I love the white lanterns I ordered and happy I got them for a decent price..I'll admit, at first, it was a frustrating process of emailing the business and complaining about never getting a shipment notification or any sort of movement on my placed order. Dissapointed, I placed an order on Feb. 16th, I have yet to receive a tracking number for my order. I have since emailed them several times. On March 16th i got an email saying my order would be upgraded to 2nd day air, it would be shipped out on Monday or Tuesday and i should receive my order by wed. or thurs. I have yet to get a tracking number saying it is shipped out. I have emailed them yesterday the 20th and have yet to hear from them. I would have loved the lanterns if they had actually shipped. Their "warehouse" is an UPS store. And their phone number is outgoing only. In other words, you have noway to get ahold of them. Currently have escalated a PayPal complaint to get my money back. read more

Non-responsive. I placed an order on 2/28. Followed up on 3/7 because I had not received any tracking information. Got a response on 3/7 that there some system issues. My order had been processed and I would have by 3/16. I received on tracking information. I have sent 3 request this week for the status on shipment without any response from them. I'm extremely disappointed at this time. I need these for my son's rehearsal dinner for his wedding. I live in NC and having to have the items shipped to Texas which is where the wedding is going to be. We ordered lanterns for our New Years Event on 12/11 and I realized I hadn't received them a few days ago. Look through my email and it says they will send a confirmation email once they ship - which never happened. Now we are a few days before the event and they are closed. I can't get a hold of anyone and these were meant to be our centerpieces. We might have to pay triple the amount to get new centerpieces in and I really hope we at least get a refund for our money. Seeing as it says 1 to 4 days to ship and its been two weeks and they haven't even shipped and 6 to 10 days to delivery time. At this point we should have received them with plenty of time. I've only got half my order and never got the rest of my order. I tried emailing and calling them. Their website claims you will here from some one in 1 day, but its been over a week and I haven't heard from anyone. Don't bother calling them because even during business hours the phone will say they are closed then hang up on you. I bought lanterns for my wedding. The description for these lanterns was deceiving, it said "padding behind glass reduces glass rattle". I didn't see any padding and I expected better quality. Lanterns were very small too, but that's a small part of the issue. I tried to return these and there is a 20% restocking fee! This is why I don't shop at Best Buy. I did understand the restocking fee but was sure I'd love them by the description. There are NO FREE returns! I packed them back up(all 18) and went to the post office and the cost of returning them was more than my refund!! Customer service did return my email about how to do a return but when I emailed them to tell them how dissatisfied I was, they have NOT responded today! I think I will yard sale or craigslist these at some point in future, I will get way more of a refund. read more

ZERO STARS. I paid for an order back in April, 2018 only to receive half of the order. I was told that I would receive the remaining order the end of July. It is the end of September and still have not received the rest of the order, which was paid in full. I have sent over 15 emails to inquire about the remaining order and they have not responded. This order was over $350.00 for lanterns for a wedding. As other customers have indicated, their phone does not work and they don't answer emails. I would not use this company! This company is not TRUSTWORTHY!! I place almost a $400 order and they GOT PAID and kept my money and NEVER have shipped my merchandise from them. I placed my order Sept. 28, 2018 never have received any info. I have emailed them several times and they still don't respond! They don't have any phone numbers on the site and when you find it in the google search, it not a valid phone number. My bank is filing a claim and fraud charges on them and I get my money back. I ordered 12 lanterns from this company on October 17th and thought that everything would be fine. Super Wholesaler was more than happy to accept my order and take the money from my account, but after a month I had not heard from them or seen a shipping confirmation. I called the company and they said that it was an error in their warehouse and that they would send them out. November 16th I get an e-mail from them saying that there were only 11 left in stock, so they offered a different item or to ship the 11. We decided that we would go with the 11. December 5th, I still haven't seen a shipping confirmation or even a refund for the difference in price. So I call their customer support again. Once again they tell me the 11 they had weren't in stock, and their warehouse cancelled the order (thanks for telling me). They do inform me that they would be back in stock January 15th and then they could process the order. No thank you. Fortunately they offered a full refund (still waiting for that to process), so hopefully one thing actually goes smoothly with this company. Takeaways: -Their customer service is very friendly, but with their business practice I'm sure its from A LOT of experience with dissatisfied customers. -If there are any problems with your order, don't expect them to tell you. -If you really like the product that you see on their site, order in advance and stay vigilant. I ordered lanterns for my daughter's wedding on Ocitober 2. I had ordered a single lantern in May and it was what we wanted, quality wasn't too bad for the price so I went ahead and placed the order for three cases (24). After two weeks my order said still processing so I sent an email as there is no customer service phone number which should have been my first clue that I would have an issue. I did receive an email saying the lantern was short stocked and they were expecting more on October 24. I repeatedly told them my deadline was November 1 as I had to get them to the florist for decorating for the November 3 wedding. Not notifying a customer that an item is out of stock is ridiculous in this computer driven age. I probably would've cancelled the order right them but took them at their word that they would arrive in Texas on the 24th. I did get a confirmation email that they indeed were there but there was no one to unload them so my deadline might be cutting it close and could I choose another lantern in case. I did choose another but have yet gotten no response. They are not open on weekends either, another clue. As of now, my daughter got married on November 3 and thanks to a wonderful florist, we ended up with a different idea, which cost me an extra $150 but the result was lovely. I am waiting on a reply on how soon they will refund my money. Will never shop with them again as I worked in customer service for years and I would've been fired had I treated a customer the way I was treated. Unless time is not an issue for you, do not order from them. I will be writing another review as to how long the refund will take.
