Very disappointed!!!I waited for over an hour and a half just to get a trim!!!when A young lady told me the wait was about 25 mins so I decided to wait well little did I know the young lady spent the whole time cutting this mans hair while the short haired lady went threw at least 4-5 people...one man even got up and left cause off such the long wait! I was not even discounted or anything for the long wait... this is absurd.very unprofessional I understand talking a little to your clients but don't take it over board and take your sweet time on one gentlemen's hair...I give a huge thank you to the short haired lady she was very professional and quick and because of her I was able to get out of there quicker but the wait was ridiculous!!! I am writing this on behalf of my mother who is in her 70;s. In the past week she has made two attempts to get her hair cut at this location. The first time she was told that the wait would be greater one hour therefore She decided it was not the best use of her time so she left. She returned today, one week from her last attempt and She registered with the hairstylist. She was informed that the wait was approximately 10-15 minutes; so she agreed to wait. After 15 minutes my mom noticed the "salon" was clear of customers, but the stylists had gone to the back room. She waited 10 more minutes with the assumption that someone would be back, but no one came out so she left. I was saddened, and disappointed, to hear of her experience at Supercuts. Senior citizens deserve respect. I do not know why she was dismissed, but I will contact the franchise myself. read more

Bad overall experience. Staff not very friendly, fade was uneven and she did not bother to remove extra hair behind and around my ears or face. Asked her to even up the fade but she really didn't have a clue on how to fix it. read more

Zero stars isn't an option but it should be, dad got a haircut today and the lady that did it does not know what she is doing it looks horrible!!! Hair is obviously not even, you can clearly tell it has layers, and it didn't before, neck is not trimmed at all. Not to mention the lady smelled horrible, and her breath was nauseating. Lacey works with my hair and always helps me achieve my intended hair look and gives me her honest advice on what will and won't work. I have dark, thick hair and a lot of it. I have gone there twice for a haircut I both times I've gotten a horrible haircut not what I asked for two different people have cut my hair there and they don't listen to you for what you want in a haircut they just chop your hair off and cut it as short as they want it they don't give a care about customer service and they don't listen to you they do what they what they want to and they don't care about you as a customer they will not give you the proper haircut that you asked for do not waste your time I've got to screwed up haircuts from them and I had two different people cut it and then I had to have the manager cut my hair like a man's and I only ask for an inch off and my hair was down to my shoulders because the person Butch my hair way too should I ask for a light trim in the back of my neck for my hair to come to my neck and what did she do take the razor and shave my head 5 in sorry but that was not what I asked for read more

Received one of the worst haircuts I've ever had in my life here. Now, I don't expect a world class haircut at a Supercuts and have received many wonderful ones from the women here. I'm not sure if the lady who cut my hair was new or simply nervous but it literally looks like they gave a 5-year old a pair of scissors. I merely wanted a hair trim to follow the pattern of my hair already which had tapered layers, pretty simple. My hair is much much shorter in the front than it is in the back, the front portion sides are not even and do not match with entire patches that look "missed". And the bangs, good god, there's one entire section of my bang cut entirely up to my forehead. Thank god I had a pair of haircutting scissors at my house to correct her mistakes. I plan to go to a different supercuts to get the rest of my hair fixed as best as possible. But I still wonder how this happened? I usually check in with the app and they always get my name on the list -- if there is ever an extended wait, I've been called to let me know well in advance. I have been going to Supercuts for a while and I love a couple of the stylists I have had (Trish & Bella), but sadly I will not be going back. I have been trying to get my hair dyed and I have tried two other times and they were busy. Last night they told me to call in at 9am to make an appointment with one of the girls working today as they could not make appointments for the next day. I called at 9am and was told by Amy who I was making the appointment with that she could not take me till Noon because she had two color appointments in front of me which I thought was funny since they do not take appointments until 9am when I called. Oh well I made the appointment for Noon and got there a few minutes before hand. I was then told by Amy it would be at least 45 minutes if not longer as she had a line of people in front of me. I asked her why make an appointment then? I asked three times and she never answered. She tried to pawn me off on another stylist April who was unable to take me for 30 minutes or more because she had an appointment coming in. How is it that she is able to keep her appointments (which I totally respect) and Amy is not? I am basically having to rearrange all my plans for today and try to find a place to color my hair as I have pushed it as far as I can go with the other two attempts not working out. read more

If I could put zero stars I would ! They suck. That's it. Period . I'm sorry but really ? Where are they getting certified?I usually go to "Town plaza " on the side of mi pueblo. (They are awesome by the way) the best in town . But they close at six. & super cuts closes at 8. Sometimes we need the later times for haircuts do to work school or soccer practices . So if we need to we take our son to super cuts. BUT TODAY WAS MY LAST TIME TAKING MY SON THERE. I believe her name was Alex that did my sons hair. Although I may be taking all the built up anger for this place on her I'm simply done & could care less ! Every time we go here before I walk in I tell myself okay I can't blame one person sucking at cutting hair on the rest of them. But NO ! it's LITERALLY ALL OF THEM! it's like they just have no idea what they are doing . The Alex girl took like 2 min on my sons hair . & it came out like crap! I have been going here for a simple haircut since moving to Gilroy in 2010. They used to keep capable people but lately there seems to be a revolving door of new people some which could cut hair and some who were really terrible at it. Today they couldn't even get their doors open at a reasonable time. After wasting 20 minutes in Target, still no sign of life other than a few people sitting in their cars waiting. I imagine Supercuts pays like crap and therefore cannot keep decent employees but there are way too many other options around here for me to put up with that. I went to super cuts in Gilroy and we waited a hour to have our hair cut Raquel was the hair dresser who was cutting my hair and was rushing the entire time to get to lunch never asked me how short I wanted it she was rushing its completely uneven and awful she didn't blowdry my hair I left with soaking wet hair . I'm so upset over my hair this is the worst experience ive ever had I will never go there and tell all my family and friends to not go there I know many men who have had their hair ruined here also .
