If the exterior wash is $6.50, it's an outstanding value! Automated car washes charge more than that, and these guys spray the outside of the car, wash the windows, remove bug residue, and then it goes through the wash itself. They wipe down the car at the end with soft cloths, and it just gleams, looks like a new car! I'd highly recommend them!

The service is gangster the car wash itself is great and the price for any given service they offer is hard to beat. They offer free vaccums, your presoak is done by hand before you enter the wash and there is a place to pull aside afterwards if you want to dry your ride even further than they already do, which is pretty good since they use high speed air driers and hand wioe with chamis

Most of the time when I go there (usually in the winter), they usually do a half-hearted job drying my car off. Sometimes I have to request they actually finish the job on the passenger side (which the customer usually would not see unless they make the effort to go around the car and look). I would not recommend this place unless you were desperate.

The manager informed me that they don't wipe down the doors and they don't vaccum under the seats cause they only have the one connection for the vaccum and it don't fit under there. If I wanted the mats dried I would have ask them. If I wanted that I would have had to pay $35. Your shop vaccum had a long neck connector how hard is it to do it right. It's a shame that you pay $ for a wash and you still have to do it yourself. Don't open a business if you can't put your pride into it.

Hi Cheryl, The review wasn't meant to pick on your business…read moreor your team members, its about an oversight and misdiagnosis. The drain plug was never tightened. It wasn't tightened during the initial oil change and was never checked when brought back for the follow-up inspection. The seal wasn't leaking then, and the seal isn't leaking now, there is no seal leak. I tightened the drain plug, that was the issue, problem solved. -You are correct, a staff member did check the oil level and it was still at an acceptable level just minus what had leaked out. -You are correct, I was allowed downstairs to view what was thought to be a leaking seal and I appreciate that. -Yes, the drain plug is in good condition now that I've tightened it, it is holding oil as intended. At no point did I claim that any of your staff created a "seal leak" as the result of an oil change. The plug was loose and got overlooked twice, that's it. My intention was never to get anything out of this, its informational only and a reflection of this specific visit. Thank you.

Really appreciate the free vacuums that are on both sides of the car, making it really easy to clean every nook and cranny. The wash went very fast and the employee at the front of the line was very helpful and efficient. The car looks mostly in tip top shape after the wash and wax, but there's still small traces of dirt and debris on the outside. Would have loved to see all of that gone for how expensive it was, but then again, I worked at a car wash decades ago and you really can't get a car fully clean without an actual human doing it. So this place is good for what it is, just next time I'll skip the expensive wash and just do the middle of the road one for $12.
