then serviced me, during my eyebrow threading she kept poking me in the eyeball saying to hold tighter and then tugged dragged my skin down. I'm sorry but I am not pulling my under and upper eye skin down that far. She then proceeded to leave all of my hair on my skin that was just threaded. I plan on only going back if the usual lady I go to is there, if I walk in and see this same lady again, I'll walk straight back out. read more

This place is never a let down to come and get you're eyebrows threaded for $5 it is definitely money well spent. They do a great job at threading eyebrows. The lady's who do the threading are super nice and understanding how some areas that are being threading are sensitive so they don't mind the sneezing. I've also gotten my eye lashes done here as well for $20 and it was done really good. It didn't take to long to put on and I liked it. I think the price went up to $30. I'd definitely recommend family and friends to come here bc it's just as like going to the mall to get your eyebrows threaded and on top of that its half the price and gets the same job done. read more

I came here to get my eyebrows threaded and eyelash extensions. Sidra did my eyebrows and it was my first time ever getting my brows threaded and she did a really good job. She shapes them perfectly! As for the eyelash extensions, I probably had them for a month and a half. I wasn't a big fan of the extensions, but they looked good! The only thing I didn't like was that she just overlaps the old lashes with the new lashes. It made my lashes go in different ways and she told me it would fix after a few days, it didn't. So I decided to remove them. If you're looking for a place with great service, this is your place! read more

I chose this place after searching all of Yelp and nothing really clicked for me. I live in the area and never noticed STS so I really wanted to try them for a facial. I don't believe in paying $100 plus for a facial so it was VERY affordable here. I called to book my facial and found out there was a special going on. All facial were $35. That was amazing because I believe the most expensive facial was 60-65 dollars. She gave me advice on which facial was great for me and we got started. The facial lasted an hour and it was so refreshing! She didn't talk to me the whole time (which I like), there was music playing, she got all my nasty blackheads and whiteheads, the steam was so great I fell asleep, and the mask was really good. I plan to go back this week for eyebrow tinting or some lash extensions. However, they have a forever customer! read more

Went there for the first time today and had a great experience. Sidra listened to my concerns and made my brows look SO much better! I had tried to grow them out for the last year but I cannot get them even! I spend way too much time filling them in every day and trying to get them to resemble each other. Anyway, I told her just to do her best to get them even and I understood that it would mean making them thinner. They really do look so pretty and I'm going to go back to her next week after refraining from my daily tweezing. It was a pretty painless threading experience, too. read more

This is my go to place. It costs $7 for eyebrows, and I for the most part trust these ladies. I did have one experience though where my eyebrows came out a little uneven, but it was something only I noticed and no one else did. Also, if you don't say that you don't want it too thin, they will do it a little thin (so note that). But the ladies are very nice, usually only takes 10 minutes.
