This was our first visit to this particular nail salon. The service was adequate, we had a reservation and they definitely got us in quickly despite the fact the salon was pretty busy for 4:30 PM on a Thursday. If I'm completely honest, the massages we got with the pedicures were a bit lacking. I've had better at other salons. But the pricing was also a little more reasonable, so maybe that's the give-and-take. Everyone was super friendly, we were definitely offered drinks multiple times. And the kids both got slushies. Note that kids services are only offered for seven and below, which is pretty young. read more

Fantastic experience! I called in for 5 pedicures and they were able to fit us all a few hours later. You walk in, select the type of pedicure you want, choose your color and then they seat you. Everything happens quickly so be prepared! Sarah was my tech and she was awesome. Super friendly and she listened. I loved that I was offered a beverage during my service. I'm from California and surprisingly, this isn't a common practice in California. Especially the cocktail option! I had their daiquiri and it was refreshing. I will say, the service felt quick. It was a little less than an hour and they literally timed the massage at the end! My total was about $65 for a gel, deluxe pedicure. Kind of steep considering the short service. The gel polish alone was $20, where as in California it is $10...if I lived in the area, I probably wouldn't return frequently just because it is pricer. Went in for a pedicure at the end of a rainy Saturday and they worked me in even though a lot of the staff had already left for the day. The chairs are very comfy with good massagers, the staff was super friendly and I got a great foot massage. It was $90 before tip for a gel pedicure (I got the fancy one because it's been a while and I'm pregnant so I wanted to spoil myself). The man at the front desk was even kind enough to make sure they left one of the bathrooms open and dried the floor off after they mopped because he anticipated the pregnant lady would need to use the bathroom at the end of the pedicure, which I thought was nice. Been here a couple times for pedicures and am unhappy with at least one minor-ish thing each time I leave. Prices are good, salon looks nice/clean and I never have to wait long. However, my experiences have included burning my feet/legs with wax and hot towels, very messy paint job that I had to clean up myself at home, and then most recently, clipping into the side of my big toe and pulling the skin all the way down to the cuticle leaving my toe red and sore for the next few days:( not the worst experiences, but not the best. Came in for the first time a couple of days ago. Brand new nail salon with beautiful decor. Prices are higher than most places I've been to. They have a nice selection of colors and complimentary drinks. I walked in and Joe at the front desk was welcoming and friendly. He explained the prices and directed the flow. Iris worked on my dip manicure. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. I did forewarn her that I have a hard time relaxing my hand when I get a new person to do my nails. She was very understanding of that so I appreciated that. The reason for the four stars? I got nicked by the drill more than once. That's usually my dealbreaker. She was quick to address the first one but then there were a few more. I did however really like the way my nails turned out. I've been going to this nail salon for roughly 3 years. I definitely have some of my favorites (John, Stephen, Iris, Ivy) who do wonders on my dipped nails. They have always seemed to get me in whenever I've needed it. The front desk is ALWAYS helpful when needing to help match a color, and always pleasant on the phone. I've never had a bad pedicure, and the chairs are comfortable. I moved 35 minutes away and still commute just to get my favorite people. 10/10 recommend! The salon is only so so. I may get decent service one time but the next time I go in the service is not good at all meaning either I have a bad interaction with a nail artist or I have to return to get nails repaired or they don't do what I asked them to do. Some of them don't speak enough of English to get what you want request done correctly and that's a problem . I'm not trying to be mean, but if you're gonna work in an industry where you have customer interaction, you need to learn the local prominent at least conversational English or have a translator present at all times . I think I am finally over it. The last time I walked in I was spoken to so poorly by the front desk. That I just can't see me going back there again and there is not a nail artist that would change my mind, the quality of work does not match the price you pay and there are too many other salons within a 5-10 mile radius to choose from to settle for this place. read more

This new salon is so lovely and spacious! Customer service was great and I appreciate the precautions they are taking during these unprecedented times. They ask you to sanitize your hands and wear a mask at all times and there is always a clear guard between you and your tech. It doesn't compromise the experience at all! I got a dip mani with Wendy. I got a pedicure and dipped nails. The pedicure was amazing but the lady who did my nails named Linda was horrible!! She was so rude and did not listen to anything I wanted. The first thing she asked me was if I was Mexican?! What does my race have to do with getting my nails done! When she hurt me, she said "you're fine there's no cut" and got upset when I asked for any type of change! This was the worst mail experience I've ever had. I'm going to start off by pointing out 2 things; I have anxiety, and I am anemic. I walked into the spa (which is gorgeous, by the way) a bundle of nerves, because I had never had a pedicure before. Both the staff and the customers were so extremely helpful, it wasn't long before I had no nerves at all. They also have a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to choose from, but since I didn't have one, I can't attest to their quality. If you get a pedicure, like I did, they will seat you in a massage chair and it won't be a long wait before someone is able to help you, even if you are a walk in like I was. The appointment wasn't too long, but it also didn't feel rushed and I got plenty of time with the warm water and the massage chair. I am already planning my next visit. read more

The first time I came here, it was a pretty decent experience, however, this time was terrible. I just needed to take off my current dip nails and get gel with chrome. As the lady was taking off my dip nails, she wasn't patient and kept burning me with nail drill, even after I had said ouch and taken my hand away. She proceeded to burn me 7-10 more times. Then, she was being aggressive with the cuticle pusher and cutter to the point where I was bleeding and red around my finger nails. Finally, when it was time for me to leave, there were bubbles on 2 of my nails and to "fix" it she just went over it with more top coat. From the start, I just wanted to get out of there. I went to get my nails done for graduation and asked for almond and showed her a picture of what I wanted. she gave me a very similar result to the picture and I love how the color turned out. He was very sweet the only downside is she got a little too close to my cuticles when shaping which hurt hurt. But other than that it was a great experience and i'm happy with the result! I asked for a color yellow and a little bit longer because I always get them short. Also to put yellow on the tip like a French. I asked for my money back & they did NOT give it to me when I told them I just wanted my nails taken off & my money back.
