I had a check-in at 12 PM today (March 6). When I got there, I saw like 4 people waiting but only 2 staff, and the lady said it would be over 30 min wait. I decided to come back and booked another check-in at 4:50 PM. When I came back, I waited over an hour while two men got their hair cut. My haircut only took like 10 minutes, but they spent a full hour talking and laughing, and it wasn't even a hard cut. Also saw a guy who came after me get seen by the barber early and it's frustrating that the barber told him that it'll be quick. What about me, waiting past my scheduled time with zero sense of urgency? Haircut was okay, $22, but the scheduling and timing were a mess. If you're doing appointments, stick to the time. Otherwise just do walk-ins. First time at this location, definitely not coming back ever. read more

even with an appointment, it took them 1 hour to get my 3year old in for her hairstyle, they said they did kids hair styling but even after the hour wait they still had to go out to buy hair ties, they pulled her hair so bad she was crying, they charged 40$! And did such a terrible job and she was so uncomfortable she undid her hair before we even got home. also, they messed up my boyfriend's hair cut... and he's bald. If you value your time, do not come here! I arrived 10 minutes early for a 10:00am appointment with Tanis. I waited another 15 minutes after my appointment time for her to show up. She obviously didn't care about my time. She was extremely late, (if she even showed up) so I left. That's not how to do business! I checked in online and headed right in as I work in the shopping center. It was great. I walked in, no one waiting, 2 stylists cutting hair, one welcoming me in, and a 4th coming in from her car. This is great, they're going to get me right in. Just kidding. The two available stylists went to the back and never came to cut my hair. One of the other two stylists freed up... but he didn't cut my hair. He joined the 2 in the back. The 4th stylist freed up, never said anything to me. After waiting 30 minutes, I walked out. Worst place to go! I read the reviews and I thought oh ok I'll try this place, Please don't waste your time or money at this place. I'm a very polite person, even if I didn't agree how they cut my kids hair I tipped them. Ivy and Nina straight butchered my kids hair. My poor kids look ridiculous, now my son doesn't want to go to school. If I knew I have this experience I would've gone to great clips . My regular stylist was out for extended time and recommend for me to go to her coworker while she is out. Stylist wasn't a good fit for me. She was very nervous cutting my hair. I'm not sure if it's because she wasn't familiar with cutting my hair type. She made a mistake and gave me an eye brow wax when I did not ask for it. I ask her to wash my hair and she never provides the hot towel; she basically threw a towel over my face while washing my hair. Then squirted product in my hair twice. I got home and looked at my hair and was not happy with the cut. I came back and politely told the stylist I'm not happy and ask for it to be fixed with my direction. She quickly told me next time have someone else cut my hair or she can just refund me my money. Told her it wasn't about the money or having some else do my hair I just wanted to point out my dissatisfaction and have it fixed. She corrects to style but I could feel the anger while she was cutting; so I stopped her because I didn't want her to do something she wasn't comfortable with. Her energy was off. Professionalism and how you handle a customer complaint is the key. Never let a customer see you sweat in your work or demeanor. read more

I show up 5 min early and she has another woman in her chair and is just starting her and tells me it'll be 40min wait. What is the point of my 1pm appointment if you can't honor it?? Went in for a trim and Denise did such a great job on my super thick hair. She was quick (not gonna lie- was a bit nervous because of how fast she was going) and finished my cut within 20 minutes all while making great conversation. I made appointment online today for 12:40pm. upon arrival I see my stylist has a customer she's working on (which is no big deal). During my wait the next 15min I'm asked if I checked in online, so I replied "Yes I have a 12:40". The problem for me came after my requested Stylist finished with the previous customer. At this point there are 3 people in the salon waiting (2 that arrived after myself). My stylist of choice decides she needs coffee and wants to go on a coffee run for her and the other Stylist to Starbucks. During the gathering of her purse and taking an order from co-worker a customer walks out refusing to wait longer. I have been waiting 20min after my scheduled appointment time now (It's 1:00pm). She claims she will be right back in 5 min. Everyone knew this wasn't true. It takes Starbucks that long if you are already ordering there. So I wait this one out contemplating leaving. Stylist returns in 14 min and then has to go set her things down in the back and then come up front again to check the register to find my name and welcome me back. It is now 1:15pm (35 min after my appointment time). I'd like to also note I've been coming here for years and I've seen many stylists come and go. Never once have I been offered a warm towel like their posters advertise. I've seen someone ask once and it was like yeah we can but we have to heat it up and it'll be a min if you don't mind waiting... he then said "nevermind it's not a big deal". Another occasion I seen them ask another individual if they wanted a hot towel, this was followed by "You don't have to have one if you don't want it but we have to ask you". It would be nice if this was common practice to get the towel regardless unless told not to. This way the customer isn't put on the spot about how it might inconvenience the stylist. Just make it happen and let the customer say no upon arrival. most people love this! Anyway, aside from the lack of warm towel (false advertisement) and the timeliness or lack there of, my haircut was the cut I wanted. Thank you for getting the big part right. Now if we can make appointments that are close to the timeframe expected. read more

I have very long and thick hair, any other salon wants to charge me an arm and a leg to wash, cut and style it....ain't nobody got time for that. Sarah did my cut and I'm happy with it. She gave me a complimentary wash, cool. I didn't want to be charged anymore than the just the cut so I left the salon with wet hair and styled it myself when I got home. read more

I usually have good experiences here. However, i had one horrible experience that made me give this place 3 stars. i wanted to give it less but since a lot of the other hairstylist here are good i didn't want to give them a bad review. There is a man who works here that is newly hired (i can't remember his name but he is tall with tattoos). Not only did he give me the WORST haircut of my life (i literally had to go to a different store right after and get it fixed because my hair was messed up so bad, and i have short hair so it's not that hard to do) he also made my girlfriend and i feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable the entire time we were there. He kept hitting on us the entire time asking if we wanted to go hang out with him at the bar later and telling us how beautiful we are and that he wishes he could have met us sooner. Im also pretty sure he was on drugs by they way he was acting and sporadically cutting my hair. It was almost dangerous the way he was moving the razor through my hair, it hurt so bad! If you go to supercuts and this man is there, just stay away!!! He is disgusting towards women and doesn't know how to cut hair. read more

This was my first visit to this location for a haircut. I called to see if appointments were necessary before arriving. It was suggested, so I left my name. When I got there I was greeted by a woman who introduced herself to me as Amanda. She directed me to a chair where I assumed her station was. I briefly described how I usually have my hair cut. She had a great attitude and was easy to hold a conversation with as she cut my hair. She did a great job with my haircut just as I requested. Hair cuts is like going to the dr. I avoid it as long as I can, going only when i really need to. Also the goal for me is to find one place that I can continue to go to because then they will know the style I want and how my hair falls and will offer suggestions. After having my old haircut place give me lackluster results two times in a row, I decided to try a different haircut place. My wife had tried this location and she raved about how this one asian lady,Precious, did a really great job. She even started taking the kids and each time requested this hairstylist. Each time, the kids hair turned out great. With kids, you know its a good haircut when the kids don't feel like they have to cover it because it is a new haircut. On my first cut at this place, I wasn't looking at trying to get any particular hairstylist, just wanted to try the location. My wife tagged along so we could hit the Smith's grocery right next door after the haircut. Low and behold my wife's superstar hair stylist was in, so what started as only me getting a haircut turned to out to be my wife also getting a cut, at the last minute. I was pleased with the service. She asked how I wanted my hair and I gave my spill, "short on the side, blended in, and slight trim on top". She asked follow-up question to get it right. She had me check it out to get the length right. I have had a haircut where the stylist literally kept going around the chair measuring each section. It literally made me nervous. Wish I was doing yelp at that time so I could have reviewed that place. At this Supercut, i didn't feel that nervousness in her and the cut was quick and easy. I am also not one for chattiness, loud conversation just for the sake of conversation. So far it has been great, professional conversation and not two hairstylists talking to each other just to fill the air with noise. To me sometimes the backround music with no talking is peaceful. My wife decided to chop her long hair and for her to just decide spur of the moment shows the confidence she has in the hairstylist. Usually the wife has to take a picture to show the hairstylisy what she is talking about, here it was just a matter of telling the style and asking follow up questions. Also loved the fact that I got to observe the gentlemen hairstylist and liked the professionalism that he showed. He asked the questions and when he didn't understand he clarified first instead of cutting then asking. Conversation between him and his clients also professional. Parking here is roomy and the grocery store, and a few different eating places are found in the same complex. Fast food, chunese, pizza and a pub. read more

Amazing! I called and was informed at that moment there would be a 45 minute wait. Person on the phone offered to add me to the list(wait what!)and asked me to come in in 45 min, I walk in about 40min later and they are waiting on us(just perfect). I brought my son in for a normal haircut. Celia R took very good care of him. She called me over about three times to check in length and questions regarding cut. She's a true perfectionist and as a parent I appreciate it. She was not aggressive with haircut at all. She wanted to make sure all was well before I left and it was. This is my go to location for a hair cut. I typically request Ashley and check in via the app which reduces the wait for me by quite a bit of time. Highly recommend using their app if using any SuperCuts location. I never feel out of place when I go here, and they make a note of every cut you get in their system so the next time you are here, you'll have an easier time explaining what style cut you want. I'm about to move to Colorado, but I hope I can find something similar to the experience I have here. read more
