The wait was less than 15 minutes as the stylist cleaned up after a well executed trendy men's short cut. I told Diego what I wanted done, probably told him too much, but it was all relevant to me. He was kind to answer all my many questions about working a Supercuts. I was asking for my adult daughter. In the end I got approximately the cut I asked for at their standard price of $36 plus a 20% tip. It was every bit as good an experience as I would hope for at the price. read more

Thank goodness! I walked in with no appointment but luckily Roxy noticed that I had not electronically checked in and helped me do so. This place is a joke, I schedule appointment for 2:40 PM and show up at 2 PM 40 minutes before my appointment they told me I will have to wait until my time will come at 2:40 PM. As a guy, this is my go-to place for a haircut. With tip. You can get out here for $35. The staff has always been friendly, especially the young latinas. There are always professional and I like that they offer the trim your eyebrows. Just be warned that parking can be a challenge in the lot, it's often not available. I have been coming to Supercuts for many years. Today I had an appointment at 12 noon with ARLY. She is not issue here let me be clear. When I got there a few minutes before 12noon appointment I was told by the receptionist I think the name is Alex that she had someone in her chair which I could see. I said no problem. So then after she finished and cleaned her station she called another person in front of me. I had an appointment at 12 noon. Their answer was we're sorry we have other people waiting ahead of you. What is the point of having a time if you're going to put other people who's you that didn't have an appointment. Another issue here is the attitude and the demeanor of the receptionist. Rolled her eyes when I asked the question. condescending saying have a great day she said. The attitude was I don't care have a nice day. That is not acceptable in any business place. Like I've said I'm a long time customer of Supercuts and I normally don't fill out surveys but I felt that I needed to here. Mainly because of the attitude that I just described. If you're not going to honor your appointments and you're still gonna have to wait and let people in the store go ahead of you it defeats the whole purpose of having an appointment.
