Small A/Cs barely work - They use app as an option to pay for washing machines but it doesn't work for driers so you still need change! - The lady working here (owner) was very rude to my wife this time. I'm sure they're trying but we don't come here that often and notice no changes. Repairing machines etc., I'm sure is expensive but that's not my problem. As a customer I want clean facilities, working equipment, hot water, hot driers, and some climate control. They should fix this place up or sell this place and move on....

Although in a pandemic with multiple variants present currently, the staff member while I was there did not wear a mask and the customers did not wear masks while going in. There also was no enforcement of masks nor signage anywhere visible that said they were taking precautions or following any guidelines of the CDC. Myself and one other customer, out of five people that came in, were wearing masks. I'm not sure if other employees on other days may possibly wear their masks and follow proper guidelines, but today was definitely not the case. Laundry service is good and always has been but I definitely didn't feel too safe and/or assured that the employees and the establishment as a whole was doing their part to stop the spread of this ugly virus.
