Needed a haircut + needed a reservation, so I chose Supercuts near the Traffic Circle (they accept same day reservations). I've been there in the past with good results. Stopped going there after the person who cut my hair there went out on a leave one year ago. Went back today. Sorry to report I got a "hack job" for $30. I did everything to prevent that from happening. I showed the person cutting my hair a recent pic showing how my hair usually looks newly cut. I also shared more information about how much I wanted cut on top, sides, etc. What I learned is, "where" you get your hair cut matters less than "who" cuts your hair. Clearly I received a "hack job" from someone who doesn't know how to cut hair very well. Lesson learned. But I won't be back to Supercuts, clearly they let inexperienced people cut your hair. Be careful with someone new cutting your hair. I really tried to prevent this from happening! A picture I provided, pre-cut, didn't help, as well as my feedback prior to the cut. They just hacked up my haircut, making me look silly for weeks ahead. I don't help with that. read more

Very bizarre experience at this location. I arrived to locked doors at 8:48 AM on a Sunday. Online/posted on the doors it says they open at 8 AM. I was standing there, relooking up the hours online when a staff remember arrived, I apologized that maybe I had gotten the hours wrong and received a noncommittal grunt as she walked in and relooked the doors. The was my first time at a super cuts so I decided to leave, as I prefer my haircut by people who have the ability to communicate or be friendly. I did end up going a couple miles away to a different location and they were open and very nice. read more

Rigat is absolutely wonderful! She gave me a brand new style a few months ago that I went with based on her recommendation, and I still get compliments on it all the time. I now go back for trims to keep it up. She is so kind, warm, and friendly, making the whole experience a joy. Carla did a good job on my hair, really taking the time to make sure I liked the trim. I'm adding a photo of my hair before, what I asked for, and then after. I'd said it's pretty close to what I asked for. Some of the ends are uneven/roughly chopped though which I discovered at home but as far as Supercuts goes, it was a decent job! read more

Right when I walked in I was not greeted. Than I waited 22 minutes for my haircut with an appointment being made. The worst after happened Cecilia gave me an attitude saying that her computer couldn't see the appointment times for her clients so it wasn't her fault! The worst experience at a super cuts I will never come back to this location! She also added that she wasn't soft spoken so if she sounded rude it wasn't her problem. Let's be fair ... Supercuts is a good place to get your hair cut. But they are a chain, and as a chin, they are expensive, and they want reservations. They will take you without one, but they that's not what they want. I prefer a drop in barber, and the one I normally go to does my hair AND my beard for less than what Supercuts charges just to do my hair. And he doesn't even take reservations. These ladies at Suprecuts work hard, as do all barbers, and they are very professional. Always tip them well. read more

I went here to get a TRIM. I showed a reference photo, which was a picture of MYSELF from 2 weeks prior to the appointment. She cut more than a inch and a half all the way around my head and absolutely ruined my hair. The lack of professionalism scares me here. Avoid going here if you actually care about your hair. I come in around 10:30am and see that my name is #2 on the list. So I step outside to go wait around until it's my turn. I come in right on time about 40 minutes later and the stylist cleans up and calls another guy over. I say my name is next on the list but she states that the checked in already. Yet another bad experience with Anthony. Last time I told him what I wanted and he did what he wanted. Not good! This time I went there and asked for someone else. They said, no he is up. I said no, he cut my hair last time and he didn't listen to me. He then snarled at me that I could just go sit down and wait for someone else. I am surprised I didn't get two snaps up and a head bob with his retort. I just said or, I could just go somewhere else and I walked out. I used to buzz my head in my garage because I have hair loss and didn't know what else to do. I went in to supercuts and was greeted by Josey with a smile and brought me to her chair. I told her about everything and she reassured me not to worry. I told her about the product I had just started using called HIMS (photo on the left) and to my surprise she already had knowledge of it. She helped me feel comfortable and confident that she will be able to help me through my hair growth. I've left some locations with pretty strange looking styles that were far from what I had requested. Monday February 7th i entered the supercuts at 5pm and was told that the stylists were not accepting walk-ins. The hours clearly said they were open till 9 pm. I needed a change and decided to stop by this Supercuts on the way home. I didn't really know what I wanted so I asked the woman, Maria, that was about to cut my hair for advice. Maria noticed that my hair was straightened by a flat iron. She suggested that I should "embrace my curls". She cut off about 4 inches and layered my hair. The haircut was a hit! She was very knowledgeable on what to use for my colored hair along with helping me choose the best style for my face shape.
