We've come here pretty often to get my eyebrows done with my mom but today I went alone and let me tell you .. I'm still in the parking lot bawling my eyes out . To start off im so picking with who I get let touch any facial feature or hair but since we even had a memership at one point I said why not. Anyways I come in and the lady in black scrubs and blond tip hair was busy and seemed trying get both of us done. I've never had her but trust me I WILL NEVER TRUST HER OR MAYBE COME BACK AFTER TODAY. My left eyebrow is much fuller than the right one and they where crooked !!!! after going back to and told her to please fix it she didn't want to make them even look even. I told her to remove the part so they at least look straight without the right one dipping down she replied " it's because we're supposed to leave it because of your eyebrow shape " . What ?!?? I replied " I understand that you're supposed to make them look natural but at least even " that's when she tried fixing it. I did tell her during to not touch the top of the right eyebrow anymore as it is thinner than the left. Im so mad and dissatisfied. Love this place! I haven't gotten my eyebrows done in over a year and they made them look amazing! I usually go to another shop but it was $20 just for a decent eyebrow wax. But here, I was able to get my eyebrows and upper lip done for under $20! This is definitely my new go-to place. I will be returning here from now on and highly recommend this place! I go here for my eyebrows ALL THE TIME! If you get their annual membership, eyebrows are only $5 which totally makes it worth it in my opinion! They always do a great job with my eyebrows. Yesterday, I got eyelash extensions for the first time because I'm about to get married and I wanted to see if I would like them AND I DO! They took time explaining the different lengths and what the end result would look like. In the end, I went with the "natural" look and I love them! I'm only giving them 4 stars and not 5 because they didn't really explain the process to me even though I made it known it was my very first time. I opened my eyes prematurely and it burned the ever living hell out of me (rookie mistake!!!) and if I had not asked a bunch of care questions on my way out, I would have NO idea how to take care and maintain my eyelashes to keep them on for as long as I could. Again, it was my first time getting lashes so I don't know if it typically takes ~40 mins to do, but it did at this place and I was getting anxious not being able to open my eyes for so long. I love my lashes, I just wished they took time explaining the process and how to take care of them as long as they explained the different styles I could get. Besides all that, I love them! And will be back for lash extensions on my wedding day! They're only $60 with membership! read more

I have been going to eyebrow art for the past 2 months, I always go with Robbie she is really sweet and takes her time with me. I went in today and she was out on vacation I decided to give another person a chance BIG MISTAKE!! she did my eyebrows fine when it got to my sideburn area i asked nicely if she could be gentle she was so harsh with my face that she kept breaking the thread that just shows she was being really harsh I never have had that problem with Robbie before... when she was threading my face she poke my eye with her nail I let her know and she denies it.. Why would I lie about literally feeling a nail in the eyeball? The manager overheard us and started helping me the other lady start talking in her language which I felt that was so disrespectful! I paid and left i forgot to get the lady name who was so rude so i called and spoke to the manager and again let her know how dissatisfied I was, I asked for the lady name so i can write a review the manager literally laugh over the phone and did not provide me that name! I am not a person that writes a review but this was ridiculous what I went through save your money and do not go to this place where they laugh at you and talk about you in their language very unprofessional read more

I used to love this place. Came here fairly often in the 2 years without incident. The staff is extremely friendly and quite skilled. Sadly, on my most recent visit the technician or previous client had lice. In my 37 years Ive never had lice. I am now trying to fight these bugs and hope it doesn't spread to the others in my home! read more
