Drop car off at 10AM the day he requested even though it was extremely inconvenient for us, called multiple times towards end of day to inquire about when it would be ready and we were put on hold, asked to call back and then ignored. Came right at close to give them the full day to work on the car and the car had not been touched. In fact, it was left in the same parking spot that we had dropped it off in. The worker whom we dropped the key off with claimed that it was the owner's fault the car hadn't been touched despite us dropping our keys off with them 6 hours prior. Well they were busy cleaning a Tesla Model X which goes to show they value "luxury" cars over individuals who are flexible, pay full price and tip well. As a small business owner myself, the way we were treated was less than stellar and would not recommend. Quality of work doesn't outweigh quality of service, they go hand in hand. Don't go here.

I called and asked a nice young lady for a quote on my passenger window? She was looking into the computer for awhile and then she was like... "this isn't looking good"... then I said" Ekk that didn't sound very promising ".... Eye roll! Then she informed me that no one had my part in town and that it would take about 4 days to get it here and be installed. I almost had a heart attack. Me without my car is like me without my green salsa for tacos. Haha It just doesn't work for me. So I proceed to vent a little nicely of course and Once she heard my story about the break in! She immediately went the extra mile. She apologized for what I had gone through and also told me she would try to help me out in anyway. What a sign of relief. They replaced my windshield in March, and it's leaked ever since…read more After many calls they finally sent someone out to check the leak but blamed it on clogged ventilation drains and cleaned them out. By the next day it was raining and my car is still getting soaked from water flowing in under the windshield/dash - literal puddles of water inside the car. The inside of my car now reeks like a bag of sweaty socks. I've had to remove all of my interior carpet and will likely have to replace it - a very costly issue and the owners can't even be bothered to return my call to fix the original problem they seem to have created. There are companies who will stand behind their work, and in my experience this does not seem to be one of them. Buyer beware.
