To the owner and or manager of this Supercuts, if a patron sets an appointment and waits around for 20 minutes to get a haircut, You might want to tell them when they walk in that the credit card machine is not working! I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for my appointment just for them to tell me that the credit card machine is not working and I have to go get cash! Thanks for NOT giving me a heads up when I walked, instead of making me sit there for 20 minutes! I will never go back to the Supercuts again! My hair dresser, Bianka, was AMAZING, but when I went to reschedule for my root touchup the following month... the manager said to the person on the phone that they were going to write up Bianka for taking a prescheduled root touch-up appointment on the weekend. WTH!?! Bianka didn't schedule my appointment, it was the 1st time using this location, & someone else scheduled it 2 weeks prior on the phone. First, I can not believe that was the managers first thought... to reprimand an employee without even discussing it with the staff. Second , what type of management discusses human resource issues in front of customers & with clients listening on the phone? I asked to take about half an inch off the top with scissors. She ended up messing up with my fade and going all the way across my head with the clippers and there was no way to fix it so she made the decision of giving me a buzz cut Without my OK, and was extremely aggressive with clippers. Checked in online over 40 minutes ago. I know it's not an appointment on the app but now it's 20 plus minutes past the designated time. Two people working and no sense of urgency. Lots of side chatting. Not many options in this small town but waiting almost an hour for a haircut and no one is in front of me is crazy. Teenage boy and young girl is all they are cutting. A lady walks in well after me and they say we will be with you next. Then I'm looking at her and she says oh yeah I know you are wa I gave them a try again. Being 65 years old, I can say that they gave me the worst haircut I ever got from anyone. I had to go back and get it fixed a few days later by the manager which she did a nice job after the fact. I will look for another place. read more

I really like the stylist that cut my hair. Her name is Karina I believe. You should definitely ask for her. She is so approachable & knowledgeable. We had a great conversation. I like that she was very professional but friendly. The price was actually cheap to me, but I see everyone complaining about how expensive it is. You guys need to think about all the extra precautions they have to take now, because of COVID. How do you think that will get paid for if they don't raise there price? Signed up for the super cut membership because it seemed like a good deal, every time I make an appointment for this place I either get stuck waiting 30 minutes to an hour after my appointment time for 1 specific person that uses metal guards or I have to accept a stylist that uses plastic guards so my haircut is uneven like the lines in a freshly mowed lawn which means I have to have my wife run my nice clippers with metal guard through my hair just to even things out. Really second guessing this membership, maybe just gonna go back to having my wife cut my hair like we did when everything was shut down, at least we own quality clippers and quality guards so my hair comes out nice the first time. I don't understand why I professional stylist would not be using quality materials. read more

I made an appointment for 5:15. I even let the lady know who made the appointment we had to be somewhere at 6. We walked in and checked in and the lobby was full no biggie. They literally took every person before us. I had to be somewhere at 6 we left at 5:50 with a distraught little girl. I called and asked what is the purpose of an appointment if you're not going to call us back at that time. They said they were very busy but trying their best. Horrible cuts there. I keep going there with hopes of a better hairstylist and every time I go in or my husband they mess up our simple cuts. My hair is longer than they other side. Bangs are horribly cut. An yesterday my husband ask for 1 inch cut and he got 3inch off his hair length. So disappointed with the work they do there. I scheduled an appointment on their online website around 1155-12pm for my son and I with the girl who's name starts with a "J". We went in at 1250 and sat down. Roughly 10 minutes later the cutter was done with her previous client and asked my son and I (plus a gentleman that just had walked in) if we had all checked in. The gentleman that just walked in walked to the back (I'm assuming to the rest room). I explained to the cutter that we checked in online. She stated she had one person ahead of me and it was the gentleman that just walked in. I explained that I had two appointments and checked in online. The cutter said the gentleman checked in first with her at 1pm. I knew right away this was a lie as I made an appointment back to back and it was impossible to schedule two appointments with the same cutter at one specific time. If that was available I would have taken it with my son who was going to get a cut right after mine but it was not. So I ask this, how could he of checked in first mam? So I knew right away that she was lying. From the fact that the cutter knew the man who walked in around 1 pm by name, I can only assume he was a regular and she chose to take him over my son and I. And that's fine and dandy but I would suggest that if you have a website creating appointments then you should honor those appointments over a regular... If the cutter only knew I am a fantastic tipper and she would have gotten 25 dollars extra for each one of our cuts, my son and I... She aloud $50.00 to walk out the door... For all this I will not spend my hard end money in this store.. read more

We like Rylie and she always makes my son happy...one of the few that can actually impress my teenager. If you want to be ignored and left standing for five minutes before you finally give up and go to modesto for a haircut then this is the place for you. If you are lucky enough to get someone's attention you are treated with indifference and a complete lack of enthusiasm. We have gone here approximately five times always hoping it will be different but Saturday was the last straw. We have no problem waiting but no one even acknowledged our presence or asked us too wait because they were with a customer which would have been perfectly fine. NOTHING! Deanna was AMAZING!! I was so nervous about cutting the 12 inches off but she was great! Really talked to me about what I wanted and didn't want and looked at tons of pics with me! my husband goes there almost religiously. every two weeks getting a haircut is a must. the haircuts themselves are actually pretty good I will admit. but the last few times hes checked in thru the website and drove over there there customer service is absolutely horrible and we are just getting fed up to say the least. he walks in there n they dont even acknowledge him! hes had to walk out with no we'll be right with you no hello how are you or anything.
