Went here because everything else was closed for the holiday and I needed a cut ASAP before traveling for work. Hairdresser I had was friendly and did a good job on the sides, and the back. The hairdresser literally shaved a hole in the back of my boyfriends' hair and didn't say a word to him. I told him when he got home and he said that he thought it was weird that she didn't show him the back when she was finished like they usually do. Absolutely unacceptable. Would not recommend to anyone. He tried to fill out a complaint in the Supercuts site but they wouldn't do anything since he didn't know the name of the hairdresser. read more

They are quick and efficient and my usual barber wasn't open on Sunday so I came here. A 30 minute wait, but they said I could back so I zipped out for a cup of coffee and 30 minutes later came back to be seated within minutes. Haircut was efficient and fast and looked good. The woman cutting my hair held a great conversation and it was awesome to talk to her. Overall, I felt welcome here and that they cared about giving me a nice haircut in a short amount of time. Although Supercuts wouldn't be my first choice (Chick's Barber Shop all the way), I will gladly go to this location in a pinch or when my barber is closed. read more

Hate leaving bad reviews but every time I see myself in the mirror with my hair going every-which-way, I realize I need to vent my frustration somehow. After leaving the salon, I noticed, in the rear view mirror, all sorts of crazy cowlicks coming off my neck, so I went back to get it cleaned up. Had to ask for another mirror so I could look at the back (which was still uneven), but rather than subject myself to any further butchery, decided to get it cleaned up elsewhere. My Order: 4 Haircuts for $40 (great value) PROS + SERVICE: I love Danielle. When I first came to Supercuts, I was a bit nervous (as anyone would be with their first time with a new stylist). Danielle was friendly and I was very satisfied with my cut. Afterwards, I caught eye on the 4 cuts for $40 and bought it instantly. CONS/not really - WAIT TIME: If you want a specific stylist, I recommend planning ahead. During my second time at Supercuts, I struggled to get the appointment. I called the day before, specified that I wanted Danielle but apparently the message wasn't relayed over. The day of, Danielle found herself fully booked. Fortunately, I was able to discuss my situation with her and she made time for me that day. To remedy that situation, I recommend downloading the Supercuts app. In the app, it specifies which hair stylists are available that day. I went to Super cuts yesterday with my daughter. The person who cut my daughter's hair did an excellent job. My daughter really liked it, and I thought it was cute. She was very happy. I, on the other hand, had a terrible experience. First, the stylist wasn't really paying attention. I have glasses and hearing aids, and I have a very difficult time understanding people wearing masks. Regardless, she waited until after my hearing aids and were out and glasses were off and then started asked me how I wanted my hair cut. [This was after the shampooing.] I explained, as I always have in the past, that I wanted layers in the front, and just a trim in the back. She cut all my hair off in layers throughout. Now my hair is super short. She had asked me if it was the correct length at one point, but obviously, I had my glasses off, and I stated that I couldn't see it because my glasses were off. Instead of waiting for me to put my glasses on to see what she was doing, she went and cut off all my hair. I hate my hair cut. It is nothing like what I wanted. I will never go to this super cuts again. I have a very important meeting coming up in a couple of weeks, and I am dreading it. I'm actually thinking of canceling this meeting, which won't be able to happen for another year because I'm about to go back to school in the fall. I want to make a good first impression, but this hairstyle is making me extremely self-conscious. I am just hoping that it grows out and then I'll have to get my actual layers in the front done somewhere else. read more

they do a decent job however u have to go early because its always booked and the online reserve system is so messed up. set an appointment for a certain time and hey still prioritize walk-ins. not sure if the system is actually broken or they're just that understaffed. sitting here waiting extra hour for my appointment- ive seen 4 people have same situation...... if youre new to the area i would say not a bad option but there are far better options for same price. no digs on the people or stylists either i just think how the location is ran could be done better. read more

I absolutely hate my hair cut but I was too much of a wimp to speak up and ask her to fix it so that's on me. All my friends made fun of me and said it looks like I have a mullet. I asked the person not to cut length off the sides of my hair and well.... she did. I will most likely shave my head and just start the growing out process again because I am very upset. The person who cut my hair was nice though! So will probably just cut my own hair from now on because the stress this is causing cost $$ where if i mess up my own hair it will be free:) read more

Its Supercuts, they are pretty much the same wherever you go and really your cut just depends on who you get. Today was a normal experience there. Called ahead, walked in and sat down right away. Had a younger girl who was pretty cute cut my hair (always a bonus VS. some old lady doing it) For $13.95 she made my hair shorter and didn't have it look bad. That is all I really ask for from this place, so no complaints. read more

Last minute I wanted to have a hair trim, I was not able to get regular hair appointment. So I use Yelp to look up this location, since there has not been any recent reviews about this location, the one Stylist recommended was Danielle . So I went on to the Supercuts website to request an appointment time and stylist ( Saturday is a very busy day for this location ) - and I found Danielle and she was available !!!! My appointment check in time was 4:15 pm , and I did not have to wait more than 5 minutes. Danielle is the Store manager ( 13 years in this location ), she was very friendly and I am pleased with my hair cut. There are different tiers of haircuts and prices are different . Went in for a wash, cut and style. Joey was one of the most professional, caring and very detailed hair stylists I've ever had at a Supercuts AND otherwise. I usually see only ONE other stylist in this entire city but will definitely be coming back to see Joey. He really takes his time to focus and gave me the best round brush blow out I've ever had (ps my hair is super thick, damaged and hard to deal with... it now feels like smooth silk and theres not a single kink!! read more

I've been going to this place for a while, hoping it would work out, but they have screwed up a few too many haircuts for me to return in good faith. Between catching a young lady trim the hairs in front as to produce the appearance of thinning hair, to noticing how high they take it up on the side to avoid giving a more mastered cut, I'm actually pretty mad at this place. Most of the workers are a bit too overweight to move about you in the manner required to provide a decent haircut. There's a dude who's a little too in touch with his sexual preference for me to be comfortable having him touch my hair. This was my first visit at Supercuts and I needed a cut really bad. I was greeted by Christi who told me it would be a 15 - 20 minute wait, which was doable. Christi called me to her chair and we had a consultation which consisted of what type of style I wanted, products I use, and how I usually wear/style my hair. Nothing against this location or any other particular location, since I haven't been here. My concern is with Michelle of corporate communications. I wrote to Supercuts to see if they had examples of "mature" men's hairstyles, either in their shops or through some sort of a link from their website (my barber is retiring). They did have a mention of Supercuts Sr., with a registered trademark symbol, but there was no link or other reference beyond just the name. Anyway, despite my statement that I didn't just want to drop in to flip through pictures, Michelle told me that's what I would need to do. I was looking to save some time, so that didn't happen. And, most of Michelle's reply pertained to prices, with the usual blah, blah, it all depends on blah, blah. So, I guess corporate is good at answering questions that were not even asked (price), and not so good at pointing me to pictures of styles that I could use as a reference point. read more
