First time to visit Bahn Mi Land. Have. Even wearing from a lot of people that this place is the bomb! Wanted to check it out if it was really good. Yes, the rumor is true. Ordered crispy pork belly bahn mi. When you check the menu, they offer a variety of bahn mi sandwiches. It was a perfect size and portion for a person. They do ask you if you want everything and then proceed to making the order. It is made to order. Chris sandwich is crispy, not too hard baguette, full of filling. Crisp cilantro, lots of carrot and radish strips, good amount of protein and cilantro. You can taste the ingredients every bite. This place has more than a bahn mi. They have vermicelli bowls, spring rolls and summer rolls. That will be tried another time. A very busy place. Came at noon and people kept on coming either to pick up their order or to place an order. Service is good. Owner is very friendly and attentive. It is a small place but they manage to put a table by then down with 4 or 5 stools. There is a wooden table outside so you could also eat and enjoy the sun. Lots of parking. It is close to apartments and other retail stores. Open everyday and long hours. They do offer some Vietnamese coffee and other drinks that can convert your order to a meal. Prices are great! Will definitely be back to try other food items.
When we arrived at Banh Mi Land around noon on a Sunday morning there were a fair amount of people there waiting on their orders. Their Banh Mi run a little under $8 each. They also had vermicelli bowls and appetizer type sides and of course Vietnamese coffee which is what we came for. We tried their Special Vietnamese Coffee. It was cream forward and had a foam type topping I believe. Different from the strong version we are used to. I wouldn't get it again myself, but it seemed to be a crowd favorite. We ordered 2 Banh Mi: Crispy Pork Belly and Char Siu Pork. Both so yummy, but that crispy pork belly was insanely good. Crispy pork skin, tender, moist pork. It's a must try here. I might be ruined from trying anything else here next time I am in SEA and I'm craving a Banh Mi! Their bread is wider than what is usually served for Banh Mi and has that oh so crisp/crunchy crust that I love. I wonder if they make it in-house? The establishment has a small dine in counter. Set up with a long bar type table seating. Facing outward like looking outside of the window. It can get busy, but they are good at getting orders out in a timely manner. Stop by and judge for yourself. A local told me their traditional Banh Mi is popular here.

The shop itself seems to be geared more towards take-out, with only a few bar-style tables and seats by the window inside and a few outdoor tables. With so many banh mi options to try, we'll definitely be back to try more!
Fresh from a trip to Vietnam, we were craving bánh mì. Clean shop with minimal seating (6 inside seats 1 outdoor table). Ordered - grilled beef bánh mì, the signature bánh mì, and shrimp spring rolls. Beef bánh mì had good flavor but the beef was thick and a little hard to eat. Spring rolls were overstuffed with vegetables, which overwhelmed the protein. The biggest miss for us was the signature bánh mì. My husband is Vietnamese and grew up on the real thing -- traditional cold cuts and pâté. This version is westernized with no pâté, and included a pork that was oddly chewy with an off flavor. He couldn't finish his sandwich or spring rolls. If authentic flavors matter, you may want to visit elsewhere.
This spot has easily become a staple for me as I find myself coming back every other week. The service is always kind and welcoming, and somehow the food just keeps getting better each time. Everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and consistent. Their iced coffee is also a standout...smooth, strong, and reliably good every visit. It's one of those places you can count on when you want something quick, satisfying, and worth craving again.
This place never misses. I'm like a regular here now I come so often omg my guilty pleasure! I love this place soooo much. Literally the best banh mi I've ever had. The quality is consistent every time. I can always count on Banh Mi Land for great food and coffee! Service is quick and short but still helpful whenever I have any questions. There is seating inside and outside. I usually eat in my car. The parking lot is across the goodwill store. Parking is free and the lot always has spots open. My go to and favorite thing to order is the Grilled Pork Banh Mi add Fried Egg as it's soooo delicious. The egg is necessary and made perfectly every time. Soooo freaking delicious! My mouth is watering as I write this review. If I'm feeling fancy or want some caffeine I get the special Vietnamese coffee which is superrrr good and one of the best coffees I've had. Banh Mi Land is the best!

My wife split an order of Banh Mi Pork Belly because we wanted to have a light lunch. Although I can easily finish one myself. The sandwich was really good. The baguette was crispy, yet not too hard with the teeth. The pork belly was crispy, but still moist. The vegetables were fresh tasting. The pâté spread on the bread was perfect. The cilantro rounded off the flavors perfectly. I'm reserving my 5 stars for another try at it, maybe with the grilled pork. The restaurant has a few seats for diners, including a bench right outside in front of it. Otherwise, it's really just a counter. The girl n front was efficient, but friendly and welcoming. There's plenty of parking in front. There's one restroom for both genders. There's another for handicap. We were there during lunch and they were rocking with takeout orders. From the Banh mi we tasted, that's probably the reason why they've busy. Can't wait to go back.
Crispy pork belly banh mi! This is such a rare find in the area so I knew I had to get one for myself. Food & drink: (3/5) I was super excited for this banh mi since it's a type that I don't ever see unless I'm in SoCal. For starters, I really like the bread they use. It's different from my usual banh mi spots and holds all the insides well lol. I took a couple points off my rating just because I found the pork belly to be really bland. Since I'm Vietnamese, I'm pretty familiar with crispy pork belly dishes and this one just wasn't the best. I still finished it but would likely get something else next time. Their Vietnamese coffee on the other hand is delicious. It had a deep caramel aftertaste that was just so addicting. Service: (5/5) Straight to the point, quick, kind. All that you would want in a casual spot!
Solid banh mi's. I love a classic banh mi and I'm easily impressed as long as the bread is crunchy yet still soft. We tried two different ones, pork is always my go to but I had to also try the beef. Both are a solid 4/5!
Delicious food with a good price point. We enjoyed everything we had here - sausage spring rolls, egg roll, grilled pork banh mi and vermicelli bowl w/ 2 meats. The Special Vietnamese coffee was bomb with hazelnut and salted cheese foam - yum! Friendly, welcoming staff and service. Great for takeout and there are a few counter seats for dining in.
Went back today. Got the Crispy Pork Belly Bahn Mi. Incredible Sandwich and great customer service again.
Another stop on Saturday before we headed to the PAE airport ! Phoned the restaurant for two beef sandwiches and picked up in 15 minutes and they were ready ! Food is still consistent even a little than $20 wasn't cheap for sandwiches but the flavor was good ! The lady at the counter was nice enough to offer me the napkins and airport directions ! Thanks again and will be back in town next month !
Crunchy sandwich with the perfect mix of meat and veggies. Quick to serve. The Vietnamese coffee was a bit on the sweeter side but after the ice melt, tasted perfect. We came at the perfect time before the lunch crowd. The place is small and looks like they also get a lot of catering requests too. The grill pork bun was delicious too. This is our favorite Vietnamese spot. We've been getting takeout for over a year now, and the food's always fresh and delicious. There is a hightop table and an outside seating too. EGG ROLLS: They're freshly fried and packed with filling. No fuss. My mom loves these. Even the sweet sauce is super tasty and not too thick. SPRING ROLLS: Fresh, with tons of veggies, unlike other places that load them with noodles. The rice paper is really fresh and thin. The shrimp are big and juicy. BANH MI: We've tried every single one. We love that there are plenty of veggies and fillings, and the bread is always super fresh. My boyfriend's favorite is the signature banh mi with all sorts of pork. My mom and I love the chicken. My dad's a fan of the grilled pork. Service is super fast and friendly. While the food was good, the service was not. Already from the get go, the lady with long black hair manning the front was cold and short. Did not feel welcome with her presence and it was awkward placing an order. I had the grilled pork bahn mi. It was overall good, flavorful, bun toasted well and did not ruin your mouth , fresh pickled veggies and had great portion for the price of $7.95. The fried egg rolls were not my jam however. The filling was different than I'm used to. It was meaty or filled enough, but was just different. My friend and I sat outside since it was a sunny day. Wait time was appropriate for quick food. My friend got her vermicelli bowl first, then my bahn mi and eventually the egg rolls. Since we sat outside, we had to go back in for our food when it was ready. We did not hear the lady call out for the egg rolls, so she came out and brought it out BUT with a rude comment: "I kept calling you inside, so I brought it out for you". Pretty unnecessary comment and we legit did not hear her call us. We were also the ONLY customers there too. Overall, I probably wouldn't come back with the service alone. read more

I ordered the chicken Banh Mi and it was delicious! Great flavor and a nice crunch. The jalapeño adds a nice touch of heat. Service was pretty quick and employee was friendly and thorough. Place was crowded when we pulled up on a Thursday at noon so I knew it was going to be good. read more

I've had takeout from here a few times, it's always busy when I come in to pick up, but the service and consistency with food is always great! Vermicelli bowl is my go to, the grilled chicken and beef and both so good and the portions sizes are great for the price. They also have a great Vietnamese coffee. read more

This place is definitely underrated! We ordered the pork belly banh mi and the sandwich was packed with meat. The pork belly was super crispy and juicy, the bread was fresh and flakey, the pate was creamy and delicious. Wish it had more vegetables in it but overall would order again. read more

TL;DR: grab and go. Fast service. Generous proportions. Reasonably priced. Parking: shared lot. Atmosphere: small interior--very much a carry out place. There is limited bar seating next to the window in front of the registers and there are a couple benches to sit on while you wait for your order. Menu: mounted on wall behind the register. There is also a photo menu of the sandwiches on the counter next to the register for the visually stimulated. Menu is not descriptive but you can infer what the item is based on the name. If you're a seasoned banh mi eater, you will know what the base ingredients of banh mi are and the title of the sandwich just tells you the protein difference. Service: order and pay at the front, your name will be called once your order is ready. I ordered a few items from each category for 4 people during lunch on a Sunday and it all came out in less than 10 minutes. Great service! I witnessed the cashier put someone on hold and help a few customers at the register only to find that the person on hold was no longer there--she then called the person right back and apologized for the wait. I also witnessed some small talk between staff and repeat customers as they came in to get orders. The vast majority of banh mi contains the following as its base: bread, cilantro, jalapeño, cucumber, mayo, soy sauce, pickled carrot and radish slivers, and pate. Banh Mi Land Signature: has Vietnamese ham and Char Siu BBQ pork slices. I did appreciate the proteins being on both sides. Crispy Pork Belly Rice Bowl: pork was a little on the dry side but the flavor was all there. The skin was nice and crispy. Tasty dish and it comes with: rice, green onions, cucumber, cilantro, pickled radish and carrots, and fish sauce. Grilled Pork Patties Spring Rolls: does not have vermicelli noodles, but does have mint, ice berg lettuce, pickled radish and carrots. Tasty even without the provided peanut sauce. The pork patties look and taste almost like spam. read more
Great high quality banh mi. Generous and well seasoned meat, could maybe use a little more veg. Flavors feel authentic and traditional. We also had the shrimp and pork egg rolls that were good too. Restaurant itself is mostly a food counter where you order. They have some bar seating and couple tables outside by the parking lot. read more

Banh Mi Land is a small but very popular restaurant. When I arrived at 11 for an early weekday lunch, there were only two parties inside waiting for their food, but as I ordered and sat down, more and more phone orders and customers started to filter in. While it gets crowded, this place is primarily takeout only. There are a couple of counter seats, but there really isn't much space inside at all. Signature Banh Mi ($7.95) - The baguette is on the drier side, so rather than being airy, it crumbles apart. It has a crackly crust, which causes shards to fly off everywhere as it's bit into. The bread is almost mouth laceratingly crisp. The bun is sliced and slathered with sweet mayo and a bit of pate, which pate is very porky and irony in flavor like blood. Pate is predominantly made from liver, but it's usually not this bold in porky flavor and is instead more mild and savory. Perhaps I'm more used to eating chicken liver pate? At any rate, I usually love it but this pate is a little too pungent for me. In terms of meat, there's thinly sliced, bbq pork, light in color with only a bit of pink on the edges and some gelatinous skin. It's again very porky in taste. There's cha lua, tender and full of umami. For the veggies, the classic pickled daikon and carrot with a light vinegar tang, fresh cilantro and cucumber, and very mild jalapeno with no heat at all. They are pretty generous with the filling, so I feel like the sandwich is definitely worth the money. It's just too overly strong in porkiness and iron for my tastes. (3/5) Banh Mi Land has some other sandwiches on the menu without the pate. Perhaps I'll have to go for those if I visit again. As it stands, I thought the sandwich I received was only okay. Food - really good portions of veggies and meat. I got the grilled beef and it was loaded! The veggies tasted super fresh Price - everything is under $10 which for this portion and quality is great. Location - it feels a bit tucked away. Guessing if they were more exposed like Alderwood, there'd be even more business. A lot of new construction ongoing around them, so maybe things may improve in the future. Check out this place if you're craving a bahn mi! read more

After an afternoon of thrifting my cousin and I stopped by Bahn Mi Land for lunch. This restaurant is conveniently located right across from the Goodwill in Lynnwood. We arrive around 2:30pm and it was relatively busy but it looked like people were getting their order pretty quick. We got the grilled pork and crispy pork belly bahn mi. Both sandwiches were perfectly toasted and a good amount of meat! Definitely one of the better places on the north side for sandwiches! read more
I got food to-go from here. I ordered their shrimp spring rolls. The peanut sauce was very watery, the spring roll itself was okay. I'm not a fan of mint in my spring rolls. I also ordered a chicken vermicelli bowl. The chicken had good flavor. I did think the grilled pork banh mi was the best thing I ate here. It had good flavor to it and the bread had a little crunch. Overall, I'd just get a banh mi here in the future. read more
