I went today and after I got home to blow dry my hair; half my head has significantly shorter layers than the other half, which she left with no layers Update: I called the location the day after my cut on 6/30, at which point I asked to speak to the manager. Michelle. Was told she doesn't come in till Wednesday 7/2 and she would call me on this day. Still haven't received a call back as of 7/8. Do not waste your money here. Couldn't even try this place I came in at around 6 pm after reading that they'll be open until 7pm online. I only needed a trim nothing too crazy or time consuming. I opened the door which wasnt locked thinking they'll be open until 7pm like I read only for the ladies that were in there to look at me like I had five heads. Then said really loudly and kind of rudely that they were closed. Needless to say, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Poor customer service. Don't recommend. read more

I walked in and the ladies were very rude. No one wanted to work it seemed like. When it was my turn they sighed and finally started. When I asked for a simple haircut she made a snarky comment and I politely asked her what I wanted and she went and completely did what she wanted after I tried to communicate to not cut the top she proceeded to do so. Overall, I did not have a good experience. I came in with a picture of the haircut I wanted, and in the picture, the bangs go to about the corner of the mouth. the bangs that I got, are above my eyes. And it looks absolutely terrible with my face shape. And the back is not even and it's too short. and now I will have to wear a hat to school for the next month. This location is horrible for service. *I went there a week ago after checking in on line for an appointed time. I waited 20 minutes while the only employee there finished giving another person their hair cut. One other person was also sitting there when I walked in. I do not know if he had an appointment or not. I do know he was the next one to sit down to get his hair cut. The Salanis did asked me if I had an appointment then without another word to me sat him to get his hair cut. Today I went back again prior to ten am so I could be the first in line. So arriving at 953 seven minutes before opening time I was not the first person there. Ok I was second in line. Wait and wait and wait and wait. Twenty minutes after 10am opening time. An additional five other customers come and go because of the wait they will have to go through. I finally give up and leave. Make up all the excuses you want. This place sucks. read more

She was friendly, competent and professional. I will definitely be back. I picked this location based on other reviews and was glad I did. Pretty disappointed with this location. I went in for a very simply hair cut but the stylist made several uncomfortable comments about my hair. She tried to run her fingers through my hair (I have extremely curly hair, so not the best option) and made several remarks how tangly it was. And then she made a comment about how my hair is "just curly enough to be interesting". Not sure what that meant. Apart from the awkward comments, I felt very pressured into buying products. I was told the products I use are cheap and their products would last longer, be better for my hair. I get it was a sales pitch, but it was very uncomfortable. I am not one to write reviews but I am extremely unsatisfied with my hair. I went in on 3/4/23 right when they opened and showed the woman pictures of the cut I wanted. She said it was simple and that I already have the style but she would just put more layers. She said she could do the cut. Once she was all done she couldn't style it so I went home and was going to style it the way I do everyday. The cut was uneven, the layers were way shorter that the pictures displayed. One side just had a chunk of hair that was all the same length, no blend. I am super frustrated about the whole thing because it will take me about a year or more to grow out the shortest layer. It is currently at my current eye level. I went to another Supercuts because they guarantee if you are not satisfied within 7 days you are able to come back and fix it. When she looked at it, she even said it was uneven and she had to take out an inch off the other side to match. I hope in the future if they are unable to do a cut, do not do it. read more

First time for my daughter at this location. Was hesitant as my daughter has really long hair and has had "just a trim" turn out with horrible results. This place was amazing! Michelle was kind, funny and personable! After the great cut and great care she took with my daughter, we felt confident for her to do a conditioning treatment. Ehhh not very good at men's cuts. I've been in about 5 times trying to see if any of them cut good but nah. Can't fade at all. Every time I go in and ask for a fade I leave with the sides of hair looking like it's shaved a 0-1 the whole way up and have pieces of hair that are longer. They also leave lines like they didn't finish fading. Wouldn't recommend it. But they probably do good on ladies hair? read more

I hate to do a bad review and have been going back and forth on if I would or not leave a review for SuperCuts in Chandler. I am 59 and have had many haircuts in my life,but nothing this bad.. The young lady who I will leave nameless, seemed liked she listened to what I wanted and proceeded to cut my hair. I asked for a trim,shorter in the back and layered. The front of my hair was okay, but the back was not so good. I had to keep asking her to taper it in more because it was sticking out on the sides in the back. After 3 attempts I did say it was fine. I did tip very, very well, as I have always do because I have been in the service industry most my life and know that she makes a better living on tips. The haircut was $14.99, I gave her an additional $10.00. Now, I got home and tried to see the back and feel it to see why it was sticking up. My wife saw it and said it was cut short in the back and not even, but it wasn't layered as I asked and if you just cut straight across without layering the hair, it will stick out. Again, she was young and I did say it was okay, but I do not have faith in going back because I did tell her to fix it 3 times and she couldn't. I will get it fixed by another place and I think she needs a bit more experience in doing hair, in my humble opinion. This is partly my fault by telling her it was fine, but the place started to get busy and I know she wanted to get to other clients. This is a terrific place to get a haircut. I went there today with my mother and we both felt we got excellent service, top notch haircuts and a very fair price. The owner was on hand to make sure things ran smoothly, the stylists were pleasant and seemed to be having an enjoyable time, and we only waited a few minutes. Bad customer service I had signed up on line only to be left sitting for hour they took customers who had not signed up on line and a walk in and the lady kept avoiding me and asked the other employee to cut my hair. Super friendly! Easy to talk to and Brooke did a great job! She helped recover my hair from a botched color and cut that an upscale salon did. I spent $200+ for a mess of uneven hair with spots missing color at the other salon and less than $75 at Supercuts. They fixed everything and had great availability, no scheduling weeks away. Love this place. Sarah is my go to for hair cuts. Current looks and a great cut. Make my appointment on line and get in right away. Do not have to make appointment weeks ahead and hope it will work for me. It is Clean and they have the Paul Mitchell products that I use. I get a discount on products with my haircut. I'm through with the 65 dollar hair cuts that I end up not liking. My hair is thick and grows like crazy so I need one every 3 wks to keep it looking great sometimes 2 1/2 wks so this place works great for me. You can't beat the price and the cut I get is much better than all the places I have been to in the area. Definately recommend it to people when asked where I go. Just get it cut and go home and wash and blow dry it myself as I'm never happy with the way anyone else does my hair. I've seen some really amazing haircuts done here and have tried just about every place in my area within 10 miles and have never gone back to anyone more than twice. If I get a good or mildly good cut the first time and go back for a second, then it is usually a disaster.
