This was the worst haircut I have ever got. Literally took 5 minutes for them to cut my hair. Took no time and care into my cut, seemed as if to rush me. Clumps of hair are falling off my head still. very upset, horrible service. Never coming back read more

Okay, I know but I like to give people the benefit of the doubt...I thought maybe they turned over staff, may be they improved their customer service...I call to " Check in" as they advertise..." skip the wait". Of course the young lady I spoke with who sounded annoyed I would call and request service did not write my appointment down. I showed up 5 min early...I was asked if I was ready...when I told her the services in wanted suddenly no one could find my call in. I was instructed to have a seat because I still have 2 min. Yes, they took someone else. The young lady not interested in working swept her station and left, the other stylist finally finished her conversation...no hurry to give customer service so I walked..knocked on the window to let the lady who told me I had 2 more minutes ran out to stop me...oh ya I really want you to touch my hair now... read more

I've seen a few negative reviews recently, but i have to say that I've never had a problem here. the people are very nice and do a great job for the price. My whole family goes here and we usually see Brittany and Kaitlin - they are very talented. I'm usually out of there in less than 30 minutes and my wife doesn't laugh at me when I get home. WORST "SERVICE" EVER!! **IF** you can get someone to serve you!! On WAY TOO MANY occasions this location has been ridiculously rude!! I don't know if it's simple lack of customer service know-how, workers who hate their job, or who knows what [enter excuse here], but it's ridiculous. If I could give it 0 stars I would, I recently made an appointment for a hair cut and when I arrived they told me they wouldn't be able to do the hair cut because they were gunna do a beard trim on another customer. Very bad service the girl just told me to come back the next day. read more

First time at a supercuts. The wait was ridiculous. Came in the day before and ended up leaving because of the estimated wait time. Came back the next day after checking in online with their application. Overall it ended up being an hour and 45 min wait. After getting my hair cut the lady took care of part of the bill and apologized for the wait. Plus she did an amazing job. So ill be coming back because she realized the problem and took care of it. Id like to start off by stating I am a Male and have been coming to this establishment since one of my friends began working there about 4 years ago and continued to go there even after she moved away but unfortunately the quality of haircuts and the customer service seemed to have worsened with every visit. I admit that my hair is reasonably difficult to cut for the way it grows is different than others or at least I believe to be the case. Having said that, I generally have pretty simple haircuts that require clippers on the side and a little scissor work on top. The lady I got on my last successful haircut appointment, and I say successful not because of the haircut but because I actually got in a chair instead of sitting for 50 mins with an appointment and watch as walk ins get ahead of me, she had stated to me that she had been working there for 3 months and use to hate cutting mens hair but grew to like it as she has worked there. She was nice and because of this I didnt want to be rude and point out the obvious fact that she had no idea how to blend my hair and was making it worse and worse with every cut. Finally I asked my girlfriend to take a look as she had been watching the whole time in horror that this lady was going to let me walk out like this and she politely explained what we both felt needed to be fixed. Unfortunately this lady could not figure it out and the manager Diane I believe her name was stepped in and salvaged the cut thankfully but in total my simple haircut took over an hour and a half. The bad part is the manager that fixed my hair had cut it in the past once already and I had to go back to the supercuts in manteca to have that one fixed. I will no longer go to this supercuts and may not ever go to any supercuts again. Partly because of the lack of quality but mostly for the fact they seem intent on letting me sit with an appointment for 50 mins while immediately taking other walk ins until I couldn't take it and just left. read more
