Prices are good and they take credit card so if you don't have enough quarters in you that helps. Very clean and well maintained. Tried to visit twice and still haven't set foot inside the place... I arrived first night at 9:15pm or so... understandable, closes at 10pm so it makes sense. I read the ladies lips, "closed" through a locked door and glass window. Two days later, I get there exactly at 9pm... and the same lady has the doors locked when open sign was still on. She stares at me and motions nothing as I pull on the door. Yet, she is standing with a broom, talking to a customer inside and seemingly makes a joke because they both laughed looking my way. While I think it is reasonable to close your doors early and target a 10pm close time, the STAFF SUCK here. Very rude on how I was handled... at least turn your open sign off if you're going to lock your doors. Avoid this place! Lack of thoughtful management and horrible business practice here. read more

This is a great place. Clean. Machines work most of the time. Enough parking. The two stars is for management. I have reported a young Caucasian male loitering a few times a week throughout different times of the day. He comes and steals clothes. I saw him do this. At first I thought he was living on the streets, but he seems to have enough money to not be starving and new hats. If you come, don't leave your clothes unattended. He also goes into the bathroom and stays in there for hours and makes a mess. Management has done nothing. There is also an Asian woman that comes and asks you for money. She then buys cheetos and cigarettes. If you don't believe this, come in the morning on weekends and you may see one of them. read more

Super clean and fairly quiet. Next to a 7 Eleven so you can get some snacks while you're waiting. It's the cleanest laundromat I've ever been to sadly. All laundromats should be so clean! I mean you are washing your clothes. Smh. Quarter machines work. Vending machine with laundry supplies available. A sink with soap and paper towels... the restroom has been out of order for some time now (minus 1 ). If you don't have your own washer/dryer, this is the place to go to. Came in the afternoon on a Saturday and it was pretty empty not super hot like most laundromats the machines were clean and I was able to use my card we just moved to the area but will def be coming back to this location. Also it's right next store to a 7-Eleven so you can get snacks while you're waiting for your clothes. read more

Capitalism and the free market is definitely NOT alive and well at this place. My dryer broke and I desperately needed to dry my clothes. I looked and found this cute and clean laundry mat. I walked into the place with my clothes, I got my quarters from the machine and started to use the dryer when suddenly, the cleaning lady approached me and asked if I was only drying. I said yes and she explained that at this facility only customers that wash can dry. Naturally, I was shocked and asked her why and I told her that I was going to pay, that the service wasn't free. She proceeded to tell me that the owner wants it that way because the drying is very cheap. I told her that it costs the same as another laundromat in Placentia and that if the owner was suffering from the low cost, he/she should raise the price. She continued to chatter about the cost of the electric bill, blah, blah, blah (nothing worth mentioning) when I realized that she was probably the owner. I restrained myself and told her that I would never use this place for washing or drying. To which she said it was fine because they're always very busy. That's when I decided to take my plight to Yelp! I believe that a business owner should never forget that the customer has a need and meeting that need allows the owner to become wealthy. Like I said on check in. Really nice owner seems to care about his customers browsing around helping people conversation with people. Help us out with the six load washer. Yes that's right I said six loads with only a cup and a half of soap this machine is awesome. Looks like all the machines here except credit cards he also has changemaker machines. Couple vending machines one for snacks the other in case you forget soap or fabric softener looks like he has about six flat screen TVs and will be adding Wi-Fi soon very clean place also will definitely come back very soon!! read more

This is an ok place. The washers and dryers were all clean and they had a lady on site cleaning up around the place. A bit pricey for my taste but it was open late so it was worth it. Washer was $2.75 a load and the dryer $25 for ten minutes. There are plenty of machines and multiple cleaning products available. Unfortunately no change except quarters allowed however they had two change machines for bills if needed. Also a nice little touch was the old school arcade games in the back. It's located in a target shopping center so there's plenty to do near by. Overall, not too shabby :) read more

Someone left a pen in the washer and it completely ruined my clothes! The lady working said too bad, sorry. This was the first, last & only time we will come here. I had to run my clothes through the cycle twice to get the rest of them clean to boot because the other washers didn't work. Really sad! read more

Pretty clean place for the most part. Machines seem to be going out of order a lot lately, but I never run into an issue of finding another machine to use, even on the busiest Sundays. There is a guy that seems to shoot up in the bathroom on the weekends. He pretends to do wash clothes and ask ppl for a quarter to use the restroom, but he's really here there to do drugs. Just a heads up, you will kinda know who he is as hes usually trying to talk to everyone. Regardless the laundry matt is nice, I always use the 3 load washer... Its cheaper at 2.75. Better than doing 3 separate machine loads at 1.25 each and those are always taken anyways. Dryers are good too, 25cents for 12 mins. You can get away with 50cents a load if there's enough machines to separate your clothes. read more

Rarely I would need to visit the laundry store, but this thanksgiving is just one of those special days. Meanwhile, I am totally impressed by how clean this store is with modern tech (accepting credit cards) inside. No broken machine. Both washers and dryers did their job extraordinary well. My dryer at home broke and I was desperate. It's been years since I've been to a laundromat and I was worried about the ick factor. This place was much cleaner than I expected! Lots of machines available. No wait. And most important ... No ick factor whatsoever. And I know it's all due to the wonderful woman who was constantly wiping down the machines and the floor. I used the high capacity machines -- $5.25 wash / $.25 for 12 min dry (cash only). I ended up spending $.75 to dry, cause I started on med heat, worried about burning my clothes, and ended up needing the extra time. All in all, I was very pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. And the trip didn't suck up my entire night. Clothes weren't quite as squeaky clean as my home washer, but they were clean. I'll prob be back even after my dryer is fixed, just cause I hate doing laundry, and loved how fast I was able to get through it. It's really clean and there are lots of machines of many different capacities. Only negative is the rinse cycle doesn't seem to do a very good job. I ran my laundry through a 2nd time with NO detergent and the water was still soapy. It's a nice local business. read more

I use to rate this place 5 stars and beyond and only give it a two would have been a one! If I didn't like owner and Joanna so much. But come on. Had to come here because my dryer was broken. It was clean, easily accessible, and overall a great place to do laundry.

I'm new to the area, so I got on Yelp to find a decent laudry mat. Went in on Sunday afternoon, it wasn't too busy. There are many machines, reasonably priced, and it was very nice and clean inside. There are atleast 4 flat screens and some old school video games to help pass time while waiting. There is also a 7-11 right next door for drinks and snacks while you wait. read more

I have been going to this laundrymat for over a year now, and think it is priced very reasonable, is cleaner than any laundrymat I've been to, has a great location-next to 7-11, and has a nice owner who shows appreciation for their customers. I have been there on several occasions where the owner has gone around and said hi to all the customers and even offered free snacks to them to show his appreciation. Some customers may complain about their request of customers not to only use the dryers, but they didn't bother to ask "why" the owner has this rule. It's there to make sure that there are enough available dryers for the customers that are washing their clothes and need to then dry them. The price is set so low, for the faithful customers that do their wash there. If they allowed customers to dry only, then there would not be enough dryers for everyone! So quit complaining people! read more

Machines broke....put clothes in washers and about 1/4 cup of soap when I came back machine was full of suds...OK so I re wash clothes adding no soap......machines still full of soap....person who supposedly works there no where to by found @ 7:20.......go to take clothes out to put in different machine clothes are dripping water......what a dump read more

Came here only to wash a large comforter, so the review is for the larger machines. Would have been 5-stars had there been air conditioning. It was REALLY warm and stuffy inside. I mean who writes a review for a laundry mat right? But this place was clean, well lit and had plenty of machines for your washing needs. There is even a 7-11 next door to get a slurpee or some Loto tickets on those hot California days. Also for you arcade fans there are a couple machines. One is one of those lame car racing games with the steering wheel but the other has everything from Frogger to Mrs Pac-Man. I would rather clean my laundry at home but if you gotta go someplace else Super Wash and Dry should be at the top of your list! read more

GREAT place to do laundry! Super friendly owners! They are kind, hospitable and very generous (gave my boys crackers for being good)! It is always spotless, even during the busy times. The dryers are very inexpensive, but not always available when it's busy because people take advantage of cheap dryers. I recommended this place to my neighbors and they love it too! They used to get on your case about only using driers, but lately haven't said anything and have taken down all their obnoxious signs. If they try to do this I again I will stop going to this facility because there are other places that WILL allow me just to dry. When I first started going there a a quarter bought you 25 mins of drying, and now it only gets you 12, so they should not be trying to discriminate against customers only using driers since they doubled the price! read more
