I've heard her complaining about her clients when she was on the phone while I was at the door waiting to pick up my pup (rang the doorbell many times but I guess she couldn't hear it because she was way too into her conversation) and she was saying some nasty things. Jenna is the greatest and sweetest groomer you will ever find. She will take care of your dog as if they are her own. Our 4 dogs are always happy to see her! It is really hard for me to take a before and after photo because my dogs truly hate the camera. But!! They come back smelling amazing and looking perfect. She is so friendly and makes sure that she grooms your baby just like you want. I recently had a horrible experience and another groomer in town where they completely shaved my dog's ears to the leather and cut his tail completely off.
