I can't believe how they only had 2 hairstylist working! Grossly understaffed. I would recommend that you call to ask how many people they have working before you show up. The girls had no sense of urgency at all. I brought my son so he could have a good experience getting a haircut but it turned out to be a waste of time as we waited for almost 2 hours. read more

It was nice that is open sundays, because I really need a haircut, and it was nice to have my hair washed, it did cost me an extra $5.00. The hair cut was so-so it was just a trim and again she did not do the bangs right so I will have to go in and have someone cut so it is even. But what really gets me is that to blow dry my hair is would have cost and extra $30.00 Really !!!!If you can wash it, you should be able to dry it also. I have really long hair and with wet hair you really can't tell if she did a good job or not. Don't worry I won't be going back there. Very over price for what they do. read more

NOT FOR KIDS! They do not know how to interact with them to redirect and make it fun! They basically gave up and said they're not going to cut his hair. Just had my hair cut, washed and styled by Melissa, one of the best experiences I have ever had. First she looked at how my hair is naturally then asked how I would like it to look. If I could give zero stars to this review I would. I walk in to get a haircut and sign in. I felt like I was not welcomed at all. Brittney you have no customer service skills. That resting bitch face does not help your personality. I didn't appreciate you rolling your eyes at me and several customers that where waiting to get a hair done. customers are the reason this establishment is still open. If you're having a bad day? I went it before they were closing bc i needed a hair cut bad. the blond girl i dont remember her name it was over a year now. she cut it in a hurry without listening to what i wanted. she cut one side of my hair shorter than they other one. i got home and called the next day and the manager said to come back in. she noticed how my hair was completely meessed up. she razored it for me and my layers were damaged after that. im not goin the manager was ok not that great either. ughh read more

I have been going to this salon for several years, but since my regular hairstylist got promoted and no longer works in this site, I hesitated to return for a while. Whenever I go, I get different stylists, but so far, they have met my expectations. Lately, Andrea has been my stylist, and I am very pleased with the way she cuts and treat my hair. Entered the store and sat down with my son. Waited a few minutes with one other person in front of us. There were6 people cutting hair. Next thing you know the phone rings and after it's answered the calls out two names for noon. I walk up to the counter and see that there is a list going. People are finishing up and then taking breaks while customers are waiting. This 20 minute stop turned into an hour ordeal. Not happy. read more

I really don't think I've ever had a wonderful experience here, but it's close so when we are in a pinch we come here. This morning took the cake. I came and checked in my sons for their haircuts and went grocery shopping. We continued checking in and we were told a few minutes longer... Whatever. Then we come back in to wait for our turn and we realize others who came in way after us are being taken, even though we checked in 45 minutes ago. We were told "it's ok, they must have called in before you," yet their name was like 7 people below ours on the sequential list... The lady reassured me this was normal, but it absolutely isn't and on Christmas Eve it isn't appropriate to make others wait so you can serve who you'd like before who actually showed up first. read more

I love this location! I've been to this location multiple times and I have to say that Christine always cuts my hair perfectly and shes very cool and funny. Ive also been to Frank and he does a great Tea Tree Tuesday Experience (which is very affordable) and is great at educating me on which products I should use for my hair needs. read more

so i went to this place because i thought it was good. and wen i went there yes. good people and so on.. but i asked for a brown hair and they said it was not possible for my black/blond streaked hair. which was totally weird.. and then they die it dark brown and it turns out black. um.. dark brown should still have a brown hint on it.. so why is it black? cuz they probably used the WRONG color! yah. mistakes happen blh blah. but ME AND MY HAIr GO WAY BACK. and this is nota happy day for me... and the cutting was horrible.
