Whenever I need a quick and simple trim, this place works out. The stylists are super sweet. However, the front desk person is not my favorite. She isn't very courteous and kind of rude when I asked to add a percentage for the tip. She didn't know how to calculate this basic math. Maybe she needs a cheat sheet but it's annoying. read more

This might just be an issue with what services are covered with the price of the cut but I was very disappointed to go in and ask for a cut and for $30 all I get is my hair sprayed down to be cut but I have to walk out not even really knowing if it turned out how I wanted it because the hair isn't at all styled after the cut and I still walk out looking like I just don't care and with hair trimmings still on my face. I remember the days of when you would get your hair cut you were shown midway through if it was looking ok, you were told what they were doing while doing it and then your stylist would dry and style it so a client would be able to see that it was cut the way they wanted and they'd walk out looking like they just stepped out of the salon. When it's just sprayed and left laying there, I have no real way of gauging if I'm going to be satisfied before walking out. I understand time is money and SuperCuts provides comparably economical services to other salons but even a simple 5 extra minutes to dry and use a round brush to style and give it some body shouldn't cost the store anything to ensure a happy client and one who returns. I totally understand the reservation system. But if 2 reservations show up 1 hr or more ahead of appointment. Don't agree that I should get bumped because they arrived super early. Especially given the fact that I was waiting 15 minutes then you ask me to wait another 45 minutes to a hour because 2 people came extremely earlier then their appointment. Long story short they don't cut hair that good. I asked the lady for a high and tight haircut, and she was like what is that. Then I told her just to do a simple fade and it came out awful. Been many years since I have gone anywhere other than a specific hair salon, but this chain location was a very nice experience. I was just looking for a simple wash and trim (about 2.5") off the ends. Not only was the service good, the hairdresser was pleasant and listened to me. Stephanie cut my hair today and the sides in front of my ears look like they were done by a 3-year old. I would laugh at how uneven they are if it wasn't on me. I have been a 4 year custom of this Supercut location. I'm a disabled senior citizen and was insulated at my appointment yesterday by the stylist " Kim" for asking them to turn up the thermostat on the A/C as it was making me nervous and they are running it at 68 degrees. She said I was "Crazy" and they don't run the thermostat for the customers just the workers. You don't call a mentally challenged disabled person crazy. That is very insensitive and I will say I said " Hey bitch that's not nice to say". Not very good customer service. Today I was overcharged by my bank but I didn't know that policy and when I went back to discuss the dispute with Alex the manager she told me that she had hear about the situation and that she had told her management and they band me from ever coming back again. Not the best customer experience back miles. They are not the only salon around and I will be happy to spend my hard earned $22.00 plus $5.00 tip (times 6 per year of $162.00) at some nicer salon. Extremely disappointed with the management of the appointment system. I booked a haircut today at 2:20, got there ahead of time (around 2:15) to check in. I sat there for 20 minutes while two families with multiple haircuts (one of which got there 10 mins after me) got prioritized over me. There were multiple hairdressers here as well so being short staffed is no excuse. I eventually left once all the hairdressers started a new haircut and it was clear I was going to be waiting another 15+ minutes. Overall my experience with the staff here has been pleasant which is why I'm leaving 2 stars but this place/Supercuts as a whole seriously need to understand how appointments should work. This is my second and last post about this location. I've been coming to this same salon for 25 years. The service is systematically getting worse. But Marion over here at this location is top notch she cuts me up just right every time for the past 3 times in a row and I will not be deviating from her as long as I keep my current hairstyle. I wanted layers up higher and I explained that Even after the cut but she was determined to do it her way I part my hair on the side and she did the layers with my hair parted down the middle and she explained it would be righT that way. I knew a haircut for less then $20 was a risk, but I didn't realize how bad it could be. I asked for a few inches of length cut and then to thin it out a bit as I have very think hair. It wasn't until I went home and washed and styled (or tried to style) that I noticed that the right side is almost an inch longer then the left. I came here because I had a coupon, maybe that's why she did such a terrible job. I can't imagine a licensed stylist doing this bad of a job on accident. I do not recommend this business. The front desk person, is unfriendly grumpy and rolls eyes. I've seen the front desk person be friendly while on the phone then hang up and roll eyes. Was definitely not friendly to me in person. Hilarious fake customer sercice. The scheduling process is inconvenient because they tell you yes for an appointment then do not see you at that time. It would be best to go to a non-chain shop for all future business. Only thing done well is the sweeping haha. I've been going through different barbers for years and was never really satisfied. I got to the point where I'm just going to settle with "decent enough". Then I eventually decided to try something new and I was happy to find Cody who tended my hair. He did it quick and professionally, resulting in a superb look. I like my new hairstyle a lot and I have been going back ever since. Highly recommend you ask for Cody since he definitely knows what he's doing and gives you what you ask for; probably even better honestly. This post is on behalf of my husband: Cody cut my husbands hair and did a fantastic job. My husband gave instructions on how he wanted his hair cut and Cody continuted to check in to make sure the cut looked good. One thing my husband has never had was a hot towel wiped across his head and neck which he really enjoyed. The rest of the staff were very friendly while me and my son waited in the lobby for my husband to finish his cut. This is a great location and we will be coming back! read more

This Supercuts location is extremely poorly managed. You would think after a 2 1/2 month lockdown they would know how to open back up. The reason our Economy won't get back to normal quickly is because a poorly managed establishments like this one. After being a customer in excess of 10 years they made a mistake with an appointment and the solution was to come back next week get here early in the morning and wait. The message when you call on the recording. Is not not the process they are following. Customer service is not a word in their vocabulary.
