Rather than going into detail for the sake of keeping this review on point, let's just say that I walked out of the salon with an experience that left a lot to be desired. I wrote to the owner Kelsey and expressed my dissatisfaction with the services provided and not only did she offer to make things right, but she offered to fix my hair herself.
