I was traveling to the Dallas area for work and did not want to travel with the clippers for my beard. It was getting a little too scruffy and I needed a good solid trim. I've had some really bad experiences doing this in the past when traveling. I walked in and was taken care of right away by Cris. I just had the best haircut ever thanks to Clara. I showed her two pictures of the back I wanted and the top and sides. She made it even better than the pictures. I have thin, fine hair with curly hair on the right side and straight hair on the left side. Clara then cut my husband's hair exactly like he wanted his. Would definitely give this place 0 stars if I could. Sure, I don't have a go to salon and usually just go the place that's convenient but never in my 26 years of living have I ever gotten a cut so bad. Decided to try this place out because it close by and my father recommended it. I usually do a comb-over with faded sides. I go in telling the hair stylist what I tell everyone. A 1 on the sides faded / trim the top, I do a comb-over. Guy says "okay gotcha!" I trustfully take off my glasses and go blind for the next 15 minutes. - He starts fading the sides without clipping the top up. That's fine, maybe a different technique. But then I start feeling him going at it near the top of my head, left side (I don't feel the same thing happening on my right side). Note, during this time he is very talkative and jolly. - Proceeds to start cutting the top of my hair. At this point I see an outline of my bangs and it is definitely missing a chunk on my left side. - He then goes quiet as he starts working frantically on my left side. Almost as if he did something wrong. - Puts on glasses and what do I see? He cut off at least 5 inches of the 6 inches I had. I have about 1 inch of hair. I have one hair style and that is spiky. I can't comb over. There's no part. The fade line is slanted. Oh and there's hair missing on my left side. Everything is lopsided. All in all. 0/5 Would not go back. read more

I asked for a taper, and the dude went to work on a high fade. Google these two. I commented half way through, and the guy just shrugged. Even then the sides were uneven, and fade lines. I gave myself haircuts during the pandemic, and I was more satisfied. Everything about it was horrible. Stay away from the plump dude with frosted tips. read more

I had the worst hair cut I've ever gotten at this facility. I wasn't going to write a review because these things happen and it's just part of life. But just a moment ago my wife looks at the back of my head and says "your hair line on your neck is crooked" looked in the mirror and sure enough was, that was the last straw. The lady cutting my hair seemed like she a super basic knowledge and didn't care one bit. Wish I could get my money back, not worth the frustration. read more

rodney is my barber and he does wonders with my hair. he always cuts it ever-so-perfectly while at the same time holding good conversations of substance. friendly environment, convenient location. i always get excited when it's time for an appointment. it's quite an experience. there is a starbucks right across the street. i usually grab a latte and then go get fancied up at super cuts. it's hard to find a barber who can effectively cut "ethnic" hair in the suburbs. i found rodney and i am VERY happy with the job he does! read more

Based on the actual hair cuts we received I would rate this place a 5 star. I can't give it that rating because of how dirty the store was. They actually sat my son in a chair that still had hair from their previous client all over the it and the floor. Considering that this is a major violation and extremely unsanitary, I will never go back! read more

Cut my hair WAY shorter then what I asked for. Guys beware. I repeatedly said about 5 times to leave it long on top, but in the end everything was short and way out of style. That's why I cut my own hair for 5+ years. I never trusted anyone to do it right but I gave in this time and I sorely regret it. Also, I was sat in a previous client's chair without any sort of cleaning of the chair or floor around it. Yuck! Besides that, the actual haircut was what I disliked. $20 for a bad haircut is a little too pricey. read more

Went in for a trim. Told Sima multiple times just a trim do not want short! She does not listen and cuts it short. By the tim she has taken the first snip it is to late for us to fix we have to go with the short. If you go there do not use Sima. We will never go there again. read more

I went in with long hair to get a short cut. I took photos and told them how 2 years ago I'd paid $75 for the awfulest haircut I've ever had. I left Super Cuts with the second "awfulest". I took photos that should have made it easy to imitate the cut I wanted. Jenny told me she could do that cut. I am blind without my glasses, as in I see a blob in the mirror that might be me or might be a tree. When I expressed trepidation about the cut after she'd finished and I put on my glasses, Jenny told me, "that style too young (pointing to my phone with the photo of the haircut i wanted) - you need more ....mature". I paid and left. I was too upset to speak. I was afraid I'd cry if I spoke. Stupid me was so stunned I even left a tip. Do not ever EVER use a stylist who with thinks they know better and cuts what they want without telling you first. Jenny was that butcher. My hair today, the next morning, has chunks in it that look as if she cut it with a dull sheep shears. I will not go back to get it fixed because its already shorter than I asked for. Any shorter and it will be a mans' cut. So I'm back to crappy hair until this mess grows out enough to try again to find a decent stylist. Very disappointed in their customer service. I came in on Saturday at 5:55 pm and was turned away saying they were closed. Door says 9-6pm and open sign was still on. Now I understand that they just wanted to go home but I was potentially a new customer and now I will never come back. This location is about 2 minutes from my house so you just missed out on a customer every two weeks. 9-6 should mean 9-6.......... If the manager/owner wasn't the one that turned me away I hope you see this. read more

This store is great and the manager Lisa is the best at customer service, style, and overall experience, she very well versed in a wide variety of cuts and colors. I felt right at home there.
