I ordered burritos with the loads on the side and they put it in my burritos. I went home opened the burritos called the place which is 18 mins away said I had to return the burritos to get a refund. I'm not driving all the way back these burritos will go in the trash. I asked to talk to the manager the young kid said he was the manager. I really doubt that since I meet him. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! This is my second time at the restaurant. When I walked in I was welcomed in by Victor whose customer service skills were very sharp. He helped me go over the menu because they have so many great options. Menudo and Posole EVERYDAY! I went with the build your own burrito with everything and it was cheap! The portion was nice, and the burrito was phenomenal. Honestly I am from Southern California and I don't find much good Mexican food, (in my opinion) well the search for it is now over. Tacos N More 2 has some fantas-taco breakfast burritos! We've been ordering breakfast burritos on an almost regular basis since we moved to the area three months ago. We either call ahead or order online and our food is ready for pick-up within 10-15 minutes! I love that you can build-your-own breakfast burrito. These burritos are big and burrito-ful! Fills me up everytime. My go-to is an egg and cheese burrito with avocado and fried jalapeños. It's tasty with a kick! They use fresh jalapeños which really takes the heat up a notch. In addition, they give us several different types of salsas on the side. I've also had their pancakes, which are nice and fluffy. It comes with a side of meat of your choice. We haven't dined inside yet, but everytime we go to pick-up our order, they're fairly busy, which seems like a good sign. The inside is bright and clean and offers plenty of seating. They also have a nice salsa bar with 3-4 different salsas to choose from as well as pico and cilantro. There's outdoor seating available in the patio, too. Their lunch and dinner menu looks great, so we'll have to try it next time! read more

I would never order the fish tacos if I knew they were taking a fish stick type of product and cutting it in half to place in the tacos. Then they forgot to put the sauce on it. The sauce, they gave me in two containers, was something that tasted like mayo and ketchup. Eat here if you want to eat food that tastes like it was cooked by two very white people who have heard of Mexican food but never tasted it themselves. My bad for expecting nice fish tacos in Gilbert and giving a small business a chance over a chain like Filiberto's. And don't charge $4.50 per fish taco to serve me a toddler version of one. I.e. fish stick and ketchup based sauce. I should've known when they came out without lemon wedges, it was a bad sign. read more

We saw this place as we walked by so we thought we'd try it. In my opinion it's hard to mess up Mexican food. I am not picky and I pretty much never complain or return food at a restaurant. When you pay over $32 for 2 dishes you want to be able to eat and enjoy your food. I have never had Carne Asada that I didn't like. Until now. Tacos N More is one place I will never return to and will discourage anyone I know from coming here. We got a Carna Asada Enchilada, the meat and red sauce were disgusting. We tried to see if they would do just a cheese enchilada with the green sauce in hopes we could actual eat and enjoy our food. They just said "not unless you pay for it. We didn't do anything wrong so we will not replace your food." The quesadilla was at least somewhat edible so we shared part of that. The cheese was weird. It's been at least 5 years since I have been here and we were super disappointed!!!! We were in the area and decided to get an order to go. The restaurant appeared very clean when we walked in. The cashier was very sweet but the food really upset me. When I decided to eat my bean and cheese burrito to find a tortilla with a ridiculous amount of beans and cheese. I don't expect anything more than what I paid for but this burrito did nothing but anger me! Seriously, a very think layer of beans inside a tortilla, almost the size of a joke. My friend asked for a shredded beef burrito and the worker gave him a "loaded burrito." It was loaded with rice. This place was a serious disappointment! Meh..... this restaurant is fairly close to my house and so i hopefully checked it out despite the just-ok reviews. They share a parking lot with a number of retailers, but there is always enough parking. You have the option to take-out (order there or ahead of time) or eat-in. They have a lot of seeting and are not reduced capacity at the moment. I ordered to-go - a taco plate with shredded beef on corn tortillas and an horchata. After paying, the cashier realized they were out of horchata and gave me my money back. I waited about 15 minutes for my food (there were only two people working on a friday night). I got it home and opened the box to find overflowing tacos (NOT upset about this). I took my first bite only to find... little flavor. The tacos are topped with lettuce, tomato, and cheese. I dont think the beef had any spice on it. I tried adding the red salsa that came with it but that also lacked flavor and spice. Anyone could have made these at home. Rice and beans were standard, too. To top it off... i paid $15 for the meal. Upon tasting it, this felt very overpriced. All that to say, it will fill the stomach. After three years of the pandemic, Tacos n More 2 is back in "full operation " and the carne asada and carnitas were a great example of their menu. Other items on the menu ( I haven't tried lately but were my favorites from the past ) included chips n guacamole, caldo de res (beef soup) and many more. Part of what makes the food here tasty (and adjustable to my or your taste) is an excellent salsa bar. Red, green, and pick de gallo sauce, along with chopped onions, cilantro and pickled red onion are in plentiful supply for the customers to help themselves. A word of caution - they will ask if you want lettuce and cheese with your tacos - in my opinion you shouldn't as if changes the original flavor. Would give zero stars if I could. Seems appropriate because I waited for 30 minutes at 11am and ended up walking out with zero food. Mismanaged and understaffed doesn't even explain all of it. Walked in and ordered a single lengua burrito. I wait and wait and wait. Food starts coming out for a bunch of people that came in like 15 minutes after me. Go and ask about it. He checks in the kitchen and comes back and says "you had a breakfast burrito right?" I tell him no lengua loaded burrito and he just looks confused. At this point he goes back and checks again. They haven't even started making it. I just cut my losses, ask for a refund and leave. Guy can't even figure out how to refund my card so just gives me the cash amount on the menu. Near certain I paid tax and somehow I lost money and got no food. At this point I'm just over it and my kid is now way late for the bday party across the street at park. No apology. No explanation. The worst service I believe I have had in 10 years.. somehow my order was lost or something and the GUY who was taking the orders didn't seem it was very important that I was being skipped nor did he care. This restaurant messes up every order whether you order online or order in store. Literally every time I Door Dash I get a full refund, No matter how many times I order from this restaurant, they seem to fail to deliver in some way or another every time. Not only do they fail to deliver on their food, but you can also give precise instructions and they still fail to give you what you want. My last order, (and ordering to Door Dash was my 15th order YTD, not including other apps and in store orders) was for 4 hot salsas only. As I never ever get hot salsas, they always give 1 of each salsa. I specifically acknowledge this and put it in the notes. And the restraint targeted me in the delivery by not providing the hot salsa but giving me 1 of everything other salsa to things such as ketchup, honey, and other condiments due to my notes in the request. They do carry bags of hot carrots/ jalapeños located near the register. Each bag is .49 cents. EVERYDAY- between 7 & 9 AM they offer a free coffee with a purchase of a breakfast burrito. Plus side a salsa bar. However, red medium is canned tomorrow with a few spices. They have a red hot- it's hot! Green is just average in flavor, pretty watery. They have a fresh Pico, lime wedges, radishes and fresh chopped cilantro. The rolled tacos were skinny & over fried. Meat was in turn over cooked and tough inside. Guacamole was bland. This place is close to my house so I decided to give them a chance despite some of the negative reviews . I ordered 2 menudos, 1 pozole and a plate of green Chile pork plate to go . I feel bad saying this but the food is tasteless , portions are small for what you pay , in my opinion it is over priced. The other people that were with me said the same thing about the food. Here's the worse part , I specifically told the woman on the phone when I ordered that I didn't want cheese in my beans as I'm allergic , well guess what ? Look at the picture of the plate ! It's a mess ! Keep in mind I didn't move the plate at all while driving , and I couldn't eat the food because it did have cheese even though I asked to please not add any ! It would seem a lot of the bad reviews are old. Maybe they have new management? I've eaten here twice now. Both times have been very good. Had a 'Three Taco Plate' today ($11.50). A bit expensive but the tacos were very good. A good, but not great, portion of Carnitas meat, but lots of other garnishes, which I like. Beans and rice were also very good. They also have a great salsa bar, which I don't find very often anymore. It had a lot of choices and was fairly clean. The young man cashier was very professional, polite, and courteous. Great job. My food came out in about 8 minutes and that's fine. I didn't come here to get fast food, I came here to get a nice meal. Anyone complaining about how fast their food comes out, within reason, should only eat out at FAST food outlets. The lady who brought out my food was also very pleasant and asked me how everything was after about 5 minutes. Hardly anyone (almost nobody) checks back anymore. A big mistake IMO. Thirty years ago, it was an absolute standard. Now... Foods out, forget about them. They were fairly busy for lunch, a good sign. The red enchilada sauce is extremely bitter tasting. Needed to slather sour cream on them just so they would be edible. Same applies to my wife and she rarely uses sour cream on enchiladas. Went here for the first time for dinner last night. I finally found a place that makes Agua Chiles! So I had to get that! Plus I did the carne asada burrito fully loaded. I liked how it wasn't a monster burro and enough for one person. I also liked how you got all the I ingredients in one bite and every bite. Salsa bar was a nice touch. The cabbage was brown so that needed some improvement. But Like the previous reviewer said, mix the hot and mild and it's the perfect Chunky salsa with a kick. Husband ordered the shrimp burro.
